Posted 2019 review stating that I was still waiting for Zenernet to set me up with internet connectivity, which they still weren’t able to do so that I can use Solar Edge and allow their company to monitor my solar panels. I even recommend my neighbors to them, and one bought a solar system set up, but their promotional referral service bonus thing that they swear by never happened and it was all fake. There has been high employee turnover at Zenernet in the past two years. I’m finally having to deal with Muzala K, who has tried to do absolutely nothing about my lack of internet connectivity issues. I’ve waited over 1.5 years after they sent Meyers Electric to come out to try to run a simple internet cable from my solar panel receiver to my internet box. Zenernet has exposed my family to possible COVID-19 and in the end, I still have no internet connectivity to use Solar Edge and the company still isn’t able to see and monitor the performance of my 30 solar panels.

Ryan was great on the initial call. He said he would check back with me a week ago but I have not heard from him. I sent an email asking a couple questions.modifications to the proposed system and have not heard back as of yet. Not sure what is happening but no problem I can look elsewhere.
