They’re very helpful. You don’t have to wait on the phone too long when you call customer support. I like that the device had a wide range and that it is easily set off.

When my mom fell, she was able to call for help quickly. Without the Mobile Help device, she would have been on the floor for hours.

It alerts every time the battery is low because it was forgotten to plug, which is fortunate. I would like it better if it had fall detection.

Very satisfied with first use for an emergency but feel charges were higher than expected. Returned 3 items and expected bigger refund. Hard to understand explanation.

Hope I can learn to use it better and learn how to deactivate it when it detects a nonevent because it has detected two or three falls that never happened and when I tried to cancel the alarms, the EMT people care anyway because it did not cancel the alarm.

I’m not using it because it is much too sensitive and I set it off. I don’t like that I have an ambulance at my door. It works fine when I test it once every couple of weeks, it is just much too sensitive.

My tests always fail. My son talked to a customer service representative and was told that my coverage from AT&T was very weak. My son tried multiple locations throughout the house and even outside and could not get the reception above one bar. I’m not sure if the tests won’t work that an actual emergency call will work!

It is almost double what I paid before. The way it hangs around my neck, I have to be aware of it when it is pressed against something because it could be set off. I would recommend it still.
