I gave it 3 stars because of the tax on each card i purchased as well as, i could not even send to family for Christmas, instead had to ship gift cards at my address then ship again. Doesn''t make any sense.

Best thing about Gift Tree are their amazing selections. There's something for everyone!! The free shipping is great, too, but I'm more impressed with the options. I've sent my parents three different(at least) baskets and they love all of them. Gift Tree is my only go-to company now.

I sent flowers as a gift. The recipent said they had never gotten such beautiful flowers and she loves flowers. It made her day very special. Highly recommend! Delivery was next day and their in the morning which I really appreciated!

On November 8 I wrote a review for Gift Tree and have them a 2. Since that time Marla S. From Gift Tree contacted me, apologized, and refunded the additional shipping charge and the full price of the order. I will be contacting her separately to thank her, but wanted to post a revised review. I woke up one morning this week and it dawned on me that Mom's birthday was the next day, I had totally forgotten to plan anything or send a card. Gift Tree to the rescue! The flower arrangement arrived on time the next day and the looked gorgeous. Saved this lazy son's rep for sure!

A few years ago, I ordered my aunt a gift. It was delivered, but was stolen from her door. I called them up and told them what had happened. They immediately sent her another one at no extra charge. All my gifts I send from Gift Tree because of the way I was treated.

After following all directions to take my order store and pay...told all would be shipped plenty of time for holiday gift... I get a email 4 days later saying my item is out of stock and I have to go back to store for STORE CREDIT ONLY. AWEFUL

I have ordered with you twice both times were a huge disappointment. The second order was delivered to the wrong address and i only know this because i called the recipient and they never recieved it. Then it took another week to deliver. Not even close to the date chosen and paid for.

The delivery was late and I was given nothing but excuses about why the package couldn''t be forwarded, including a BS line about a sealed bottles of wine not being able to be shipped. I called UPs and confirmed it could, and I had it shipped. I will never ever recommend Gift Tree for anything. It was an expensive lesson.
