A little bit heavy and if I use the cord around my neck, the unit swings into my pacemaker. Technically, it is GREAT. My family is pleased that I have it.

I hate the fact that it takes five days to charge, so I have to go without wearing it which isn't doing me any good for $50 a month. The device is fine, I'm just not happy with how long it takes to charge.

It is way bigger than I thought it would be and I thought they would send it on a chain not a little rope. It works fine and they answer immediately.

Since my mother started using your device, she's activated it twice that we know of. On neither occasion were any of the names in the instructions we gave contacted, despite the fact I spoke directly to Guardian staff and gave specific instructions names on the list were to be contacted any time the device was activated.

The range is only three hundred, that is the wort thing and that you have to take the thing around your neck or wrist but otherwise it is fine. Everything is fine.
