I’ve had good experiences. They did try to find me a plumber and when they couldn’t, they let me have choice of plumbers and I they would reimbursed me the money but I chose to wait for them to find me someone. They have sent wonderful people to my home. I’ve had no problems.

Tried it for a year and it worked pretty well so I decided to stay with them for three more years. Every time I call, they are pretty good. The people are professional and friendly. They know what they are doing and get it done. They are very good. It would be nice if they checked when we were available before they made the appointment.

Convenient to have someone so I renewed with them this year. Last month my AC was leaking and I used the warranty. There was a little issue because I didn’t read the fine print and so I don’t always know if they are going to cover something. I am a little nervous when the technician gets here because they have to get their approval. It is not a done deal.

Customer support is very courteous and get someone to help right away. I had my ice maker replaced. They came out the next day but we had to wait for some parts to be shipped. I didn’t have to wait long. They couldn’t fix my washing machine a couple of years ago but they gave me money towards a new one.

About three or weeks ago I used my warranty for my dryer and stove. You are supposed to pay the sixty five dollar service fee for each appliance but they waived the fee for one of the products and only charged me sixty five dollars for both products. They came right away. They fixed the dryer right away and was very helpful. The stove couldn’t be fixed because the part was discontinued.

A hot water heater had cut off and they came and repaired it but it took almost four days to get it repaired frome the initial call to actually getting a service. It felt too long for an important thing like a water heater. It seems like the best option compared to the other companies for what they covered and the monthly premiums

I've had to replace my dryer and they offered a gift card to purchase my own and it wouldn't delay the amount of time to get a replacement it was nowhere near enough. I still paid out of my pocket six hundred dollars for the same dryer. I was really dissatisfied about that because my other home warranty was just replaced dollar to dollar. I've had some good interaction with the costumer service reps and then I've had some not favorable interactions with them.

My garbage disposal was was broken and I thought it was the dishwasher because the water was coming through the dishwasher. I called up initially and when they got out here it wasn't insist washer and I was told I have to pay to service fee. They repaired the garbage disposal and I've had no problems since.

I had a leaking gas valve on my furnace a couple of months ago. They had someone sent within a couple of days. He fixed it but had to get permission because it was expensive and they approved it and it was repaired. It was seamless. I haven't really dealt with costumer service I just do everything online.

For the most part, they were really a 5, the last call I had was more like a 2. It was a plumbing job. I was really disappointed with the guy who did the job. Total of $115 to do the job for a plastic faucet. My water pressure is half of what it was and the faucet is noisy. It has a stopper on it, but was never hooked up.

I was unsatisfied with my previous company. Choice covers a lot more than that company. Their responsiveness is also better. I had a technician out the next day when my pump went out on my jetted tub. It was hard to find the part because it is older. The company they used was very good and customer service oriented.

The workman they recommended came to my home in a timely fashion and determined that my refrigerator needed a new door gasket as the magnets on the old one had stopped working, preventing the door from sealing properly. A new gasket was ordered and installed. I was told to close the door firmly for the next couple of weeks until it was firmly seated and holding the door tight. I do not feel that the door is sealing tightly yet. I will give it another week or so to see if the kinks will wear out. If not, I will be calling back to see what else is recommended.
