I was hesitant about purchasing a gift through GiftTree because of the reviews I read, but I am quite delighted with the purchase. Their customer service was great. I found out the recipient wasn't going to be at the office on Valentine's so I wrote and requested that it be shipped a day early - and they were able to make the accommodation. He was pleasantly surprised. And no, the basket didn't come arranged but the site states that it IS packaged for the items to be delivered safely. I had a customized bow and he loved the little scissors it came with to open the package.

I feel l I need to write this review. After I placed my order yesterday evening I made a mistake of reading the reviews on the website. After reading most of them I was convinced that something is just not going to work with my delivery. WRONG. It worked out great. The balloon bouquet with a teddy bear was delivered this morning to my goddaughter in the hospital. Thank you very much. Very pleased with the service.

I sent fruit basket to co worker out of state for his family during death in family. was delivered as promised and worker was excited by it boosted several time gratitude of basket. Was great size . Choose your company cause it was the only one who would deliver in the state I was sending it too then the most popular shops which limit choices . And didn't guarantee the next day . My company will from now on use Gift Tree for future deliveries.

We ordered gifts from Gifttree for my son ,daughter-in-law ,and my new grandbaby. The parents were thrilled with their fruit basket of goodies, flowers with a Mylar ballon ,and gift basket for their new son! I am so happy that everything was so nice for them since I live far away and couldn't be with them right now. My son said the apples and oranges were juicy and they were going to savour all of the goodies in their basket. The flowers were the good ones and they said they were beautiful! I wondered as I couldn't get the better ones. My son loved the lion stuffed toy and monkey rattler in the baby basket. They said it was like we were there celebrating with them. The customer support was very good but my last purchase I was very disappointed with the gift basket I ordered. This is the second time I've ordered from Gift Tree and they messed up the package. The people that received my first one did not know where it came from. I was not very satisfied they did not look good.

I had questions about my order & when/if it was delivered.They would not tell me told me to call the people I sent it to.. I asked for the name of the local florist/company to made the order..I was told no.. I sent a gift basket to distant relatives when someone died.. I was not going to call to ask if they got my gift basket.. till this day I have no idea if they got it or not.

The gift failed to deliver to the recipient and I was not helped despite several attempts at contacting customer service. I received a notice saying not only will the gift not be delivered, I would be charged extra shipping to ship it back to the warehouse, then the warehouse couldn't accept it so they would charge me extra shipping to mail it to my billing address. The gift never showed up to me. Lots of $ wasted.

Review especially for the one in the North Texas area...The fruit basket was laughable. It came in a very cheap basket different from one pictured, containing 4 SALTY snacks (pretzels, gold fish, meat sausage, and something that was forgettable). The only fruits in it were (4) oranges (4) and apples, the cheapest of all fruits. A "big" teddy bear that I added to the purchase was of the size of 2 arms put together, oh my. They also never responded to my respectful email inquiring about their returns policy

Placed first order with the company on 02/19/18. Recipient notified me that they never received the gift. Rosa looked into it and found out the order was refused at the warehouse. Placed another order on 11/02/18. Recipient notified me that the pears were bad. Tiffany apologized and sent out a replacement basket. Was notified that this time the oranges where not good. 2 out of 2 experiences were bad so I will not be ordering from this company in the future.
