Not sure why Groupon would send me 3plus hrs away and why they still have newville as a on going business guess you don't really check. Well I quit Groupon and got ripped off for the money I spent. BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE

They make it extremely difficult to cancel an order. They use delaying techniques to try to get around your statutary rights. They appear to be polite but are bullying and ignorant. I have purchased 3 items all of which have in some way or another been disapointing, NO MORE! DO NOT BUY FROM GROUPON!

I have the worst experience ever. I purchased a part of pillows from Groupon but the item were never delivered. I tried to contact them but did not receive not answer at all. Please don't buy from them since there is not guarantee of receiving the products.

Terrible customer service, they make it extremely difficult for you to contact them, they have no phone numbers. Once I finally got ahold of him told me they would not refund anything after 3 days of purchase even if you haven't redeemed it which makes no sense what so ever. Terrible return policy.

I’ve been trying to get help with Groupons I have for businesses that are no longer in business. I was unable to use some of my Groupons due to an injury at work in the city I previously lived in. I’m not asking for my money back just to apply what I paid to purchase Groupons in the new area I had to move.

It sucks. They don’t have any customer service at all. Just try to find a phone number for customer service, it doesn’t exist. They only have a chat that is available only in the app. If you received an item broken as I do, you are at your own.

There redemption codes, and voucher numbers are not honored by merchants, no refund. 1800flowers.com stoled $15.00, might not seem a lot if you get 150 suckers they made there money. Down with Groupon..........No one to chat ( talk ) too, no phone numbers, that should throw up a red flag.

I have bought wagwalking Groupons and followed all the necessary steps but did not the receive the code for the credits. When I reported the issue I kept receiving an automated email but no help. Now I have to get my money back from the bank since I did not receive the service I have paid for!

You can't always trust the deals on Groupon are actually "Deals." Lots of time, the way they advertise it makes it seem like a deal but if you go check another site, it's the same price. I bought a refurbished product from Groupon and it broke almost immediately.

I have a love hate relationship with groupon. Every now and then, you can get some crazy good deals. The Seven Peaks Pass of all Passes is amazing (plus you can score a 50% off promo code sometimes) and Itto Sushi has a great deal. Besides that, just a lot of massages and products I don't want. Plus, their emails come way too often. Spam.

SCAM! I ordered a product on Groupon that was never delivered. Groupon refused to refund my money, and instead offered me "Groupon bucks" which, of course, are only redeemable on Groupon. BEWARE!
