They've always been courteous and seem to know what they're talking about. Bumped it a couple times and set it off but other than that haven't had any problems. The tests they send me an email right away.

I bought it for my mother. It give me security knowing that she can get somebody to help if I'm not there. She accidently hit the watch and it went off. They kept trying to talk to her through the speaker but she doesn't hear well so it took a while to get her attention.

I like the fact that I can carry it around my neck or on my wrist. I tested it a couple of times. One time it dropped and the beeper went off so I just pushed stop. It works great. I just had a heart attack and if somebody had not been with me. I would have been able to use this to call for help.

Ive fallen before and had a stroke and didn't have anything to push. If I had had MobileHelp I could have gotten help sooner. One night it went off because I hadn't moved in awhile and they asked me if I was okay. I told them I was fine. I think them reaching out to me is helpful.

It's nice to know that they're there for me when I need them. It's really good for elderly people that have a problem with their back or legs in doing things because they can get help really quickly at home or wherever.

I like that they offer a device that I can wear on my belt, not just around my neck. I also like that it works wherever I go in the United States. The device is very sturdy. When I tested it I got a rapid response.

I don't like the fact that I had to pay six months at a time rather than monthly. Other than that the device is excellent. I have had to call customer support several times and everything went as it supposed to go.

It makes me feel safe from falling. One time accidentally pushed my wrist band and the person came on and I told her it was a mistake. It looks like it is made pretty well and I've tested it and the guy led me through the test.

It's been a good experience. Any time we've had to deal with somebody it has been fine. There have been two or three times where it has gone off and I hadn't done anything. Otherwise everything has been great. It is kind of expensive but I wanted the one that calls you if you fall

It is all completely portable, I can leave the house and it still works. I would like to have a little faster feedback, I was surprised how long it took them to answer the last time. It usually works really well. They did everything right and I got help and they contacted the other numbers.

Price is fair. The device is not as portable as I thought it would be and it would be nice if the fall alarm could be put on a wristband but other than that it's good. The tech people are good and customer service is sometimes helpful and accommodating but other times they are short.

I dislike that I can only use the wrist band because I have had trouble with the pendant. Also it was annoying when I got out of the shower to find it speaking to me. It did show that they were on the ball. I like the I am protected and that so far it has been successful.
