We regret to hear that you do not feel secure with our company. Choice Home Warranty can assure you that you have our policy for all of the right reasons. We are here to provide peace of mind, save you time, and money by offering a one stop shop. We cover most mechanical failures that happen due to normal wear and tear on the main systems, items and appliances in your home. In a recent review of the claim, when you called the claim in you informed us that you needed an appliance technician to come to your home for your washer. Once the appliance technician arrived to your home they advised us that you did not need an appliance technician you needed a plumber hence the paying of the 2 service call fees. I'm happy to see that the issue you were having with your system has been resolved to your satisfaction .

If I could give them negative stars, I would. Would not repair extreme loud noises coming from the appliance.
