I HATE AA and will only fly when forced to. Always late and the service is terrible. DFW is a nightmare. I don't understand how this airline stays in business. Such a shame!

The worst of the worst when traveling abroad!!! If you travel other foreign carriers; the difference is a minus 10 for American. There is absolutely no service or even smiles; it feels like they are doing you a favor.

Frequent Flyer program very poor. AA good at confiscating air miles then asking up to $600 to reinstate them. Will not listen to reason. I lost 80,000 air miles due to their confiscation.

Travelling with American Airlines has been a poor experience, nearly every time. They often cancel or delay flights. Almost every American flight I have been on has been overbooked, and I have been forced to a different flight because of their overbooking policy. I try to avoid using their services if at all possible.

American has terrible customer service, from staff who answers your call all the way to board at the gate. They treat everyone as their enemy (regardless what status you have with them) and had zero training on manners. With minimum service and very rude attitude, it is hard to believe this airline is still in business.
