Dear Michael,

We are sorry to hear you experienced an issue with a signal. We see that when you received the system you tested it with Technical Support & everything worked perfectly. There was no other contact regarding connectivity. If this had been an issue, we wish would would have had the opportunity to troubleshoot with it with you. Your refund was already processed, if you need to get more information on that, please contact customer care at 877-827-6207.

Sincerely,

MobileHelp

The reason I will not buy from Mobile Help is because you use bogus phone numbers when making initial contact with potential clients.

Reply from MobileHelp

Hi Michael!

The number that appears when we call is an 877 number, it is a number you can call and you can speak to a representative. What phone number did you get a call from?

Sincerely,
