I ordered perfume. The order was sent to the wrong state. I asked that they send out the product to me. Groupon said it was no longer available. I asked twice for a refund to my credit card. The company declined and only offered Groupon bucks as a replacement. I dropped the app from my phone and will never buy from then again.

Was unable to use voucher I purchased and requested a refund. I was charged the full amount by the merchant and hotel reservations weren't available. I explained this and was still told because I "viewed" the voucher I couldn't be refunded.

I purchased a newspaper subscription from Groupon on May 9. When it still had not been activated by June 2, I emailed - with nothing more than an automated response. I emailed a gain June 4 and June 22. Even tho they claim to have a 'chat' available, there is never an agent available. This company is a total rip off.

Very disappointed in customer service. I requested a refund to my original payment method on a purchase I could no longer use due to COVID-19. Without consulting me, customer service issued a refund to “Groupon bucks.” I do not usually use Groupon so I will not use these. I made it VERY clear I wanted a refund to the original payment method.

It would be 0 stars if I could. Buyer beware!!! They protect the seller not the buyer. I didn’t receive the flowers (FTD) that I paid for and months resolving my simple complaint and all they gave me was Groupon bucks to try to lure me to buy more from their company. I wish that this was a joke, but sadly, it is not. Buyer beware!!!!

Ordered 2 Hand held hoovers, received a flat pack desk instead. Can not get anyone to inform me where my order is. I paid £139 for a flat pack piece of rubbish which is now lying in my house, goodness knows how I will get rid of this heavy box of furniture. Have emailed both Groupon and a Hermes and I am getting no where!! Not impressed!

I lost $292 in a transaction with Groupon, due to their own delay and fault, and got no value whatsoever from the deal, yet they were unwilling to refund the money. Their reply to my refund request was "it was in the fine print that we give no refunds" even though it was their own fault that the coupons I bought were worthless!

Groupon sold me a voucher to a place that is closed down. They refuse to refund my money. They are rude and take an extraordinary amount of time to return to you. Then they asked me to repeat all the information I had given them. They will never refund your money. Be very careful. They are terrible and are stealing from people.

It was groupon technical issue in spite of that they charged us .we never used those tickets. Be aware when you use this app and buy deals. They don’t care for customer . I have just bought a hybrid memory Bonell double mattress from groupon and it’s the most uncomfortable mattress I’ve slept on in hindsight I wish I’d paid more for a decent one to get a good nights sleep as I suffer with osteoporosis and this mattress definitely doesn’t help .

False advertising - Groupon advertised $160 service for $70. User must call and book appointment. The coupon explains that you can get 50% off a one month membership using the group. The issue is that the service is only $79, and you can get 50% off the one month membership just through booking online or by phone

I brought a Groupon massage and I received a dog bite from the owners dog whilst being in the waiting room. Groupon still have not refunded me the money for the massage plus I incurred further Doctor fees, tetanus injection and antibiotics. The company do not protect their customers whatsoever.

Absolutely awful. Every time I try to do stuff with the credit that I unfortunately have with them from previously ruined purchases (all groupons fault) they manage to mess it up again. They have so far ruined three separate occasions with their incompetence and I am frankly furious and wish I had never tried to use them.
