The customer support seems to really care. They're very good and knowledgeable. They're with you every step of the way. The system was very easy to install. The equipment is up to date, it's all wireless and the cellular technology is very good.

Every time I call the customer service, they bend over backwards. They've been extraordinarily cooperative and helpful and everything. They're very cordial and forward leaning folks at the customer service. When I call them they follow up and stick with it.

They were a great help when we were looking for a system and when I needed help installing them, they walked me through it with no problems. The price is great and it gives you all that you need for your security for your house and it's easy to install and the customer service is great.

The system is easy to set up and use. It's very easy to do it yourself so that makes it very easy to get up and running in a short time. The customer service is responsive and to the point. They give all the information I need in regards to the products and also if I have any issues. They have excellent service.

I liked the way the sales person was able to guide me through the process. I'm having a couple issues that are repeating and I don't feel like the person was supportive and cared more about resolving the issue then listening to what the issue was. The equipment is okay. The features are kind of lacking as far as certain things that the use would want to use overall. But it's easy to put together and set up. The sticky stuff that holds the sensors keeps on coming off so they should come up with new tape. It's kind of annoying to keep having to call back or put stuff back up.

They're available twenty four house a day. I had a problem with the system while I was away in Europe and they were able to work with me over the phone even from there to resolve it. The system seems durable. It's reliable and it was easy to install.

They have really good service, every time something happens, they are there on top of it. They take their time with you and they don't rush you to kick you off the phone to get to somebody else. I have been having trouble with the battery.

The customer service is what differentiates them, their customer service rocks. Any time my alarms goes off they have been extremely prompt. One time my sensor fell off and I called them up and they were very nice about and they helped me set it very well.

I had a problem one time when the video camera went out and they got called on it and had one in the mail the next day at no charge. They back their products on the three year warranty no problem whatsoever. The camera could be better because I have one and it quit working.

We did call with an issue and the guys spent about two hours on the phone with us making sure everything was good. It was originally explained to me one way and then the two hour call I was told another way. It's not as clear cut as it should or could be.

Anytime I had to call and ask anything, they had very good people to answer any questions I had. I really didn't have very many problems at all, it was very easy to set up. It was easy and simple to set up. It was integrating in my home in two hours. It was very easy. They are a very solid company that's very easy to deal with.

I bought the system because of the easy of the installation process and the cost on it also. Everyone I've dealt with from customer service was very helpful. The system is easy to use. The only problem I've had so far is just when they took out the monthly charge like three times in the same day, but they refunded it right away. Fortunately they caught the error themselves and corrected it so that was nice.

Every time I've called they've been very helpful and if I have any issues with the equipment they'll send me new equipment or different stuff to try to help. They've been great. The stuff that they have online is expensive but when you call and talk to them they often will give you a discount.

At the beginning had a few fake alarms until we got used to it, also the fire alarm fell off the ceiling with the sticky pads i recomend screwing it into the ceiling it fell off once and the fire department was there in minutes, but everything is great with the whole system love it!!

We talked to a nice salesman who convinced us to go with Frontpoint. They have been very kind, courteous, and respectful. Our pet set off an alarm once, but they called us right away and took care of it. They keypad on the wall is quite large and bulky.

I love the WiFi feature. I can set alarms and check cameras from my phone. The cameras are really good and the system itself is very easy to install. For payments, you are locked into a price and they won't change it over time, so that's nice.

I chose Frontpoint because I wanted to own my own security system and bring it with me if I moved. They are always there to answer my questions and solve my problems, if I have any. They accidentally did a triple charge on my account, but they caught it, called and emailed me, and fixed it right away.

It is easy to use and the price is reasonable. Customer service is very responsive, they answer your questions, and if you have any technical questions, they can help you. I don't have anything negative because they've been great. I switched from a major company to go with them and I haven't regretted it since.

I have a problem with one of my devices but my guess is that its going to be resolved very well so it's not a big knock on them.

I have a pet and the pet definitely set off the motion detector every day so I've stopped using it. I thought it was the best deal for the most equipment and customer service at the time. Customer service is extremely responsive. I would mention that the mobile aspect is not complimentary included; that was not mentioned to me, I thought it was a great thing and then it just went away.

Some of the equipment doesn't it hold up quite as good as I would have expected, it is functional, but it could have been made better. Every time I've called they've answered my questions and help me out and it worked first time so everything was good.

Hardly any wait time. The equipment is good but some of the newer equipment is better than what I have.

You can get ahold of them twenty four seven and everybody's been very helpful. I've had two things happen. And it's typically with the glass breakers. I was out of town and at one thirty in the morning, one of the glass breakers fell and the police came and woke up all my neighbors. And maybe it's because I don't know how to put them up but they don't afix them to anything. The other equipment has been great, but the glass breakers have not been great for me.

The equipment is easy to install, I've had no problems with it to this point. Everything has been pretty good. I wish I could just set up any camera to go with their system. I was trying to get another family member with them and they can't seem to give me the same deal as mine and I can't understand why.

Anytime I've called in for any kind of tech support or anything they're very informative and very professional which I can't say all companies are like that. I did have an issue on one of my sensors that went bad and they took care of it. Except the other one isn't working. The system is all wireless. Anybody can hook it up. The only thing that I didn't like was the sensor unit, it has to be plugged in, you can't hard wire it in.

When my system detected an unauthorized entry and I was not home, the alarm was sent and I received a phone call asking if I wanted to alert the police. I accepted and the police arrived before I returned. The alarm was due to an unlocked door blown open by the wind, but the service I received was exactly what I expected.

Every time I've had a problem, they've been really good in solving the problem and working with us. I like the fact that we could install it ourselves and we don't have to have a technician come out because it was so easy to install. I think their monthly monitoring is a little high, but I think the overall process system is really good.

It's easy to reach someone in customer service and get questions answered. The window thing you put on the wall fell off and I can't get it to stick again so we just leave it on the table, but it should be on the wall. We love the system. It is easy to use and it's working for us so far.

There were people that were breaking into homes in my neighborhood and doing ransacking and stealing cars, stealing jewelry that type of thing. When we screwed up you guys got right on top of it. The alarm is easily set off is the one downside.

My motion sensor kept picking up my cat, and now I haven't been able to use my motion sensor. One downside to the company is that because it's a self install you might feel like I don't know personally I feel a little intimidated or just not really ready to handle the actual systems unless I was equipped to work with the devices when there's a problem.
