They provide beautiful flowers. You get to see them bloom and they last a very long time. From the packaging to the actual flowers, it is always outstanding.

I had received flowers from Bouqs on 2 occasions, and thought they were lovely. I sent a 72$ bouquet to a friend. It was marked as delivered, but my friend never received. I called customer support and was told to have her look for them at the neighbors, or in the garage SIX days after they were supposed to be delivered....WHAT? The address was correct and in a regular neighborhood. I asked for a refund. buyer beware

I ordered flowers for my mother for Mother's Day - they arrived with no card (I had written one to be included with the arrangement.) and apparently included pieces of plastic hot glued to sticks. Not only was I unhappy with the arrangement - I was honestly embarrassed. I complained to the company who assured me the plastic pieces were "loofah" and a central piece of the arrangement (funny that wasn't mentioned when I purchased) and offered me $15 dollars off my next order - of which there will be none. In addition to all of the above the actual flowers that were included my other described as anemic.

Hi Alexis, we're so sorry about this experience. The only plastic accessories that come with our Bouqs are the sticks that carry succulents in some of our Bouqs. Our loofah's are 100% real. I'll reach out to you in a private message so I can get some more details about your arrangement and further assist. Thank you so much for your feedback.

Spent over $70 to send my friend what I thought what a gorgeous, beautifully- designed bouquet. What she received were entirely different, ugly, flowers slapped together that I never would have ordered. It was embarrassing. When I complained to Bouqs customer service and sent them a photo of the actual bouquet, I received he curt response, “flowers may differ from the actual photos on the website.” Well, then why take representative photos at all? Why not just take a photo of money being flushed down a toilet? Insane they can stay in business by defrauding the public out of their money. I used them because I trusted the Shark Tank PR and that Robert on Shark Tank would never put his name on a company that was basically a scam hidden behind pretty hashtags and Facebook ads. BUYER BEWARE. SAVE YOUR MONEY. You’re better off calling the local florist and rolling the dice - in any case, it will definitely be a cheaper mistake.

Beware! This company is a sham! I received a bouquet as a gift. None of the flowers were as pictured online. Most of the flowers came wilted, drooping and brown. The rest were carnations. I sent an email with pics to the address on the delivery sleeve, and got an automated response advising that the email address is no longer monitored, and it provided a new address to use. Wrong! Each attempt was returned undeliverable. I called the customer service telephone number and spoke with someone "off shore" who didn't have a clue. He then referred me to the help section on the website. After about a dozen emails back and forth with "John T.", he offered me a credit on my next purchase. I declined and requested a fresh bouquet. After another dozen emails, he agreed to send one at no charge, scheduled a new delivery date and time and sent me the confirmation. Guess what? No flowers. He did, however, MAKE AN UNAUTHORIZED ADDITIONAL CHARGE TO MY CREDIT CARD, which I have disputed. There is now no response to my further inquiries with the company. Save yourself time and aggravation. Shop elsewhere.

Terrible! Ordered subscription service every two weeks. Received one amazing shipment, did not receive second shipment. Was credited after 3 emails that did not address my issue and one phone call. Received one shipment that contained far less roses than the photo I paid for. 4th shipment was wilted and broken throughout the bouquet. Emailed customer service to.let them know why I was cancelling my service received and odd vague email back about how these are not arrangements that I would have to cut them and place in a Uh huh...i know! The bouquet is technically arranged and how can you make an arrangement with broken dead and wilted flowers. Stay away from this company. They do not send fresh flowers as promised.

Are flowers came frozen. Rock hard frozen. As they came out of the box they were falling apart. I sent a email to them within 15 min from getting them from fedx I also sent picture 6 hr later I was told they could not see they’re frozen. To take a better picture of the frozen parts. 1st 6 hr later they would not be frozen. 2 nd my wife threw them out because they were making a mess. The two pictures I sent was flowers that you could tell were dead and the second was the cut off of the stems were you could see the shine of the ice in the stem. We live in New York and it was 22 outside and if you put plants outside and it get to cold they die. The same with the flowers. Also I order triple the flowers. I was surprised to find them packed Separately so after my wife took out 2 I asked if there was a 3rd and she said no. In my two email with Bouq she never addressshe also never said anything about my clams of them being frozen in till I made that the main point. We revived them at 10:15 a.m I sent my first email at10:30 am. At 8:00 pm I was asked to take a second picture showing them being frozen. We happen to heat are House I think you could almost defrost a turkey in 10 hr. Also they never said we are sorry to hear that you have a problem. I also told them I expected my flower to look like the picture that I picked them from. So if I was you I would save your money and time get them from a real flower shop.

I worked with customer service to see if they would honor their Happiness Guarantee before posting a negative review. Suffice to say they do not have a Happiness Guarantee. I ordered a Grand Farmer's Choice package for Valentine's day. This shows pictures of several different flowers that the "farmer" will pick for you. The Grand option is the most expensive option with 36 stems. Unfortunately, I just received 36 roses. This was very disappointing because I was anticipating getting several different types of flowers. After several back and forth emails with the company, they just pointed to a small disclaimer hidden behind all the vibrant pictures and alluring descriptions that say this order may consist entirely of one type of flower. Okay, so I got duped by the small print. Now I feel like an idiot for getting taken advantage of. However, I was definitely unhappy and they have a Happiness Guarantee, right? Wrong! I've ordered flowers online from several different companies. This was my first bad experience. So far I would recommend any flower company but this one.

Twice they have failed to deliver on time. Their tracker says "En Route" but nothing ever gets delivered. They tell you the flowers never left the farm... then why would the tracker change its status to "en route?" I would rather know up front that nothing was ever on its way so I could make other arrangements. They've spoiled 2 very important occasions for me and my loved ones.

The flowers were not fresh for Valentines Day 2018; the flowers were too desiccated--the ends were curled, dry, and dead. She was not pleased. Was a waste of money. So much for "fresh from the flower." AVOID. They also offer only the minimum and try to overcharge in upselling to pad the bill. The result is that you pay as much as if you had a local florist deliver. This is a crap company with pretty marketing. AVOID.

I wish I would have reviewed this site before I ordered. I see many people share my main complaints. Although I received the order as promised, I received brownish roses that look like they'll never bloom. I bought the supreme version and got only 12 roses total and a bunch of weeds . I would not recommend this company to anyone and I will never buy from them again. I did complain to the company this morning and I will see how they respond. Depending on how they respond I may modify or remove this review.

This was my second, and last order with Bouqs. I will never order from this company again. The first order of flowers arrived a bit late, extremely expensive, and dead. The flowers sat in the sun too long and arrived dead for my daughter's birthday. This, my second time ordering, was a funeral for a friends brother. I ordered the flowers and they were supposed to be delivered the day of the service. A week after the funeral, I am just finding out they are on their way?!?!?!? What? This company cannot get it together. I have written several emails to get this issue resolved, and an apology is nice, but it doesn't fix the problem, or give me back my money. $100 for a bouquet is high for something the family will never receive! I DO NOT recommend this company...ever.

I ordered a $65 deluxe bouquet of pink garden roses. The deluxe is the middle classification, one step up from regular and one step down from the Best bouquet classification. The picture showed beautiful blooms that resembled peonies, very open and very feathery and the vase was just packed. What ended up arriving were 10 small, crushed, and just about dead roses. I put them in the smallest vase that I own, which usually fits a dozen roses beautifully, and these flowers just look awful- there's just so few of them and they are spindly and tiny, no where near filling the vase. I don't expect them to be on the stems in the morning when I get up for breakfast, I have a feeling we're gonna have a countertop filled with fallen petals. This is my second order from them, the last order was the same thing, just about dead and small. I can get better at the local supermarket for a fifth of the price.

I wanted to try out their service so I placed a subscription order where they pick and send flowers every two weeks that are suppose to be unique and from volcanos or so they advertise.. I received an invoice at Friday 6:34pm with their selection of flowers they were going to send. They were UGLY and looked like carnations that had been dyed pinkish/purple. YUCK> I emailed back at 8:30pm that same night and they said "It was TOO late to cancel". Really> they weren't even sent and were arriving on Thursday which was 6 days LATER. They cost $55 for a bunch of dyed carnations that were ugly and suppose to be "lillyflowers". RUN from ordering from this company. Once you place an order you CAN'T cancel it nor any refunds....BAD for Business-Just plain BAD !

I have the unfortunate experience of dealing with this company twice, yet I suppose if I was stupid enough to try a second time it's my own fault. This most recent time, I ordered flowers to be delivered to my wife's employer for her birthday. After the first failure last Valentine's Day, I made sure to order weeks ahead of time and even pay Saturday delivery. Checking Saturday, they weren't even close.. in Tennessee when we live in Pennsylvania. No delivery Saturday. No deliveries on Sunday. She got them early Monday and they were dry and wilted, then I had to look up contact information as after 5 emails and an escalation, they were still denying my refund. These flowers are not cheap either. Such a frustrating and disappointing experience. Oh, but they do give me credit toward future purchases.. not so much.

I ordered a bouquet from Boqus a few months back that were DOA at that time they issued me a credit for the cost of the order. For mothers day I ordered a $100 bouquet for the wife using the $85 credit and paying the rest on a CC. The flowers that arrived were thin and had not bloomed I questioned Boqus and was told that is how they are shipped and to wait a few days for them to fully bloom. I took photos each day and after 5 days this is what I have for $100 I contacted them again and demanded a full refund and was told they are sorry and for my trouble I can take a 15% discount on my next order.

I had an order that was due to be delivered between 9am-1pm on May 15th. When I checked the order progress tracker on the 15th, I noticed that it was a few hours past 1pm and was still in the stage of being put together by the florist. When I reached out to customer service (several times) I only received a single response notifying me that the delivery was picked up by a florist courier and untraceable. When I followed up the next day, I waited hours to only be told that the delivery was not processed correctly and never even made by the florist. *This was an order placed to make up for a Mother's Day order that Bouqs' systems did not process due to an internal error (per customer service.) Oddly enough, after the first mishap, they promised that this type of error NEVER happened and they would fix it for me. If only customer service actually responded to my inquiry about this latest order sooner, or even at all, I would have been able to cancel the order and tried another floral company.

Avoid this company at all cost. My daughter ordered flowers for me for Mother's Day with a Saturday delivery. I got nothing on Saturday (or Sunday) and was really disappointed that she had not sent anything, even a card. I got a call from her later that day explaining that Bouqs didn't deliver them on Saturday as ordered but when she followed up they told her they would on Sunday. When she saw that hadn't happened either, she explained all of the customer service issues she encountered. Finally, the Tuesday AFTER Mother's Day, I got a box with colored roses, the very last thing she would ever have ordered for me. (I don't like roses because they die too quickly, as I know these will because clearly they send left overs of their Mothers' Day bouquet.) She had ordered something totally different and it was supposed to include with the flowers a plant that I could pot and keep. Seriously, what flower company can't deliver for Mother's Day, one of the biggest flower days of the year. Horrible service and outdated product.

I purchased flowers as a gift with a groupon. That process was cumbersome and I had to contact the company via email to get it straightened out. Then the flowers were delivered and were awful. The recipient followed the directions provided by the company, but two days later, the flowers still looked lame, a joke of a gift that cost $75.00. If you want a nice looking gift of flowers.....one that you will not be embarrassed to have sent....DO NOT use this company. And finally, they have something they call their "happiness" guarantee....which is worthless. After my 4th email back and forth with what were "canned" email responses, they offered me a $20 credit. Which, based on their prices would barely cover their shipping cost ($15.00). I declined same and cancelled my account. Lesson learned. I thought I was a savvy consumer, but was swayed by the positive Groupon reviews. I should have dug further. I hope this review will help others as they traverse the murky waters of buying online.

I got a coupon for $40 off of a new customer purchase for Bouqs.com. I thought I would order a small bouquet for a Mother's Day gift, but because I was not familiar with the company, I went "cheap" and only ordered a bouquet priced at $40. I added in their signature vase for $12, and my total cost after shipping, the vase, and tax was just over $30. I was sorely disappointed when the scraggly bouquet arrived in cellophane, not arranged , separate from the vase. I thought that the bouquet would show up arranged in the vase and then wrapped for shipping. I have seen other companies do it using wetting gels and such. I did not realize that it would come as a DIY project. I don't feel that the product is worth the cost. The flowers I picked were Gilly flowers and resemble carnations. I feel I would have gotten better value buying a vase from Walmart and grabbing carnations from the grocery store. Will definitely stick with ordering from the local florist. At least then when I order something valued at $52 ($40 bouquet, $12 metal tin) I know it will be put together and not look like a dime store effort.

Received the Wild About U Bouq - Alstromeria -- shp date 11May17 - arrived 12/May17 by FedEx who didn't bother to ring my doorbell. Upon opening the box, there were 2 bouquets of these flowers with tons of pink and yellow buds & the tiniest of leaves (looked like pine needles) filling the bottom of the box with paper/rubber bands around the flowers on top. Out of the box, tons more buds & these leaves fell all over my kitchen floor, counter, & sink. The arrangement is terrible with more tiny yellow flowers, more leaves and only a sparse amount of flowers. The 1 succulents were cut too short & stuck in what appeared to be like 2 clear sipping straws plastic. The sparse flowers are droopy and the yellow whatever they are flowers are over-ripe & dropping. My kid bought these for Mom's Day for me - I hope she can cancel this order thru her credit card due to your delivering a poor product.

I was excited to use a Groupon I purchased for The Bouqs for mother's day. However, the flowers that arrived looked nothing like the bouquet I purchased. I would have had to purchase 4 of what I received to have it look like what they pictured. I went on their website and they state that they have a "Happiness Guarantee". I contacted them and provided a picture of what was sent to my mother. In the end they stated that what was shown on the website was the $90 bouquet and I had ordered the $60 bouquet. Even so what I received was not worth $60 plus their $15 shipping charge. I am very frustrated, especially with their "Happiness Guarantee". I am not expecting a lot, just value for my money. I will not shop with them again.

They sent dead flowers to my mother for mother's day. While they initially made good on it by crediting me back, I did not attempt to use the credit until the following May (I don't send flower bouquets on a regular basis). I was told I lost my credit as it expired after a year. The credit "expired" on May 4th and I was ordering on May 9th. When I questioned this, it was essentially a "Sorry, too bad" reply. I will not be using this company again. The fact that your chance of receiving flowers that are in poor shape is bad enough but this type of customer service really speaks to how valuable the customers are to this company.

I spent roughly $60 on a bouquet for my father who was diagnosed with cancer. The flowers he received were already DEAD, shriveled, and sparse. The image I saw of the bouquet advertised on the site was gorgeous and looks absolutely nothing like the bouquet he received. This company has taken advantage of the fact that the purchaser often does not see the product they've sent. A coworker was recently sent a bouquet from this site as well, and she faced the same problem -- the flowers arrived ALREADY DEAD AND DRY and she did not have the courage to tell her friend that the flowers she ordered for her were so bad. Do not waste your money on this fraudulent site.

I ordered what appeared to be a good sized arrangement and even upgraded the size to be sure. What arrived was an embarrassing Valentines bouquet. Most buds weren't even beginning to open and at least 20% never opened at all. This is their response. "Dear David, Thank you for reaching out, as we are always here to help. Because our flowers come straight from the farm, they often arrive in bud form, which I know can be a little underwhelming..." They never did anything. I filed a complaint with the BBB. Here is where to file if they did you wrong: http://sanjose.app.bbb.org They responded to the BBB with an order upgrade on my next order... Luckily my wife understood my efforts weren't as cheap as what came.

I am completely disappointed in this company and will never use them again, nor will I refer anyone their business. In addition, I will let it be known on as many review sites as I can that this company delivers the worst customer experience. I decided to ask my bridesmaids on Valentine's Day by sending them bouquets with a card. Two deliveries made it, but the third (which was actually the first order placed) didn't arrive on Feb 14. I emailed customer service and they wrote back confirming it WOULD definitely be delivered end of day. It was not delivered. The bouquet arrived the next day, and it was the WRONG bouquet, with NO card. Again, I emailed customer service and asked for a refund. Not only did they not follow through with the order, they tried to explain that this can happen, and they can't guarantee the type of flowers seen in their sample photos OR the time they are delivered, even after specifying delivery between 9-5. Instead of issuing me a refund, they thought it was acceptable to give me a $10 credit. This company is AWFUL and I truly hope they figure out the value of customer experiences. UNACCEPTABLE.

While I'm still not pleased about receiving flowers late, they've at least made up for it. --- Ordered roses from Bouqs for Valentine's day and they never showed up. Order still says "En Route" for 2/14/2017. Looking at the FedEx tracking info, it shows that they shipped out on 2/13 for 2nd day delivery...scheduled for 2/15. My Husband ordered flowers for Valentine's Day which is is also my Birthday. He requested that the flowers be delivered to my office between 10-2 yesterday. I leave at 4:30 and he ended up having to tell me about the flowers because they never came and asked if I can stay until 5 hoping they would be delivered by that time. Nothing. We tried calling last night and how convenient the number states to email them. Today 2/15/17 at around 11 or 12 he tells me that he received an email my flowers were delivered nope no delivery. At around 3:00 I receive the flowers from a Woman I was told wasn't very nice. So I send a picture of the flowers to my Husband and he tells me that's not what he ordered not even close!! He ordered the deluxe Rustic bouquets $90 which included more expensive flowers than the carnations, roses, and gerber daisies that I received. I will never order from this website again and will spread the word of my experience.

These guys are amatures. I ordered flowers to be delivered about 1 week before Valentine's Day, the biggest day of the year, and they flat out just missed it. Here is what they said in an email to me: The Bouqs Co. Help Center Case ID 53871 Hi Rob, "Thank you for reaching out in regards to your order with The Bouqs Co. I just spoke with the farm, and unfortunately, they missed your order. This is an extremely rare occurrence, and of course, they feel terrible, and so do we! As a valued customer, this is certainly not the experience we want our customers to have." They are sorry. They refunded me the money, but that does not make my wife happy. I have purchased 10 Bouq's since August. I had no problems until yesterday I always purchase the Grand (largest Bouquet). I ordered 3 dozen Roses that were supposed to be various colors and they turned to be mostly sad looking White Roses. They do not list telephone numbers and you have to search for customer service email. The cost usually runs from 70-90 Dollars each. Apparently they do not care about my business. On the form they give you to complain is a place for photos. They think I am supposed to go over to the house and say I want to take a picture of the flowers I sent you because they look like crap.

Terrible customer service, they have a phone number that is just a VM saying to email them. Emails take 24+ to get a reply and then you cannot respond to them as it is a unmonitored email address. Over a month ago I ordered flowers and I requested a delivery for Feb 9th to be ahead of Valentines day. On the 5th, I checked the website and my order was still not processed and I emailed them. They said there was a computer problem that caused my order to not be moved into the active system. Logged in on the 9th since I had not gotten a email saying it was on the way, The order was moved to the 16th. There was no email or text informing me of this. I received a coupon from Fandango for a free bouquet of flowers. I followed the link to order a bouquet for my daughter for Valentine's Day. I selected a bouquet and put the coupon code and received confirmation that my order was placed. Then, two days later I received an email saying that my coupon did not qualify for that bouquet and my purchase was canceled. They gave me a new coupon code for a free bouquet that required a $15 shipping charge. The coupon was basically for a bouquet of 10 lilies. I would have ordered them, but they were no longer available to be delivered before Valentine's Day, even though it is only February 7. So, all that ordering was a big waste of time and my daughter won't get flowers. Not happy.

They offered 54 tea roses at their highest price point. I had an interruption and had them in my shopping cart, when I came back my cart was emptied and had to reload the page it said "whoops". When I went back to find what I was ordering the quantity had changed from 54 tea roses to 24 tea roses--FOR THE SAME THING! When supplies start running low they rip off the customer and thin them out to sell more arrangements for the same price! I am calling the attorney general and reporting them for unscrupulous business practices and fraud. I took a pic with my phone to send it to a friend to get heir opinion--so I actually have the proof.

Website fully of pretty pictures, but totally non-functional. Spend 20 minutes placing an order, hit confirm, and everything disappears and you are back to where you started. Website extremely non-user-friendly. Don't even try using their concierge service. After you fill out what flowers and dates you want and hit "save" the form repopulates using apparently random information which you then have to correct multiple times. If you have all day to spend placing a flower order, this is your place. If you call their customer service line, all you get is a short recorded message. There is no opportunity for you to leave YOUR message. Emails are answered in 48 hours. If you want to wait this long to get a simple question answered, again, you will love this outfit.

I would not recommend using this company. I placed an order for Christmas flowers, selecting to have a local florist deliver them, as it's more personal than flowers in a box. I placed the order a few das in advance, and selected the 9-1 delivery time. At 1:45, when the flowers had not been delivered, I contacted the bouqs via email (there 800 numbers says they are too busy to answer and are only providing customer service via email, very shady). They emailed me back, saying the order was out for delivery. By 315 pm, the flowers had still not been delivered, so I followed up. I did not get a response. I followed up again at 415, and my girlfriend would be leaving work soon. They got back with me and send the order had been missed by the local carrier, and they would be cancelling the order. I have not yet received the refund, but it has only been a day. This is not the worst experience you could, as long as they actually process the refund, but I feel I was lied to. When I tried to get an explanation as to why I was told the flowers were out for delivery, I was ignored. I order flowers to brighten someone's day, not to get a refund when they are not delivered and write bad reviews. If you want to ensure this happens, it's probably worth the extra money to go through a local florist. I'm trying same day Teleflora (the allow you to select which local partner you use), so hopefully that works better, as I didn't have time to go to the flower shop this morning.

DO NOT, I repeat, DDDOOO NNNOOOTTT use ANY sort of rebate offer (Living Social, Groupon, etc) with this company. It's a bait and switch. You get the code, and when you go to put it in, magically it vanishes, and you're hit for the full amount of whatever order you're trying to place, plus you're out whatever you paid for the rebate offer. I ordered the $20 for $40 offer on Groupon. I put in the code, and it showed that it was initially accepted. But when I went to put in my payment information for the remaining balance ($17), it ended up charging me for the entire order ($57). The money was taken immediately out of my account; so this $57, combined with the $20 from Groupon coming out, left me short. I contacted The Bouqs, via email (their phone number doesn't work), and they cancelled the order, and said I would get a refund, but it would take 3-5 days for the $$ to hit my account. In the meantime, my cell phone is about to get shut off, and another bill is about to his in a day that will be short.

Great flowers terrible service when it works. Do not sign up for their concierge service, they have so far ruined Mother's Day and my mother's birthday deliveries. They have changed my order without alerting me of it, and despite setting up messages to come with the flowers somehow they disappear. Getting in touch with them is practically impossible. On Mother's Day they sent a second bouquet from their then very limited selection (due to demand) and we received 30% poor quality/damaged flowers.... Birthday we have yet to receive, but yet again my order was changed to Farmer's Choice without alerting me and given my previous experience I'm not expecting much. After repeated attempts to get a human on the line I spent 20 minutes on the phone and our call was disconnected while he put me on hold to resolve the issue. At this point I will work hard on getting them to send acceptable flowers for my mother on her birthday and then will cancel all future orders and look for a different service. In short - What is the point of the great flowers of it takes them multiple attempts and so much wasted time to figure it out...

DO NOT PURCHASE ANY FLOWERS FROM THE BOUQS!!!! Okay so my daughter purchased two dozen roses for my birthday months ago to make sure that they would be here on 10/15/2016 which is when my birthday is and when i would be back home. The bouqs send the flowers days before I was home so they sat in the package room in the lobby where I reside and when I signed for them on the 15th they were withered. I followed the directions exactly to try to see if they would revive. I waited a couple of days but nothing. I told my daughter after a few days not knowing that they changed the policy of how long you have to reach out to them concerning the damaged flowers like they gave us the last time when i purchased flowers for my daughter's birthday. My daughter searched her e-mails looking for the confirmation that they are suppose to send you after the purchase but noticed that they didn't send her one. I wrote to them explaining what they did and the condition of the flowers and that they did not send a confirmation e-mail and they wrote me back saying that they were delivered on the 14th which was a lie because the security guard in my building signed and put it in the computer system. They just replied saying that I had 72 hours to send a picture but we didn't have the confirmation e-mail where the order number and any other information that they request to include on the form. I ask you does that make any sense???? I wrote them explaining it all and they didn't care enough to look into the order and the confirmation they didn't even mention the confirmation. IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO LOSE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY, TIME AND EFFORT I SUGGEST YOU DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY THEY ARE HORRIBLE AND HAVE NO PEOPLE SKILLS NOR ANY CONSIDERATION THAT YOU PURCHASE AND EXPECT WHAT YOU PAY FOR!!! THIS IS OUR SECOND AND LAST TIME WE WILL PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! PEOPLE PLEASE BEWARE OF THESE WOLVES IN SHEPPS CLOTHING!!!!

Very disappointed Ordered a beautiful floral bouquet for a birthday gift to be delivered on same day. Well when I checked my order status it stated delivery on next day.!? Well I called Bouqs which is very hard to get a human to help . Finally I was told that the local florist in the temecula CA area couldn't or wouldn't fill order for same day delivery.!! So my order was cancelled. Bouqs will refund Which is good but still can fill order. I will not order anymore florals from this company. I did get a 15.00 credit. I ordered before the time deadline for same day delivery but the local florist wouldn't fill order. Sad and upset

After an extensive search online for local (NYC) high quality same-day delivery floral vendor, I found Bouqs. I was thrilled by not only the selection, but by the environmentally responsible way in which their organizations operates. As a result, I took a chance as a first time client and I decided to place an order. My order was scheduled for delivery between 1pm-3pm. At 2:08pm I was notified that my order had been shipped. At 2:35pm I received another notification that my order had been delivered. Naturally, I reached out to my wife shortly thereafter to ensure that she liked the delivery and she noted that she had not received anything. I immediately called one of their customer service representatives, who then, after placing me on hold for nearly 20 minutes, was unable to track down the bouquet. I was then told that I would be called back whenever they had more information about my order. As you can imagine, this was quite opened ended and didn't leave me with much confidence. I was then contacted, nearly 40 minutes later, I was informed that my package had been delivered to the wrong address and that someone was "trying" to retrieve it. At this point, my wife was to be heading out of the office in the next hour. When I informed the rep of this timeline, they asked me for an alternative address for delivery, as they didn't know when they would be able to get the bouquet and didn't have a new estimated time of delivery. As you can imagine, as this point I'm not only disappointed by the service, but also by the response. I immediately asked to cancel my order and asked for a refund. I was placed on hold for another 15 minutes and then told that the package was in route and that it would be there soon. All around, this was a miserable experience for me as a first time client. From the delivery service, to the timeliness of the response, to the refusal to acknowledge my cancellation request - every element of this process was thoroughly inadequate. I don't know if this is a common occurrence or if this is an anomaly, either way, what was supposed to be a lovely gesture ended up being a not so lovely one and taking significant time away from my own work day trying to manage this.

I DON'T recommend this florist. I was going through a rough time, and my daughter sent me a double bouquet. I was so surprised and excited to see the box on my porch, but my heart sank because it was an over-90 degree day here in Missouri, and I thought to myself, “oh well, they probably have a cool pack/water in there somehow,” because that's what other online flower deliveries had. I opened them, and they were so poorly wrapped – just crammed into plastic cello wrappers like you get cheap flowers in at the grocery store. No water. No cold packs. Just rubber bands. Of course, they were all wilted. Also there were two big stems of Hydrangea that had huge brown rust spots on them. There's no way THAT happened in shipping! They were diseased and defective when cut. I put them in water, hoping for the best. Some of the flowers improved a little, but most were totally limp and dead by the next day. I agonized over whether to tell my daughter- she went to so much trouble, and I hated to seem like I was complaining, but I think this experience was inexcusable! I hated to think she spent so much money on this, with such loving intentions, to get this kind of service. So, in short…DON'T BUY FLOWERS FROM BOUQ'S. It will be a very disappointing experience for you, whether you are the sender or the recipient.

Website is a hassle to use--too many clicks to see pricing information. I ordered Wednesday morning, which gave me the option for a Thursday delivery, but I wanted them on Friday. I got a message they were packed on Thursday and would be delivered on Friday as requested--before noon. Instead my flowers spent extra time in transit, probably at elevated temperatures, and arrived Saturday noon. A big disappointment. Product seems OK, but definitely not worth the hassle and expense. I got a recommendation for a local florist for next time.

I ordered an $80 bouquet for my sister. I was so excited for the bouquet. I had family members chip in money and I assured them that I had read many reviews and there was a guarantee if we had any problems. My sister called me and told me she wasn't sure how to arrange the bouquet of a few tiny flowers and all this salad looking stuff. I laughed and thought she was over reacting. sent me a photo and I was totally shockedembarrassed! The bouquet looked nothing like the photo. There were less flowers than advertised and the greenery looked like lettuce. The flowers were several inches shorter than the greenery. The flowers were packaged separately from the many packages of green, bok choy looking leaves. I contacted the company via e-mail (as the company requests) and the next day I recieved a computer generated response that basically said, "Thank you for the feedback." I searched for the companys phone number, which was hard to find. I called and spoke with a man who didn't ask for any of my information, but said he was aware if the problem, the photos I sent were being looked over by a specialist and I would hear back the next day. I didn't. I sent another email the third day and received a response saying, "The flowers look fine. Thank you for the feedback." Good thing I paid through PayPal which protects people from these types of businesses.
