All they did was deduct the value of the Groupon from the cost of the oil change. If I would have known that is what they would do, I would not have bought a Groupon and just went somewhere else. What a scam.

I was uniformed that the purchase of a Canadian Groupon was in US dollars. It ended up being more expensive than if I had purchased normal tickets at the venue. Customer service was very unhelpful.

Do NOT order from Merchant Marketplace. They sent an order to California instead of Massachusetts, and there answer was order a new one. Mind you it was an $8 hat. Very bad customer service!!!!!

I’ve never had a good experience with Groupon. Anytime I have used it, it backfires and I ended up paying full price or more. I’ve also unsubscribed and removed my account and yet, I still get a thousand emails a day. Customer service is nonexistent.
