They always check on you and if you have any problems they handle it, they are very helpful. It works fine though the one that oges around your neck is too sensitive, it goes off easy. Other than that I like it.

It is easy to use once you get the hang of it. I have enough around the house that whatever happened I can push the button and get help as soon as we can. They are always there answering right away. When I have a question I don't have to wait too long.

The people I have talked to on the phone have been very nice and they were easy to get in touch with. There were issues and there was an issue with delivery but customer service was able to resolve it for me. I like the size of the pendant.

I chose them because of the equipment. We barely dropped the necklace and it detected a fall. The personnel that I have spoken with are very caring, compassionate, and understanding. They have great employees.

I have only pressed it once and I got a person on the other end. It is easy to use. I find it is a comfort to know it is there. It is expensive but I had looked through several advertisements and decided it was the best one for me. The whole business of I could be in the house or down the road or thirty miles away interested me.

So far it has been positive. I wear the bracelet because it is more comfortable to me. Each time that I accidentally set it off, there was a person there immediately talking to me.

I like that it has a GPS device. I had an issue with it going off in the middle of night, it happened many times, and they came and tested it and found that it was losing signal so I had to move the base unit to a different room.

The wrist band didn't fit me that well. I had to stretch it to get it on. It fell off and I lost it. Other than that, I haven't had anything but good experiences with it. I think MobileHelp is a little expensive for me.

It is expensive. I had many false alerts when I used to fall detection mine so I don't use that anymore. The support is good. It takes a long tome for the call to go through but once the call goes through they're very helpful.

I use it daily. It can be annoying but I went snowshoeing today and if I had fallen in the park I know I could have called for help. Everybody else I know wears one, it looks the same as all my friends who have different types.

I first saw it in the AARP magazine and I liked the features that it had. It's a really nice watch and I would recommend it to anyone. I think the only flaw that should be changed is there should be a password when you push the button.

I canceled my membership because I had too many false alarms. When I called them to tell them I wanted to return the machine, they were very supportive. They were not accusatory in any way. They were very helpful about information to get the device back and everything else. They have very good support for their machine

The mobile unit is perfect, but the base unit can't hear past 6 feet. So, the base unit doesn't allow me to communicate with the operator. They also have good customer service and tech support.
