Worst experience ever and the most painful. I had purchased the spider vein treatment package. Dr. S was rushing during my appointment and was very curt with me. I also purchased expensive numbing cream that did nothing to eleveate my discomfort. Plus the staff scheduled my next appointment for 2 weeks later and when I arrived dr. S stated that it was much too soon for the next treatment with no apologies for his staff's mistake. Needless to say, I never returned and allowed my additional treatments to expire.

I was trying to cancel an order for venue tickets because they did not supply any section or seats on the groupon receipt. I amhandicapped and cannot get to upper nosebleed sections. While chatting with groupon ********* I was typing a long response and the chat person signed off. Now they have me blocked so I cannot initiate another chat session. I am Pi*****!! I am going to have to dispute this with my credit card company if they won't fix this

No stars. I just called groupon I bought two gifts from groupon that were never used. I called them hoping I could get a refund. I mean the money came out. I would hope that if it wasn't uses or couldn't be used I would hear from them or be granted a refund or possibly switch it to something I could use. Right? Well no. I threw that money away. Deleting my app. Won't trust tgem again with my hard earned money. And my goal is to make sure you know what type of company your dealing with before you trust them with your funds. No stars. None

I purchased blooms today coupon thru groupon which was $40 valued with shipping included. I only had limited items to choose and pay extra. I selected $50 valued bouquet and received it two days later. When I received the product, i was very disappointed. If I go to a grocery store and grab a small bunch that costs only $10, it would be much better.

I purchase a product from groupon (it was a cream) and it did not work at all. I followed all the instruction on the return policy and the company refuse to accept the package . I was out of the money I paid for the cream and the cost to mail them the package. When I tried to get a hold them ,I was not able. The company has a very bad return policy and their customer service is very poor.

Groupon is a scam. The merchandise they sell is cheap looking. I ordered three items of clothing, look nothing like the picture, cheap stitching, colors different, sizing is made for Asian builds, the dress I ordered ripped down the middle out of no where because it's so cheap. Trying to contact customer service is a joke-hung up on; chat disconnected, no contact number for the clothing manufacturers-SCAM DO NOT BUY FROM GROUPON.

I did highlights with Pat at Changes Superior company in Blondie's salon in Centereach. The hair came out terrible. He left uneven patches of hair that were discolored thru my hair. The highlights didn't match the rest of my hair. Color was way off. He was highly unskilled. I do question his credentials. Do not use his service. He is horrible. I even I showed him a picture and he just did whatever he wanted not me.

I mistakenly purchased a Groupon and did not realize it until 9 days later. The Groupon I purchased the merchant did not even service my zip code. Plus the Groupon voucher does not expire until 8/30/18 today’s date 6/27/18. After explain this to Groupon they refuse to give me a refund because it was past 3 days. They suggested given the voucher to a friend, I do not know anyone in that area of PA. I live in NJ.

I booked a Dhow Cruise in Khasab, Oman while in Dubai. I could only get to Oman on certain dates. Got the vouchers, booked the cruise, then contacted by the cruise company to say that cruise was cancelled, and I can use the vouchers some other date. I couldn't do that, so asked Groupon for a refund. Wouldn't give it. Update - after a lot of backwards and forwards, and being elevated to a higher level, I finally got a full refund. So, that is a plus for Groupon.

Every single time I try to use a Groupon I get a rejection on being able to use the item I purchased. Due to something in small print or nonexistent such as a business said I could only use the Groupon deal after 4pm (it didn’t say it on the page) nor did it say must order more than $40 worth of product to have coupon applied. Worst service of product and takes 40 minutes to even get a refund

As of right now groupon is charging me twice for each item I ordered, first 72.05 the total amount for 3 items, then as they process each item they charged my account again,its messed up my bank account, took money that was for other bills I have. Sent two text no response, of WHY???? What would happen if there no more money in my account for them to take money again for something I already played for. What's going on., My name Suzanne Klumb.

Ordered garden furniture 29th April, was told delivery would be within 7 working days. No word from Groupon as to delivery, live chat gets cut off halfway through conversion, have sent numerous emails and only reply is we are looking into it. All requests for a refund have been ignored. I have now contacted pay pal in the hope of getting my money back.

I will never use this company again. I bought a tv cabinet that was damaged at the beginning of March. 20 emails later, numerous dates advised when they could collect the item, then advised they couldn’t. I have now been advised they will give me groupon credits to the value. Not the refund they advised at the beginning of the awful process. ( faulty items by law should be refunded ) To say the least the worst company I have ever dealt with!!!

Horrible. I've been shopping at Groupon for several years and haven't had a problem besides cheap quality. Last night I purchased 1 cat house and today I found out that I was charged for 4. There is no way to get someone on the phone only a "live chat" online. The oerson made it sound like I made the mistake so I need to deal with it. She wrote to contact the merchant but there is no merchant information displayed. I am forced to have my credit card company dispute the issue which means the merchant might get screwed and Groupon gets their cut. I'm so pissed and in the middle of Finals.

This is beyond crazy . I ordered a yard flag sign from Groupon . One of there companies momogram . It was to read welcome to our camper. It arrived welcome to our cam . Company has no phone to call only email that they will not answer. Groupon am not help me . No answers what to do. Never again do I want Groupon anything. I wil never use Groupon again!! Watch out for hidden fees. I booked a trip and thought it was good but when I arrived at the hotel they asked for additional fees which were never mentioned. Apparently they were in fine print somewhere. Then we got the absolute worst room. It was nasty and falling apart. We have stayed at this condo before but apparently when you use Groupon you get the worse room available!! Very dissatisfied will never use again!! Beware!!!

This company is a scam. They have employees that steal merchandise when returned and say the box was empty and keep the money that was expected back to the customer..... They refuse to provide proof of it being empt and said oh well after I have video proof I placed the item in box and closed envelope. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. I have reported them to the BBB and contacted my local police department.

Last two times I've used Groupon, was impossible to get a refund. 1) bought 4 tickets for a show in Vegas. Arrived. Show was sold out/not taking the Groupon discount tickets. 2) purchased tickets for Catalina flyer; boat was sold out. Never was refunded. I could not use as at a later date, because I was just in Newport Beach for vacation. I could not TALK to anyone at Groupon on the phone. All customer service done by email. Horrible. I'm out at least $300 from expired and/or unusable Groupons. I will never use them again.

Please do not pick Groupon for buying products not worth the hassle stick with Amazon or Amazon Prime their customer service isn't helpful at all items are cheap and poorly made been trying to find out info about your package being sent they have no idea how to help you save your frustration and look for another site I bought in a few things from them and every time it gets worse and worse never dealing with them again

My experience was the worst ever! I purchased a product but my updated card information was not correct so I fixed it and replaced my order then they confirmed it and everything was ok then the next day they charged me again for the same order and then said they couldn’t give me a refund because I only had 2 hrs to cancel my order which I didn’t know wasn’t placed 2 times!! I will never use this site ever again. This is the worst online experience I have ever had ans obviously they workers don’t know what they are doing and neither does management to offer such awful excuses!!!

I had a deal sent to my email that then wouldn’t work and couldn’t use, the live chat operator said they’d check on something then ended the chat, and then had trouble even finding where to leave a review though on the email it says I can leave feedback. Love when Groupon works, but when it doesn’t, not much has been done to help.

As I have been back from our getaway we still feel very much ripped right off. We definitely did not get what we payed for at all. Your policy of no refunds once you check-in is not a proper way to service your customers. If your product you selling is fraud then it is fraud. How are we suppose to know how bad a place is until we have checked in makes no sense!

I purchased a bed from Groupon. Big mistake! I have had issues with it from start to finish. The bed arrived stained and without all the parts. After weeks of contacting the seller I eventually managed to get the missing parts sent to me and much to my dispair they wouldn’t do anything about the fact that it arrived stained. Since putting the bed together I’ve come to reason it is so poorly made! I’ve had it a few months and already there are parts that are broken and it constantly steals. So disappointed and would never male a purchase with them again.

I purchased a Certified Refurbished Dyson V7 vacuum. The vacuum was POORLY packaged and came in a thin, beat up box that had no sort of padding or any sort of protection for the vacuum. The box was hot glued closed in only 3 spots, but when i brought the box inside, the hot glue did not keep it closed. There were holes on the box and scratches all over the vacuum. This was so upsetting since I had been waiting for the product for a while, but I will be returning it in the SAME condition it was shipped to me. Hot glued in the same 3 spots, no sort of padding or anything.

Absolutely the worst customer service ever. Bought a bike which was not the size stated in the advert! Have had four hour long live chats with customer service over the last two weeks and got nowhere! They say they will be in touch within 48 hours and have heard nothing in two weeks. Have given them every chance to sort this out but all they do is abruptly end the live chat. Have now contacted citizens advice and trading standards as item not as it states in advert.

Groupon used to be a great idea. Now it’s dying businesses or those getting shot of old stock. Always look elsewhere before buying a groupon. 9 times out of 10 it’s cheaper elsewherethan you can buy it on there for, and with so much less hassle if things go wrong

On making a purchase from groupon, the item arrived and was already broken before I had even taken it out of the box. On contacting groupon they cited that the third party seller does not offer exchange or replacement. However my contract of sale is with groupon not anyone else. they are still refusing to replace it for me, so its time to get trading standards involved as they are violating our consumer rights.

The last straw for me was to remove ability to speak with live customer service rep. Most of the vendors I have had the misfortune to buy were unprofessional to say the least. They wouldn't follow up on appointments ....... couldn't care less..... no way to escalate an issue ......don't want to give refunds.... just Groupon Bucks...... so you can get screwed even more..... you waste so much time trying to fix. Groupon used to have a live customer service #. Now it is impossible to get in touch with them. I bought an Ultimate Date Night package that boasted two Movie tickets and a $100 restaurant.com gift card. When I printed out the movie tickets, I only got a voucher for $12. Since when are movies $6? Also, the restaurant choices are awful. I do not recommend this deal.

I called to have an address fixed after their app and website glitched and would not let me update it 3 times. They refused to fix the issue and kept saying there was nothing they could do even though the item has yet to ship. I requested to speak with a manager and was met with the same condescending ignorance. This idiot also told me he was the highest ranking supervisor. Of the entire company? Highly doubtful. I am beyond angry and will not be using them again for fear of another screwup.

I soon found that the app just encourages mindless scrolling to for stuff you dont need.
