The workman they recommended came to my home in a timely fashion and determined that my refrigerator needed a new door gasket as the magnets on the old one had stopped working, preventing the door from sealing properly. A new gasket was ordered and installed. I was told to close the door firmly for the next couple of weeks until it was firmly seated and holding the door tight. I do not feel that the door is sealing tightly yet. I will give it another week or so to see if the kinks will wear out. If not, I will be calling back to see what else is recommended.

The gentlemen that they send out are above and beyond helpful. They show up every time when they say they'll be there and they return my calls. My washing machine broke down and it took three times for them to come out and fix it they were very helpful each time.

Everything's been high quality that has been fixed. Our heater broke in the middle of this last snow storm and I was able to go on and quickly get someone to come and fixed it so we had heat. It's a really easy process to get things fixed.

It's an effective monthly payment so I have peace of mind. I've had no issues. The companies send are good. My garbage disposal went out and the guy came out and he looked at it and then somebody brought him a comparable one and he installed it. Easy peasy fix.

The customer service is always excellent but nobody's perfect. I used my warranty for my heating and it wasn't done correctly first time I called them back and they fixed it and it was at no cost to me so it was really worth it. They don't send, in my opinion, the top quality people the first time.

The policy does not have turnkey replacement of appliances. When I had to replace an over-the-range microwave oven, instead of CHW taking care of everything like American Home Shield does, CHW only sent me a check that does not fully cover the replacement costs: (purchase, delivery, installation, and disposal (of old unit)). Additionally, the web portal to request service does not have a stored- CC-number payment feature to "touch a piece of paper / handle an issue only once." In other words, I have to interface on the service issue an additional time with the service provider for payment -- AHS has this feature. As a property manager, I interface with home warranty companies on their web sites may times throughout the month. I prefer those companies that use an AHS-like consumer interface process that allows me to take care of a repair/replacement issue with the least amount of work and hassle.

I appreciate the quick response to claims. It has been very quick and the work has been very good. The heating element in my oven detached. I called and a technician came out within a day. It did take extra time because I needed a part ordered but it was fixed in a week.

It was easy it was easy to submit the claim online it was easy to get the response back by email and just the overall turn around with it and at that time and the company was very professional. Recently my heater went out and they came and they cleaned the ignition switch and the heat has been going every time since.

I'm glad I did choose them. I haven't had a problem with them once they've sent us on that one customer service website. My refrigerator went out so I called choice out and they sent a tech to came out and assess the problem, they say the are no problems that they can't fix, so they went on and they fixed my refrigerator.

They tried to fix the problem the best they could. If the appliance couldn't be fix and they give you money to purchase another one, but it is only a third of the cost to replace it so you had to put two thirds more money to replace the item and I was under the impression that if they couldn't fix it they would replace and it didn't work out that way.

I expected the best and they delivered it. They're very responsive and very timely and they go straight to the point and try to address the problem. I had to get my electric switches replaced and they immediately sent a person and he was knowledgeable enough to make the changes and put a very minimal co-pays.

I would have given a higher number because the warranty program has worked fine in my opinion. However they are employing people who deal with their customers in an offense and unprofessional manor. I called to re-new my policy and spoke to a young man. After getting my information he proceeded to try and up-sale me a five year policy. He spoke so fast I could barely understand him but basically wanted more money and it would be a better deal for me, according to him. When I said no, he became belligerent and insulted my intelligence then hung up on me!! Really is this the way you want your customers treated!!!

My heater wen out during our coldest time of year. The Choice service rep gave me a service time of the next afternoon—cold day and night ahead!! Buy, about three hours later the technician called and said was on his way because he got through on another call and now had time to fix me. So he immediately came out and repaired my furnace!!

From my perspective, it is a very good warranty company. They have handles all of our problems in a very timely manner. We've had to call them three times and each time the experience was very nice. They are always very polite and on time. It is very efficient. We've used it for the dryer and washing machine and oven and each time it was done in two days and they did a very good job.

I've had a good experience with Choice. Only one claim in all my years with them has been denied. It was when the garbage disposal broke. They said they don't cover rust. Only one bad experience in years is a good thing. They have replaced or repaired several things in my house in the last five or six years.

The last issue was my vented microwave would start cooking on it's own.
