My family plan currently use Sprint and I believe it is the economical choice of providers. I find the cellular data and connection is somewhat spottier than other providers in the area, but it is cheaper to make up for it. You get what you pay for, and for me waiting a couple extra seconds for something to send or load in some areas is worth it.

I went with Sprint since their rates were cheaper than the other big names. However I didn’t realize they had stores in areas where the service is extremely spotty. If I leave the WiFi zone in my house, I have no coverage at all. I can’t even get on google. For the past 7 years I’ve been told new towers were going up. Yet no difference in cell reception. I live in Fontana and work in LA. And it works fine in LA where I use it the most.

I switched over from Metro to Sprint, initially I thought they had some great promotions however it’s been almost 6 months later and I still have yet to receive my 2 promotion $100 gift cards. Service is alright but lots of hidden fees I feel like.

Sprint may not have had the best cell reception until they combined with T-Mobile and that is why I left Sprint after many years... but, unlike others, their billing was always nearly the same. One thing I didn't like about Sprint was that once an agent told me that I could get a free Sprint tablet with no monthly payment because of my outstanding record which ended up being false. Sprint's answer to that is that they are not responsible for their agent's making a mistake. It took me nearly 6 month to get that mess cleaned up

I have been a Sprint customer for years. They provide quality and affordability. Their signal is good and I have few to no dropped calls. Their in-store people are knowledgeable and friendly. They value me as a long time customer and offer me discounts for that.

I love their service. They work with you when you can't pay your bill in full. Their phones are a bit pricey but their coverage is amazing. Rarely do I get dropped calls. They always let you make payment arrangements should you need to. I've been with them 20 years.

My service is not the best in Duluth Ga which is considered a major city. I have the iPhone X, XR, 11 Pro Max, and Apple Watch on my plan. 2 lines are unlimited basic and 1 unlimited premium that includes Tidal, Amazon, and Hulu basic subscription. My monthly bill is around $340.00. I have been with Sprint for over 6 years. Once my phones are paid off, I will cancel. They offer no loyalty discounts on bill and they are not giving me the promotion they promise for leasing two iPhones at the same time

We really liked the phone and monthly package plans offered. When we moved to our new house our calls kept dropping. But that was 13 years ago. I would love to give Sprint another try, but am not sure if coverage has improved in our area.

I decided to try Spring as a cell phone provider, but it only lasted 2 years (due to my contract). The coverage was really spotty and I frequently dropped calls. I tried a number of suggestions from customer service to enhance my coverage, but nothing seemed to work. I liked the price and packages they offered, but it just wasn't worth it because of the poor coverage.

Sprint was our first cell phone provider many years ago. I must say that it was nice to have a cell provider that I could be confident was not going to drop my calls every 10 minutes so I could easily communicate with my husband while he was working out of town.

Sprint has been an affordable but not entirely reliable cell service provider, in our experience. We very often, while driving through rural areas not even an hour away from the nearest city, will have "no bars" or have to resort to roaming. But otherwise, it has done the job and doesn't cost an arm and a leg.

Sprint and I are not friends. About 4 months ago my family and I switched over to Sprint for our cellphone provider. Let's just say it has been rough. Almost every call that I make will go in and out and a number of them it says it call, but it never is... This needs to change! Make sure to find out if your area has good connection before buying. Not the most highly recommended.

Works great on some areas, but coverage can be really spotty in others. I would recommend checking with other sprint users in your area before signing up. I have great coverage in my area and have never had a problem, but my parents are constantly having issues.

My bill is cheaper than with AT&T but my coverage isn’t as good. I drop calls in places that I never dropped calls before. For me the coverage is good enough for the cheaper bill. Also the HULU every month is nice. However, when I signed up I was promised several perks and then customer service wouldn’t hold up even though I had paperwork saying otherwise. Very frustrating.

I grew up in a rural town in southern Utah, and for many years Sprint was the company that we used. However, there were countless times calls were dropped, or just never came through. As far as texting and other internet services, it does fine, but when it comes to actual conversations, if you don't live within close proximities of a cell phone tower, I would not recommend sprint!

while Sprint might work well for a lot of people as a cell phone service provider it didn't work out for us and that was due to where we live. Sprint wasn't able to provide the service we need at the rates that we felt were fair. after all im not going to pay for a service that doesn't work for me a lot of the time. so for that reason we discontinued service with them. as a company they were nice enough but for our location it just didn't work.

The price per service is accurate, but that does not mean the cell service is good. I am always searching for a spot where my internet connection works, but overall because it is cheaper than Verizon, it is really pretty good.

We switched to Sprint a couple of years ago because it was so much cheaper than our other provider. The customer service at the store was good and they set us up fairly quickly and seamlessly. The one thing we haven't liked is the data speed. Even though we have "unlimited" data, it is often so slow it doesn't work and we have to connect to wifi. I think Sprint needs to stop selling themselves as a discount provider and move into the mainstream with average prices but much better service.

I was with Sprint for a couple years and as the years passed on fees kept getting added on and family plan became the only option for a good deal. But to where I was a single at the time it was useless to me. I kept getting charged for textin and internet but my plan clearly stated I had unlimited. When I went into the store to show my proof the guy was not helpful and lacked customer service. I eventually had to speak with the manager and once everything g was settled I got my refund and left Sprint.

I haven't been a Sprint customer, but I often get frustrated trying to call my friends and family who are Sprint customers because the connection isn't always good, they cut in and out, and it's hard to hear them. I have one friend who has consistent trouble receiving group texts through Sprint. I don't know what other factors may be causing this, but whenever I experience this, it is with a Spring customer.

There is nothing to like about sprint/tmobile. Since they teamed up, sprint does not migrate you fully to Tmobile. They do this to continue to charge you more for their services. It is like trying to chew your leg off to be fully migrated. I have been paying much more with out being migrated fully to T mobile. The people that you chat with apparently do not have full comprehension of the English language either.

We have had so much trouble with Sprint. They are absolutely awful. Lost trade ins that they never apply to your account and just like that, you are out $400. No recourse. Just the run around. On 5 separate occasions, I was told that the call center couldn't help me and to go to the store. The store couldn't help me because it wasn't a corp location so off to another store. That store can't help you, you have to call into Sprint customer service. Never ending circles of being jerked around. The worst. Believe the reviews you see here and run far away.

I didn't have any problems with Sprint until they merged with T-Mobile. Customer Service was always helpful. We received notice that our phones were outdated and would not be useable after Jan 2022. They offer a free phone, but want you to pay for activation fees. I don't consider me paying activation fees makes it free. I'm checking out other companies!

Sprint has the absolute worst customer service. They continued to charge me for lines not connected to any device after I asked to cancel my account. They did not contact me regarding the final bill and it did not arrive before I moved, though I left a forwarding address. Instead, they sent me straight to collections and refused to admit their mistake when called upon. If you are considering Sprint, think again

When upgrading my phone to a new Galaxy, I was told my SIM, which was not shipped with the phone, would come via priority shipping. The SIM shipped two days prior to the phone's arrival with first class shipping, and took an amazing 5 days to arrive. I was depending on this new phone, as my previous one was broken. I had to wait a whopping 7 days to have a phone again, which made me miss out on 2 business meeting and a plethora of other work related events.

This company need to pack up and close up shop. The worst thing Ive ever done concerning wireless service was, leaving AT&t for Sprint. After almost 3 years of being overcharge, I have had enough. Not to mention their customer service is terrible. They are fictitious salesman/saleswomen. You can't trust nothing they offer. On top of that the service is by far the worse. I couldn't get service where my Mother got service and she has a 30 buck wireless plan (Cricket). I have so many complaints run from this carrier point blank.

If i could give -5 stars i would, i left sprint to go to another carrier, i returned the phone, paid my dues. A month after that i get a bill thats $395 i call and see why, and they tell me if because the phone has a cracked screen. I said im getting charged $400 for a cracked screen. That is an absurd amount of money for a cracked screen. I wanted to cry, but lesson learned, i regret ever having them as a phone carrier, never will happen again, this company only cares about how much more money they can charge us instead of actually giving its customer good service. Stay away if you can.

I cannot even begin to describe how ridiculous this service is. Everything aspect of using Sprint was at best subpar and at worst incredibly frustrating....the dropped calls, the customer service, the payment plans. I live In New York City and would get 10-11 dropped calls during a one hour phone call. Sometimes more. DO NOT GET SPRINT. Even with T Mobile they still are terrible.

I wish I could rate them lower. I can't get them to abide by the contract we both signed. I started a plan with 5 phones obtained under their 18-month lease plan. Upon completion of the lease, they purposely did not allow me to exercise my nine-month purchase option, claiming an additional month or two of the lease was still due. To add insult to injury I've spent at least five one-hour plus telephone conversations trying to explain their contract to them. Additional lease revenue goes straight into their pockets and is not applied to the phone purchase option.

Customer service is okay to good - usually helpful, sometimes not. I've had some issues with billing, nothing major. Reception is absolutely horrible and their pricing is a total scam. Bills are very confusing and price kept increasing month after month. After 18 months, they send 1 email to give you the option to buy out your phone. If you miss the email, you will pay a $42/month rental fee and never own the phone that you fully paid for. There is no way out of this, after hours and hours of conversations. Never sign up for this carrier. They are not transparent in their pricing and you will pay a lot for a terrible network.

Sprint charged us an extra line + phone + insurance for months without telling us, and we didn’t realize because we have autopay set up. When we went to upgrade one of our phones for a new one, that’s when we found the line. They refused to refund us all the money we had spent on this phone, a phone we’ve never see or used, because “we should have noticed sooner”. Sprint is a lying, stealing company that stole over $150 from a family of first responders, who have been Sprint customers for years. So disappointing that we’re now going to be looking for a new phone company.
