My daughter had to be evacuated from a flight by the fire department when she dislocated her knee before take off when a flight attendant tried to get by her as she was lifting her luggage into the overhead bin. It was a huge pain trying to get her to her destination the next day. The customer service was horrible!!!

I have only flown with American airlines a couple of times and im not a fan i dont reccomend using them because they are expensive to pay for checked bags they dont have tvs on the planes and the snacks arent good and they dont give you blankets for red eye flights and the flight attendants arent nice. not a fan of American airlines

They cancelled my flight last minute when I was already at the airport because it was not going to make enough money for them. Then they refused to help me get to my connecting flight with another airline. It was indeed a horrible nightmare and I was stranded. They did not help me at all.

just. no. poor customer service, not great quality... i’ve has some experiences and while most were okay at best, others just sucked in general and it’s really not worth it. there’s other airlines more worth your time and money.

They didn't have space for our carry on's so they just checked in our bags for free. We didn't have to worry about them during our layover.

Not my favorite airline company. They are not as reliable as I would like for them to be. And I was really let down once when I missed a flight, and had to pay for my hotel. They blame weather, but I'm skeptical.

Do not fly with American Airlines! They won't send you an email confirmation until the last minute. I got to the airport not knowing if I had a ticket or not, and right when I got there they told me my ticket didn't go through, and it took me two hours to get on my plane. Don't fly with them!

Packed like sardines into a city bus with wings. The only resaon to fly with them was price. and for that you get what you pay for.
