The flower arrangements that Bouqs provides are far original, fresh and far superior to any that I have seen on other sites. If you are looking for basic, run-of-the-mill floral arrangements, then Bouqs is not for you. However, if you want original and rustic arrangements, then this is your place. Every time that I send flowers using Bouqs, I get the most amazing responses from the recipients.

My daughter ordered tulips for me to arrive in Valentine's Day. The next day I received them at 10:30am. looked at the sticker and it said Feb 14 1030am. I followed the flower care instructions and my tulips drooped after putting them in water in the vase my daughter purchased separately! My daughter was extremely upset about this. I emailed the company on her behalf to let them know. Ivy at The Bouqs Co replied to my email and gave me several options to compensate for the disappointments. I should be receiving a new bouquet on Tuesday. I'm happy with The Bouqs' customer service. I hope the flowers also exceed my expectations! Updated 2/24/2017 I decided on having a replacement bouquet sent. Instead of tulips, I decided on the Maui, a potted orchid. The online photo looked so pretty--the orchid looked like a hot pink, but when I received the potted orchid, it was much darker--a burgundy color. One of the flowers had snapped off en route. There was a warm pack in the box. The flower care was vague, so I am glad my mother was able to tell me a bit more about caring for an orchid. So far, the orchid is sitting in its eco pot on my desk. Thank you Ivy and The Bouqs for a nice replacement.

I don't know where all these bad reviews are coming from, but I have ordered 3 bouquets from this website. They all delivered on the scheduled delivery date, fresh, wrapped, and beautiful. The message and everything was right. The costumer service is amazing too. I had to edit my message and I couldn't do it myself so I emailed them and they emailed me back within 10 minutes. Love this company.

I really like the flowers Bouqs has on sale on their website! They are always unusual arrangements and make for really great gifts. Sometimes specific arrangements come with additional items, like a necklace or something so those are great for birthdays or holidays. I actually had a monthly subscription with them for 6 months and would send flowers to my mom & she would complain that her old flowers didn't even have a chance to die before she got new ones, so the longevity is another good factor. The only downside for some people is the flowers don't have any sort of smell, but I take that as a win!

I've gotten about 6 or 7 bouquets from the Bouqs. The single order bouquets are WAY nicer than the subscription ones, so I'd advise not bothering with the sub. I'd signed up for sub based on the regular bouquet selection, but then literally nothing I liked was available with the sub, only bouquets that are more grocery store level. I've also had a mixed experience lately with the bouquets themselves. I did a bunch of freesias, and they arrived wilted. The Bouqs was super prompt and easy to work with on sending a replacement, which was gorgeous (anemone and ranunculus). I just ordered mixed fancy tulips and they are ridiculously tiny. I didn't even know tulips could be so small! Some are barely bigger than a quarter, and even the biggest are about 1/3 the size of normal tulips. When I chatted with customer service about that, they were way less helpful and friendly, because the flowers are in good condition. I had to be really persistent and did ultimately get a credit. But they were basically half sized versions of a tulip bunch I'd expect to pick up at Trader Joes for $8.

I contacted you a few weeks ago, but my claim was closed by Marcial, before being solved. I have been the recipient of your flowers, mostly roses, on a subscribed basis, 2-3 years. This is done yearly by my daughter-in-law. I have not voiced my complaints to her, but I feel certain she's ordered many other things from you, as well. I always open the box upon arrival, and prepare the flowers for their containers. My major complaint, during this time, is the musty, moldy odor, which doesn't go away. I wish I could send you this smell. I'm certain you would agree it's very unpleasant. Others are unfresh roses, with signs of drooping heads (that don't always stand up, blooms falling off, as soon as I got them out of the box, the ends of the rose heads are bruised and turning brown. My belief is that her account should be credited for many of these gifts.

Every floral order I've purchased has been absolutely beautiful. The bouquets are much bigger then pictured. Colors are amazing and it's fun to watch the flowers open up through out the week. I've had arrangements last up to 4 weeks as the flowers are so fresh!

I decided to wait a few days after my most recent experience to write a review for TheBouqs company. While I'm giving them a 3 star review, I probably would prefer the option for a 2.25 or 2.5 tops. And that is only because they were very fast in refunding my $83.00 to my PayPal account. No apologies or expression of remorse to my twin 8-year-old granddaughters who were the recipients of the 'difficult arrangement' or me either . . . but the fast refund counts for something including the acknowledgement that there was a mess up on their end. I do think they could use some counseling on how to do better customer service . . . the kind that really helps.
