DO NOT ORDER FROM BOUQS.COM. I ordered Valentines day flowers from them, 4 days PRIOR to Valentines day I tried to get the delivery address changed and couldn't. Pretty minor offense until you hear the rest. I was told they couldn't change the address because they we're already packed, hard to believe until I got the actual flowers. Half of them were dead on arrival. Some of them even had these mesh repair nets on them. Worst customer service reps, HORRIFIC product. It's like they're robbing grave sites and re-selling to the consumer. Photos available if you think I'm exaggerating.

Saw a great deal on Groupon for TheBouqs and decided to try them. Purchased 2 Groupons to use for 2 family members. Had no problem using the first Groupon, but trying to use the 2nd one was ridiculous. Apparently this company only allows a person to use 1 Groupon per person ever, so even though I was able to purchase 2, I can only use 1. I called to complain and they said it is written in small print. Yea right. The only way I can use the Groupon is to use it from some other account. Ridiculous, and do not recommend this company at all.

I signed up for subscription flowers. First month they sent me two dozen Costco flowers...this is not an artisan bouquet, it's a gaudy neon cheap mess. And they charged me $44 for it. Thanks, next time I want neon flowers, I'll go to Costco and pay half. With their marketing and website, I'm completely surprised that this is what they're selling. What a terrible first impression. I cancelled my subscription immediately.

The last two times in a row I ordered a large bouquet of flowers from this place as a gift for my wife and both times the flowers were damaged and dying. Last week for Valentine's day half the flowers were dying on arrival. The Fedex tracking number 406097687835 says that it took 5 days to deliver! You can't put flowers in a box for 5 days with no water and expect them to arrive in good condition! The flowers at Walmart looked better. Will never order from them again

Got bouqet for Valentine's Day. They were squished so tight in paper, they were flat. Roses have desd pedal on them. Sent pics 2 days in a row to show them they got worse. They are telling us to wait 2 weeks for them to reach potential, the card says after 2 days you'll see difference from shipping. Today, they are all brown. They want us to open acct, so they can credit for a future purchase...really? Horrible customer service. Trying everyway to NOT give a refund. Will never use again or reccomend to anyone.

Worst company ever. No way they can stay in business unless this is just a cash grab. Spent over $80, received wrong order, and nothing but the same form email from fake employees. Sent the photo and explanation, and kept received the same form email letters. Gotta be an overseas company. I've ALWAYS used Proflowers in the past, for over 15 years, and thought maybe to try these guys out. Proflowers made one mistake in that time period, and they rectified it by sending a double order the next day, and another future credit. Stay away from bouqs. A total joke.

I just received the roses I ordered. To start, they do not appear to be very fresh. The stems were dry (Not even wrapped in a moist paper towel. The so called vase that I paid twelve dollars for was a plastic cup. I will NEVER do business with them again. Buyer beware !!!! If I could give them no stars, I would. This is the next day and the roses are fully open, which means they were old when we got them. If we are lucky, they may last a couple more days. Roses from a food store last longer than these. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY !!!!

If you can rate a company with a 0, that would be suffice for Bouqs. Husband ordered my a deluxe Valentine's arrangement for 75$ and they came wilting. Most of flowers were severely dehydrated and the arrangement was very misleading; completely different from the pictures on their website. The arrangement only had 8 roses and when we sent in a request to evaluate the situation, NO ONE RESPONDED. Just goes to show how they are setting themselves apart from everyone else.

My husband sent me flowers today, Valentine's Day, and they are the saddest bouquet I've ever seen. Not only are the flowers wilted, browning, and in general ugly, but it's not even the bouquet my husband ordered! The bouquet that arrived had completely different flowers from the one he ordered! Not sure that we'll contact customer service, but I doubt we'll order from this company again. I didn't know that bouquets had the potential to be so depressing, but this one certainly is.

Order from the firm based on advertising on my regular radio news station. Order early Valentine's Day for mom and mother-in-law, both in California. Poor delivery on one order; it tossed over the gate in high winds, the driver never pressed the button to open the gate. Both orders were far subpar to orders from other local and national florists. I will not attempt to contact customer service due to comments from others. I have learned a $210 lesson that these folks are to be avoided. Less advertising and better product delivery and quantity might be a better business model.

HORRIBLE!! I ordered a bouquet of flowers to be delivered on Valentine's Day 2018 and on the morning of, I get online to track my order to find out it's been cancelled. No one emailed me, called me or anything and I was finally told over the phone that after they had charged my card, no flowers would be available for delivery that day or the next. On top of these frustrations, I had to spend 30 minutes on the phone with customer service JUST to get a refund. Save yourself the money and hassle of ordering these over priced bouquets just to receive a headache and a pissed off partner.

The first time I got flowers from Bouqs they were bad. The roses never bloomed. They were already kind of brownish in some areas. Not good. Now a second time I got a Fandango "free" Bouqs with a $15 shipping fee. So I was like okay, let me gift myself with some flowers. Well, the flowers are smashed, brownish and unenthusiastic looking. Yes, unenthusiastic looking. I do not recommend this company. For $15 I could have bought better flowers at WalMart. Very disappointed.

They show a beautiful picture on their web site. What they actually deliver is nothing like what they advertise. The flowers are wilted, droopy an in bud form. The vase is a plastic cup. Their response to complaints about quality is that the flowers can be forced to bloom in a couple of days by putting them in a nutrient solution. When you are giving a gift of flowers, you don't want to give something that looks dead with instructions on how to possibly revive them.

They're flowers are a little more pricey, but I've liked their flowers (only reason they get a 1 instead of 0). I've had a number of orders cancelled for no reason. Since flowers are normally sent for a special occasion, you would think they would try and handle the situation with a backup. No. Just a notification of orders being cancelled with no explanation. Terrible customer service and completely unreliable.

I ordered flowers at 8:56 one morning, realized the name was misspelled on the order, emailed customer service at 9:17...almost immediately after about the error, and asked that the shipping label be changed. The flowers were not yet shipped, and in the "prepping" stage. I was told the order was unable to be changed or cancelled. Will never use their service again.

I received a bouquet of flowers from your company on June 12, 2017 from my daughter in law,. I was gone at the time and the flowers (which were not in a vase) were left on my front door for I don't know how long. While there was not a great selection of flowers, the tiny baby roses were wilted by the time I came home! The rest of flowers were not fresh and wilted a couple of days later.

I ordered what looked to be a beautiful expensive orchid from this site and it showed up broken and without most of the flowers on it. 4 emails back and forth asking for a refund from Bouqs garnered nothing more than asking for more pictures. I did send pictures with the initial email and they still refuse to refund me OR offer a replacement. With the number of online florists out there you would think they would do a better job at keeping their customers happy. Never again.

I ordered 4 bouqs to be delivered for Mother's Day. 3 were ok, 1 was not what I ordered and came with no moisture in it and the leaves were all brown and the flower petals were falling off. I emailed customer service and did not receive a response. I waited 3 days and contacted them on Twitter. Finally received a response and they wanted to give me store credit. I asked for a refund of this delivery and they complied. The concept is good but I will not be using them again.

My children in Michigan sent me flowers from Bouqus for Mothers Day. I felt so bad when I had to tell them how awful the flowers were. But I did not want them to waste their money! It was not and according to there latest email it is still unresolved. the 3 arrangements I did receive were nice but not worth the additional time spent to get them, easier to call local florist and have them delivered.

Husband bought me some supposedly VERY BRIGHT and colorfully rich PINK roses (he showed me the photo) BUT I received a bouquet of pale white roses that dyed pink on the edges. They probably ran out of pink roses and it's their lame attempt to make it look like one. PLUS flowers are already past the newly bloomed stage and some leaves and a bit of petals are already wilted.

The Bouqs will ruin any special occasion you need flowers for. Valentines Day? Anniversary? Graduation? NEVER TRUST The Bouqs. Really, that's their business model. In fact, they send flowers that are surplus and outsourced, add a 400% markup and then sit back and collect the transaction fees! They don't offer refunds - only store credit. My advice? Use your American Express card so that you can easily dispute the charge because store credit is as useless The Bouqs!

My boyfriend ordered flowers for me for Valentine's Day and was told they would be delivered on 2/14. They shipped the flowers from Maryland to NYC the morning of so, as you would imagine, they didn't show up on time. When I opened up the tightly packaged flowers on 2/15, they all fell apart. Most of the roses were damaged and sad looking. One was even covered in mold. Thankfully, the company refunded my boyfriend the money but I don't believe he would ever order from here again.

Ordered flowers for my mother-in-law's birthday. She sent us pictures of what she got - a bouquet of dead flowers. I assumed that if I didn't pay an additional $11 min for a vase, they would still come in some sort of water supply. Nope! Had I known they were going to be that cheap, and look NOTHING like the picture of the bouquet displayed that I chose, I would not have wasted my time. I received a large discount from a promotional offer - still not worth it.

I just received the Sunshine Twins Bouq of lilies. Half of the lilies are dead and off the stems. The leaves are all bent up. The alive lilies are tiny and bent. I have seen nicer lilies at the supermarket/ gas station for $8. I feel badly for the purchaser who sent them to me. I tried to contact the company but could not find a phone number. I CAN ASSURE YOU ANY GOOD REVIEWS ARE FAKE. What was delivered to me would be considered garbage by any legitimate florist. Also, the fact that they were left on my driveway in the heat for 3 hours( even though I was home) did not help.

I sent my mom a $60 bouquet and it looked like cheap grocery store flowers. I was so embarrassed. When I contacted Bouqs customer service, I was told there was nothing they could do because I didn't order their "farm to table" flowers and they really can't guarantee what the local florist would put together. Apparently, the "farm to table flowers" take a few weeks to arrive - if you want something sooner, you are getting a local florist who can pretty much do whatever they want. I will NEVER order from them again.

What a horrible company! I ordered two bouquets for Mother's Day, and they both arrived dead as doorstops. The flowers were so ugly and mostly white even though I ordered pink. They were not as pictured at all. I emailed the company and they told me that was how they were supposed to look and they'd open up in a few days. A few days came and went. Mother's Day came and went and all I had to give my mother and mother in law were some ugly dead flowers. I uploaded pictures to show them, and they blocked me from facebook. Having received 2 bunches of red tulips (in the same box) as a Mother's Day gift , I was totally disappointed with the product. The flowers never opened, died after one day, looked frostbitten, and half had stems that were broken, possibly from the elastics which bound the bouquets together. Very shoddy product. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I purchased a Gilt promo deal. I went to order flowers after it expired, expecting at least face value of what I paid, at the very least part of what I paid because they were paid in full.
