I bought it for my parents. There was nothing wrong with it just did not work for them at this stage of their lives. I called to return it, got return label but still have no money credited back on my visa. The sales person was nice at first but when I needed to return and had questions about credit ignored my emails. It was disappointing, I have the name of this salesperson, he is from Philadelphia.

Device is pretty new and not used to date. Like the fact it is small enough to carry in my purse. Haven't used the pendent or watch units as yet and may not.

I have only had it for a little over 1 month. I am glad I haven't had to use it. My wife has been in rehab for a broken femur and will be coming home tomorrow. She will then be putting on her wrist unit for the first time.

At the time it just seemed like the best service, so we got it. I used it when I fell on the floor. It has been the best so far.

I checked on the computer and found them. Usually I just put it on in the morning and take it off at night. Though I don't like that the device is bulky.

I heard about them and decided to sign up for it. I just got it two weeks ago and I use it whenever I'm in my house. I feel safe having it.

My daughter was the one that did the research. She thought it was good judging from a lady she talked to so she went ahead and got it for me. I really haven't had to use it yet, so I don't really know how it's going to work.

I went with them since I didn't want to have a contract and they had good reviews. They have been very responsive and helpful so far. I have had some issues with the device's battery though, it's not really charging up.

Helpful conversation on the telephone when I called for information. Other than that there has been no need for contact.

All quiet on the Western front so far at 8400 feet. And hopefully will remain so. Good service so far. No reason not to buy.

I did not have a good experience with medical guardian. After numerous tests I found out the AT&T signal in my area was very weak. This should have been determined by Medical Guardian during my first conversation with them. Then when I wanted to return the device I was told I would not get the full cost back and had to “fight” to get it back. Throughout this experience my sales rep never returned my calls or my emails to him. Medical Guardian may be top rated but it was of no value to me. I have since found another provider of another device.

Worst company I ever dealt with. I needed the equipment right away. My 87 yr old father had a major heart attack and was going to be alone. I was told I would get product within 1- 2 days. When it didn't arrive. I called and was told it would be over a week to 10 days. I had already prepaid and was very upset. I cancelled your stuff and called first Alert, they overnighted everything, it was a better set up and less money. I would not ever do business with you, nor ever refer you to anyone!! Very poorly trained company that u are! I would give u 0 stars if I could!

Was not told that if I had to hit the button, medical would not know my exact location just nearest AT&T tower. When I called the operator said something about buy a model up. I would not recommend . Researching other companies . Thinking of cancealing.

I didn't mean to get it at first. The saleslady for Medical Guardian conned me into it with a bunch of half truths. Each person I talked to afterwards told me a different story, made different quotes on the price, and until now I still haven't received the final invoice. I don't know what I actually paid for this contraption. On top of that the automatic fall detection gave me 8 false alarms on the first day, so I decided to just have the speaker. I've been terribly frustrated.

I really haven't had to use it, but I think that the box that it comes with is not great. The thick red and green light is pretty intrusive. I'd rather have something smaller. I mean, it does look like it will work, but it's annoying.

The device is a bit too sensitive. I set it off accidentally when trying to open a jar and I've been a bit apprehensive about it ever since. However the lady that responded to my call was very kind and understood the situation.

The customer support is very good. The device may be okay for people who like to travel outside but if you stayed inside your home I don't think that it's that useful.

Signing up and making the payment was easy. We haven't had an opportunity to use it, so I can't really say how the actual service will be. I'm comfortable in the fact that my 98 year old mother has it in her home. We'll see how it goes when an emergency arises. Thanks,

Good concept

I use my medical guardian device because I ride horseback in remote areas alone. Initially I was given the impression that this was done by satellite and will pick up anywhere. I found out it's on an AT&T line which is sporadic in coverage

I have not had to be in need of help, so have only a testing use to go on. From my test use I feel a response from ur operator should be after the second auto response.
