Dear Mr. Weston, Thank you for bringing this information to our attention and allowing OneGuard the opportunity to review your situation firsthand for accuracy and clarity. Customer satisfaction remains at the forefront of our priorities and we regret your displeasure regarding the dishwasher model OneGuard offered for replacement and the subsequent cash in lieu amount that was extended to you as an alternative. In accordance with the terms of the service plan, the cash in lieu amount offered is based on costs OneGuard would typically pay for parts and labor for covered items from its network of service contractors. Please know it is our sincerest intent to operate in good faith in our efforts to serve you and within the parameters of the warranty agreement and we appreciate your understanding with respect to coverage. Thank you again for allowing OneGuard the opportunity to provide you with this additional explanation. OneGuard Home Warranties
