I switched to Sprint in 2017, cell service, iPad and a Lg. I travel for work and the cell service goes into Roam a lot. This week I switched to Tmobile, all my equipment has been paid off for several months but when we switched the sim cards over to the LG pad, after 7 calls to customer service to get it unlocked and they swear it's unlocked but tmobile can't get their sim car to work because the device is still locked.

Extremely disappointed with service! I pay 240.00 and for the last 4 days service has been horrible.. I have called all 4 days needless to say everyday that goes by seems to get worse everyday. Clearly told by a technician that they should know what’s wrong and have the problem fixed two days ago! Still isn’t working but yet I can go 7 mins from my house and bam I got cell phone service, internet,

We are glad we left sprint! It has been nothing but a nightmare with their customer service. How do they block a phone that is paid off and no balance on the account????? We are so ready to be over this nightmare. I would suggest going elsewhere for phone service. Save yourself the headache sprint has gave us. They do not stick to the price they give you at all. Would highly NOT recommend

My son is having a very bad experience with Sprint. He was told by 3 separate people that his phone was paid off and unlocked, only to find out after "paying it off" with the first person he still owes 180 dollars before it will be his. Customer service need to be trained better so that when a person calls they get the same correct answer from each person. As soon as this is taken care of he will be cancelling his service. Horrible customer service

Worst company! Horrible customer service and fake deals. I have been after them more than a month now for a $300 that they owe me, and they keep transferring and promising me to get a refund, and nothing received yet! Some agents hang up the phone on purpose, and others keep writing notes for other agents, and when I call in, nobody knows the story!

I've been with your company since the age of 16. Literally more than half of my life and I am the fool b/c I have not the slightest reason to continue paying your company... other than being too lazy to switch. Let's just say THOSE DAYS ARE OVER! Sprint is like the Bank of America of cell phone service. On the phone? Need to check an email? HECK NO! Want to pay what you expect and not have hidden fees? NOT A CHANCE! You want your loyalty as a customer valued? FUGG NO! 15 YEARS WITH YOU. #REGRET

If I could leave a rating of -15 stars I would, been a sprint prepaid customer for 6 yrs. and every time I upgrade my phone it gets more demanding to activate my new device with NO HELP from customer service. If you do sprint prepaid and have problems you are SCREWED, The Sprint company don't care about prepaid customers and do not even attempt to try to resolve your issue. I would not recommend Sprint to ANYONE!!!

I was very disappointed with Sprint service in our area. We had very little Internet coverage unless we were on Wi-Fi. Phone calls were often drop, in customer service what is often not informed how to help me. Overall I do not recommend this company for our area.

not to lie to customer and tell the truth if they are not able to solve the issue, i had a very bad experince with sprint as i bought a phone and the second one free, but the sales agent who sold that offer to me he didn't apply the offer code in the system so i end up receiving bill for both phones so no free phone. I' ve been going to the store at least 3 times a month for 5 months trying to solve this issue with no findings.

I have never had a good experience with Sprint. I don't know if it was the Galaxy that I had or the Sprint network but I had hundreds of issues with my phone. Sprint guys at multiple locations were jerks. I had their phone insurance and they were unwilling to help me fix my phone even when I had screen shots of the issues. Needless to say, I left them for Verizon for their crappy network and service.

Garbage coverage in the middle of the city, they keep doing provider upgrades to my phone and now as of Apr-8th I have 0 Wi-Fi connectivity and only 1x coverage even with their Airaid 6 feet and wifi router 2 feet and in sight. even with restart . Horrid customer service and reps BS to make the client feel they know anything, im on a hill and 1.2 miles from a cell tower that is active and still no coverage. Im done going back to verzion.

Sprint has been the worst carrier I've ever had. Poor signal even at my home. The internet (if i get any) its very very very slow and takes a long time to load. I have to use an air-rave in order to get signal.and of course its not for free. So i am paying to use the service i am already paying for. Sprint goes out of the way to bring new customers but it wont even bother to keep current customers happy. I do not, i repeat i DO NOT recommend Sprint to anybody. I cant wait for my contract to expire so i can go elsewhere.

I agreed with Carlos as well. I was been with Sprint for about 8 years just because for the price. however, Service was horrible , get disconnect several time even though i had a booster at my home but still same tower excuses. I have been told by Customer service and Tech dept that use your wifi connection when you're in home. But I dont understand why would i have to do that if i have plan unlimited with call data etc.??!!!! i just switch new carrier recently with TMobile. Much better service there 4GLTE is really 4GLTE. So far i'm liking TMobile

They tricked us when we bought our phones and plan at the Sprint store on Clearwater, Florida. They were actually "leased". We bought 4 lines on four phones. 2 of which the phones were free and of lesser quality than the Samsung galaxies we purchased. However, the two other phones did not get a signal where we lived and couldn't be used. We tried to discontinue the 2 lines for those phones and return the phones within a week of purchase but sprint would not cancel the 2 lines or accept the 2 phones back. We were charged for these two phone lines that were not used and had no calls or texts or even been turned on for an entire year and were responsible for paying for them all that time. They also nickel and dime for every little thing and their coverage and customer service left a lot to be desired.

Was with Sprint for 5 years. Spent 5 years with poor reception, and in a continual argument about my bill. Always going up. Fees added without reason, then taken off without dispute, just because I brought it up. Customer service was a mixed bag. Sometimes good, sometimes bad. Maybe its because I was calling so much. Very frustrating 5 years. Not recommended

After 17 years with Sprint I had to leave. Each time I called I was always thanked for being a long term loyal customer, but I never felt like I was truly appreciated. I'm a pretty loyal person, and sometimes will pay more than a competitor if I feel the service is better, and Sprint kind of lost that appeal after so many years.

Worked for a company who put my number on their plan. When I left the company and tried to get my number transferred to another it took 50 hrs of calling and going round and round to keep my number. Will never deal with them again. Now after leaving they say I owe them money! For WHAT? What about all the time I spent trying to get my number transferred. I think you owe me! You people are crazy. Never will I ever use sprint.

I was a Sprint customer for 10+ years, until about 2 months ago. While I loved having unlimited everything, I got NO service at all in a lot of areas, especially in buildings, so my son's teacher couldn't even reach me during the day while I was at work. There were regularly great incentives for NEW customers, but nothing for us loyal customers who had been with them for years. Sprint honestly did nothing to keep me as a customer.

When my credit card expired I did not remember to update that with Sprint. I also had electronic billing so I did not even realize that. They sent a letter to me stating they had deactivated my tablet which was fine because I don’t use it anyway. I paid the payment over the phone figuring that would settle everything. Without my knowledge they reactivated my tablet and once again started billing me. When I got another notice that I was late again I called and told them I never told you to reactivate my tablet you can see that I never used it no data was coming from it so why did you reactivate my tablet? The agent wasn’t very helpful and said that you have to specifically tell us not to re-activate the tablet. I told her I didn’t feel it was right for you to bill me. She said that she would notify her supervisor about this and not to worry. I ended up getting sent to collections for a bill that was not right to begin with. I have a perfect credit score and they sullied it with this ridiculous ploy.

I was one of the first customers of Sprint back in a day, when it came to Boston as all digital Sprint PCS. Then for many years I was on and off with them, on because of pricing, off because of poor service. Just signed up with them a couple of months ago again. And I’m not impressed. Joining forces with T Mobile would not be much better in my opinion...

Customer Service needs improvement. Went to a sprint store since my phone was broken and since the old one could not be repaired ended up buying a new one. The sales representative had no sense of urgency and wasn't very helpful in questions that I had. I literally had to do my own research in the store in front of the sales rep on google to see what features the phone had. I am glad that T-mobile has taken over. Hopefully this will mean better cell phone reception as and customer service.

I was in a financial bind and thought I'd listen to the commercials about Sprint being cost effective so we switched. We did so because the Sprint salesperson told us they use the same towers as Verizon and there is no reason to pay a higher amount for the same coverage. Well, we were lied to. Sprint does not have the same coverage in our area (Western PA) as Verizon. We don't appreciate being lied to just to make a buck.

I was a Sprint customer for over 10 years and found that they do not value their customers. When we went to go in to review our contract, we found that they were charging us more than double of what competitors would charge for a data plan. This had been going on for about 3 years. Even more so, when we wanted to look for deals or ways to upgrade our phone, we were not given any options. Overall, the customer service was poor, the phone service was poor, the pricing was poor, and the treatment of long-time customers was poor.
