The reciepient of the condolence gift basket was a member of my family so I was able to elicit an honest opinion of the items included as well as the service. They liked the basket it came in and will use it again. Most of the food was good except for the sausage which as inedible and the savory snacks were too spicy; namely the wasabi flavored items. Otherwise they were pleased. It was delivered when it said it would be.

Yet, I had sent a Thank You arrangement to a family that was supposed to have been delivered last week but it never made it to its recipient. I called after I round out that it was never delivered and the person who answered my called was supposed to have contacted me back but I never heard a word from them. Good products and you can find some reasonable prices. I wish their website would allow you to pull up individual previous orders. i sometimes need to expense items and there is no way to pull up past orders. Everything is collaged and difficult.

I live out of state of where my daugther is located, and she had a very big day, and wanted to give a gift basket to her and the team she hired for this new and upcoming show they are permanently doing... I had no idea who to go to, so I did a search, and GiftTree came up. They had a wonderful selection to choose from, and I had put myself in a position of "urgency" to make sure it was delivered the next day. Sarah helped me find the perfect gift basket, and let me know there were no guarantees, but they came through!! Thank you so much for getting the gift basket delivered on time!! My experience with Gifttree has been great. Beautiful gift packages and great great costumer service from the Company. I was having some issues with my last order and Ms. Marlo helped me so much with such. She went out her way to contact UPS, Federal Express and the business mail room with regards to the specific date of package delivery. She contacted me several occasions and maintained me informed as to what was occurring with the packages which made me at ease since I was concerned about the delivery date for both of them. I really greatly appreciate so much all the help Ms. Marlo provided to me. Buying a beautiful gift is a nice thing but receiving wonderful customer service adds to feeling very comfortable with the purchase and that such gifts will be received without issues. I can’t ask for better than that. I want to give my great thanks to Ms. Marlo for all the time and help she provided for these gifts to be received at the appropriate date. I’ve been ordering from this company for over a while now. All my recipients have been highly satisfied with the gifts they’ve received. I’m taking the time out to review it because a situation came up with one of my orders (through no fault of their own). The manner it was handled was exceptional! It said a lot about their going beyond and above to make customer satisfaction. I also like that they have gifts for pretty much any budget.. Also receiving discounts when you subscribe your email is an extra bonus. Just be mindful if you plan on using the free shipping service do it at a week in advance so it can be delivered on time. If not just pay for the shipping of your preference. Overall, currently I’m very please with this company.

I have worked with gift tree for many years and their customer service is amazing! If they ever had a problem with my order they would contact me right away. Their baskets for shipping arrive very professional with it's own pair of scissors which I thought was an awesome touch and really make the gifts special. I would highly recommend them. We also use the Gift Basket Connection https://gift-basket-connection.com which ultimately the gift tree network. I prefer using the Gift Basket Connection to place my online orders because of the immediate chat service they now are offering as well as their customer service.

After reading all the bad reviews, I felt that I needed to post my wonderful review about the basket I just had delivered to my mom for Mothers Day. She had to leave unexpectedly for a family emergency and I found out Wednesday May 10, that she would not be home for Mother's Day, and she was pretty upset by it. So, I found the Chocolate Decadence gift basket and ordered it at 1pm. At 3 pm it was out for delivery. And as promised, it was delivered today, May 12. It is perfect. It had everything in it it said it would. And she was thrilled, so in turn I am thrilled. Do not let some old reviews turn you off to a company, glitches happen and companies change processes to make them better. Thank you gift tree for saving my Mothers Day!!

I have ordered three items from GiftTree for various reasons throughout the year. I appreciate their customer service (they emailed and called when they had to confirm an address- within hours of placing my order). The gifts arrived on time as ordered and were so well put together. I admire that this company uses local florists to provide flowers to the area, supporting local businesses. I think there are misconceptions from other users, including their expectations of same day deliveries. I have had three very positive experiences and would recommend this company to anyone looking to buy a gift for themselves or others.

Ordered most Expensive version of gourmet gift basket with high-end items and when the basket arrived it was filled with the cheapest low-end version of each item! Plus the basket was packaged with 2 bottles of white wine instead of the requested Red. This was a work anniversary gift for a beloved, amazing assistant and, despite her insistence that she really did love SALTINES and STRING CHEESE (replacements for Parmesan-Rosemary Toasts and gourmet cheese), with the individually wrapped but connected string cheese sticks having been torn into Single sticks and strewn about the package, it was extremely Disappointing and embarrassing. Customer Service apologized and explained that the images on their website or a suggestion to the local stores and that they had no way of knowing what would actually be delivered. I will never order from them again.

Brenda, I am so sorry. String cheese and Saltines are never appropriate items for a gourmet gift baskets. I would of been disappointed and embarrassed also, and I am so sorry we are the ones who put you through that. I had baskets that were lost or not delivered on time. It lead to a very embarrassing situation for me. Customer service finally reordered the basket but it was way later than originally intended. customer service finally did do follow up on the basket lost but basically blamed the delivery. I felt their "recovery" was very poor.

Because the e-mail i received stated i would get either $10 off or free shipping, but when i placed my order online for a basket that was on sale for $10 off, the final review showed it at full price. So i called customer service & that gal gave me a $10 off coupon to make up the difference, which i applied to my order. In the end; however, i didn't get the original $10 off so i called customer service again (when i realized the error). That gal told me that i was only entitled to receive $10 off the original price - for example, she said, if an item was $6 off the additiona $4 (to total $10) would be deducted on the final review. I protested that was wrong and she reiterated that the sale price was the $10 off mentioned in the e-mail i'd received. That's not right as far as i'm concerned - if you send me an e-mail that says i will get $10 off, and when i click the link it directs me to a web page that has some items on sale (for varying amounts) that is VERY MISLEADING! If that's the way you do business, i will use another gift basket company. I had even recommended your site to a friend right after i placed my order, but will be sure to let her and others know how misleading your company is.,

I called customer service because the package wasn't going to be delivered until the dat after the birthday which upset me. I got told that I didn't pick expedited shipping and I had put the date that I wanted which is what the website tells you to do. They asked how they could help and I told them to call the recipient and tell them they would be getting a special package the next day. I found out that they didn't end up calling the recipient. I was very upset. I probably won't use them again based on my delivery service and the customer service I received.

I ordered a $90 basket of fruit only because the recipient has a severe gluten allergy. I was there when it was delivered and was shocked. The only way I can describe it is ugly. There was only 3 fruits vs the gorgeous variety in the photo.the bananas were green with brown crusty scabs& the apples were all small red delicious. The basket was cheap wo a beautiful bow (as pictured). I could live with all that but it was stuffed with candy and other sweets that were not gluten free. I sent the company a photo and they were shocked at the size & quality of the basket. They offered me 30% off to send another basket or a 50% refund. FYI I have never made a complaint before this one.

The first time I ordered flowers from them, they were nice. The second time I ordered a dozen roses but the actual order only had 8 and it looked NOTHING like the photo. The roses were small and the vase was completely different and it was delivered very late in the day (around 5pm). They did refund me some of the money but I'd rather just pay for good quality roses from a better company.

Ordered a fruit and candy basket for my parents. I have never ordered from this company before and was a little concerned about the quality of the fruit. My parents loved it. They said that the fruit was very fresh with not a bruise on any of it. It was the best fruit they have ever eaten. The chocolate candy was also exceptional. My mother was also impressed on how beautiful the basket itself looked. They were very pleased. I will definitely buy from them again, and next time, I will get something for myself.
