Ordered 5 purses on November 22nd 2017 for Christmas gifts. These purses never arrived. I called Groupon customer service and was told they would only issue me an in-store credit so I reordered the purses again on December 8th 2017 again these purses did not arrive and did not make it there by Christmas. I have contacted them numerous times asking for a full refund they continue to say they're only going to give me store credit this company is a scam I don't believe they ever sent the purses maybe sometimes there are legitimate deals but in times like this I feel their rip off I deserve to have my money back deposited back into my bank account not a store credit. Use Groupon at own risk! Buyers beware!

I purchased a Groupon to use at Shutterfly. Com. I paid $30.00 for $60.00 of Shutterfly merchandise. When I went to redeem the Groupon, Shutterfly would not let me use it for my purchase because I was already getting 50% off of my order. I was upset, but I thought I still had the $30.00 I paid for the Groupon, even if the promotional amount was a bust. A while later I went to Shutterfly to make another purchase. When I tried to use the $30.00 (which is what I paid for the Groupon) I was not allowed to because the book I was buying was already discounted. The Groupon states “the amount paid will never expire and may be applied toward any goods or services offered by the merchant “. It also states that “promotional value can’t be combined with other offers “ ( should have read that more closely), but even when I tried to use the amount I paid for the voucher ( which was not the promotional value) I was denied. At this point the Groupon has been a waste of time and money. What is the point of Shutterfly offering Groupon promotions when you can’t use them for what you want to buy?! I suppose you could try and find something not on sale... but if they are offering 50% off everything on their site, that is pretty tricky. I just feel like I have been duped.

If I could rate Groupon less than 1 star I would. This company is a SCAM. I purchase the Studio Movie grill passes for $5.00 and still had to pay another 10 to get in the movie. I then gave them another shot and purchased a horse back trail ride for my daughter, my daughter then broke her foot and the Groupon would expire prior to her being able to use it. I asked for a refund and management told me "You should look more closely at the fine print" no refunds are issued. Completely rude interaction with 2 separate people now I'm stuck with this trail ride we can't use for $60.00. Groupon is TERRIBLE

I mainly use Groupon for holiday buys and birthdays. They always have really good deals and I like that I can see how many have been purchased and the ratings on the products so I know if it's a good buy or not.

I worked with Groupon for a while and went through a few account managers. Their turn over for account managers is very high. It went ok for a while but then communication on their end broke down and they were not responding to my calls or emails. They had wrong information on my vouchers as far as location and booking sites even though they were notified several times of the mistakes on my listing. I spoke with a manager and unfortunately, their manager stated that I could not get a new account manager and she was pretty rude overall. I decided to no longer work with them. Since then, I have seen a to less deal seekers and more true customers searching for a new service provider in my area. The other sites that I work with now are more effective at getting true potential customers and less deal seekers.

I love Groupon. I have saved a lot of money using my groupons and have been able to do activities that would typically be out of my price range but are much more affordable through groupon. The only problem I have encountered using groupon is I purchased one for jiffy lube but it had to be used at a specific location which was not in my area.

I love seeing the great deals on Groupon. I just only wish you could set a filter so that I don't have to worry about kids stumbling across inappropriate content...and it does have it on there. I however do love getting a good deal on things.

I enjoyed using the Groupon app. It made it easy to find good deals on just about everything you could think of. The deals were extremely good deals too! I had great success when I was looking for good deals for group dates. I would recommend checking a week or two in advance for good deals on things like group dates, because some of the deals I found expired too soon.

Have always had a good purchasing experience here. I took one star off because I purchased a Fitbit Blaze from here. It broke earlier this year and when I called Fitbit, they wouldn't help me because Groupon isn't a 'verified reseller'. So the warranty didn't apply.

Groupon provides a large variety of goods with great discounts for many occasions. However, not all the discounts are labeled well so it may be difficult to know what the coupon actually applies to. Overall, groupon is a great site that makes going to fun activities a lot easier!

I have only used groupon a few times and for the most part it’s really helpful. It is nice being able to find a coupon or promo code online when I am shopping on the internet. I wouldn’t say that it is the greatest thing ever though. There are a lot of coupon websites out there and honeslty there’s not much difference between groupon and the others.

Groupon has some amazing deals. I have mostly used them at restaurants and for recreational activities. The biggest problem I have is the expiration date. I can't always find a deal when I need it and then I have to use it before it expires. They are easy to use and the site it great to keep everything organized. I have never had an issue using a groupon.

Sometimes Groupon has great deals but sometimes it is just as expensive as buying the product or service without Groupon. Frequently the products sell out quickly so if you want to take advantage of all the deals you have to act fast.

I have been able to find a lot of really great deals using Groupon. It is great for me and my wife because we are trying to save money but still like to go out and do stuff. Sometimes they don't have a great selection of deal, but other than that they are great.

I purchased the 1 day pass with dining package for Busch Gardens and was the same price as just the 1 day pass so who would not order the dining package with it for the same price? They switched it and said I ordered only the 1 day pass and would not change it ...TOTAL SCAM AND BEWARE. I was not asking for a refund just change to what I ordered and after 2 hours of online chat (only type of communication with them) they refused. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM

Take your money Took my money and then look for a voucher that I can't redeem, Groupon don't bother getting back to me but then they have my money, I contacted PayPal they say could be may 2021 before get back to me Omg 5 months, I'll never use Groupon again. Just update nearly 4 weeks later and £50 down the drain, nothing from the company or Groupon, total disgrace that Groupon can get away with this, I have contacted Groupon there now and if I get no response am not letting this cowboy outfit get away with my money

Bought a voucher and paid merchant for shipping. Merchant tried to charge me again for shipping and would not resolve this for 3 weeks. PayPal refunded my shipping and Groupon refused to refund my money merchant claimed their was a glitch in their system and 3 weeks later emailed me. I ordered from another merchant as this was a Christmas gift. I would not do business with Groupon.

I recently purchased and used a groupon at Hemmingway's Blue Water cafe in Springfield, MO. It was for 1 appetizer and two entrees. The waitress informed the fillet entree was not included. This was not noted on the Groupon. The said they were out of 2 of the appetizers and 3 of the entrees. They were all the more expensive items, so we did not save much money using the Groupon and did not get good food.

Buyer Beware! I should have done my homework. Typically I check the ratings before I buy but I forgot to, now I see the site has a 2 star rating and rightly so. I purchased a set of sheets that were described as "Cami" colored but when I rec'd them they were a very dark, very ugly gold. I wanted to return them but discovered that they won't return your money to your original payment method, only store credit. I don't want their store credit because I don't trust their ad descriptions anymore.

Dealt with Groupon via their chat room. We were looking to talk with some one about extending the expiration date on a Groupon deal we were given as a gift. The customer service representative was not helpful at all and ultimately disconnected the communication before I finished typing my response (maybe a 60 second wait). This was my first Groupon experience. I am not pleased or impressed with Groupon at this point
