They provided what they promised. They were not over the top when it came to sales pitch. They don't have to be with strong products like they have.

Excellent service all the way through. It is hard to find contractors that don't disappoint in some way, and these guys are a rare exception.

For almost everything - they have been great. We are still having trouble solving the issue of sending data from our home system to SunPower for the "monthly report".

Service is fine however, took awhile to get into and understand how to read meters and additionally, takes some time to receive your rebate check/credit card.

Great investment on my electric bill. Want to conserve energy. Two of my neighbors showed me $12.00 monthly electric bills. Wow what a difference.

The solar panels seem to be working as expected. I like being able to view online reports on the energy being generated using the SunPower app.

The best. I did recommend SunPower to my son. His comment was about your proprietary controls over the total system. I don't have that concern

High quality panels. Mobile app is limited. Would love more in depth access to information. Say an "Advanced" mode. Would be great to have panel by panel detail, etc.

I gave 5* for the solar panels and accessories. The SunPower app, however, still needs a lot of work (although it has been more reliable lately)
