Have had to dispose of everything several times and after several(7) still not working. Company doesn't seem to be in any hurry to resolve the issue. I will be moving on.

Horrendous. They just look for excuses not to fulfill claims. Made one claim, denied one claim. Will not renew with this company or ever recommend them. My prior company was so much better but I fell for the OneGuard marketing - never again.

The service contractor who analyzed the pool heater also provided pictures showing that the malfunction of the distribution board and blower were not the direct result of normal wear and tear. THIEVES!!! They weasel out of paying for large repairs. They ignore manufacturer’s recommendations and fabricate their own in order to get out of paying for repairs. Then when I went to cancel my warranty, they made me pay for my claims that they did cover! Liars and thieves!
