The only thing I dislike about the device is you have to take your transmitter with you. I think they are prompt and courteous. It works fine when I test it.

When I first got it, I tested it and it was not working so they sent me a new one. It was supposed to be overnight but it took four days to come. I do like the cord around my neck.

I can't wear the one around my neck because I am a heart patient and have to wear equipment with a strap across my body and I am afraid wearing the alert would interfere and cause the alarm to call you when I would not need it to.
