The worst service ever. I had unlimited every plus 100 gigs of hotspot bill was 185. Called to lower my plan to lower my bill and it was still 185 without hotspot and limited data. They tell you your bill will be lower then when it’s not and you ask it’s because the sprint perk discount doesn’t apply on their lowest plan making it the exact same amount.

Is the worst company ever. The Customer Care and the Stores are the worst. They just sold me a SIMCARD that belongs to another person and I could not activate my phone. I lost 4 hours trying to solve the problem. The service is not the best, but what you talk calling or using the chat are not the same at the store. I recommend go to stores where are not near from Tourist places. The store at UES was good, and the store at 57th ST & 8th Ave as well.

I have been a customer of sprint for many years. It hasn’t been until recently that sprint is on some BS. Don’t lease your phone in NJ because you can not purchase the phone at the end of your lease. They do not tell you this when offering this to you. The Sprint store on Toms River said this was the best plan for me. Not true you end up paying more for a phone you will never own. Sorry Sprint you just lost a 20 year customer.

If I could give less I would. We changed over to sprint to save on our phone bill. We expected our coverage to be worse but it was significantly worse.. annoyingly poor data and coverage. but we saved money. We got what was sold as a month to month contract with no cancelation. Well that is incorrect. During this covid catastrophe I was laid off and needed to cancel our service and ended up paying almost $800.00 to cancel. We will recommend never to use sprint.

The scammers of the mobile industry. I will never ever return or recommend. They’ve tried to rob me in more ways than one. Raised my monthly bill without ever telling me at all, and breached our contract. Paid off my phone and they still tried to send it to collections to get more. After paying it off I had to file a claim to get them off my credit where they should’ve never been in the first placd

Sprint has poor business practices and I would emplore you to think twice before signing up for service with Sprint. They scam you and screw you and comeplety mess up you're bill and then; as a result of this you are then responsible for there employees lack of knowledge and education. Believe me when I tell you...Do NOT sign up with Sprint for a possibly cheaper bill than the other companies because you get exactly what you pay for!!!

I had issues when my due date was moved to the 5th instead of 13th. Had been paying late. Contacted sprint may 2020 to see what I could do. May bill was paid. Cycle change and now sprint is billing me again for May and June making my bill $324.24. This changed how my bill looks since they change my cycle. Sarah V. Executive Services Analyst Had refused to go back and look at conversations I’ve had prior to making changes. All she cares about is making me pay for my May bill. I even provided screen shot were customer service from sprint said I paid 5/11 yet they refuse to fix charges

One star is to much for this company. Coverage is horrible with dropped calls on a daily basis. I live in the Cincinnati area if you go more than 10 minutes away from the highway your service lags. Today was the last straw I spent over 3 hours on the phone just to upgrade my phone. By the end of the third hour of being transferred from sales rep to sales rep nothing was accomplished. I dont know how it's so hard to buy a phone but this is a disaster. I was going to buy a $1,100 Samsung now switching to a new carrier.

Sprint sucks, but I think they all take advantage of the market. I did not see ANY kind of relief on my bill even during a world pandemic!!!! However, they did run commercials that people could PURCHASE item on-line for OUR convenience. ha ha ha Sprint's Customer Service, they literally say "I am ending this call" and hang up if they cannot resolve your problem. If they really cared about their customers, they would cut bills in 1/2 during pandemic. Trust me, they are making a TON OF MONEY OFF OF US!!!

I'm not impressed. Customer services is mediocre at best because a rep at the store will tell you one thing and a phone rep will say something completely different. This has happened twice since August 2019

Its was that this doesn’t give you an option to give less than 1 star. This is the worst experience I have ever been through! We were lied to and deceived... It is nothing more than a scam. I have spent hours and hours on the phone with reps supervisors telling me different things. Being placed on hold I’m actually on hold right now. This is outrageous 2 hrs with the rep before this call. She even told me I’m not allowed to record the phone conversations lol. I can’t believe I’ve how many times they have lied and told me one thing then another!!!

With the Coronavirus in full effect I contacted Sprint and requested a credit as MetroPCS has offered to their customers to be told by SPRINT they are not offering any credits or benefits at this time. The supervisor proceed to say that’s the service is still working so you need to pay. I will be switching carriers if this multi billion company ONLY SEEMS TO CARE ABOUT THE DOLLAR and not assisting their customers. Time to make the switch I do not want to allow a pathetic company to benefit from any revenue I can offer them.

Not happy with sprint recently. Every months bill is different and no one from customer service can explained why. I even talked to a supervisor about it who assured me she would monitor my account for several months to make sure bill was the price she quoted me but have yet to here from her even though my bill was different the very next month. I’m rating customer service a 0 on a 1-5 scale.

Sprint has the worst hotspot internet connection ever. If you use hotspot a lot and want to download or upload don't get Sprint. It took 10 minutes on Sprint to download the same file. Fix it Sprint!!!

Sprint is NOT a good cell provider. They are full of hidden fees, no service in a lot of areas and unfriendly/unhelpful representatives. I have been with sprint since 2015 and am finally switching because I understand now that what they sold me was a bait and switch tactic. ThEy are raping in prices and I do not even receive service at my home. This is not a good company and NO you should not switch to sprint unless you like being pick pocketed and lied to.

I got a phone under there phony 100 percent guarantee. Long story short. Phone has been returned. They took $1123 from a credit card that I didn’t even have linked to that account. I had used it to buy equipment. So , apparently that gave them the right to take money from it at will. Been waiting for a refund since Dec. Even though the manager proved that it was returned. I have been orimised the return four times. The service was awful or I would have kept the service. Meanwhile, I’m paying interest because they want to keep money they unlawfully stole from my credit card.

Up the price without telling you, for me it was 40%, and when I called, they told me they were going to lower it back and refund me for the 4 months that they had been charging the higher price. In reality, they only paid me back for 1 month, and they never lowered my price back down, so now our bill is $180 for 2 phones, and we don't use much data.

They will say anything to appease you then not follow through. My bill is $100 more per month than what was quoted. At first it was "a one time fee". It has NEVER gone down. Up a few times because there's other fees occasionally added. Never down. I'm willing to screw up my credit recovery plan just to get out of this contract. I loathe Sprint. I would not recommend them to anyone....maybe that girl that got pregnant with my ex on purpose to trap him. She can have sprint. Not anyone else though.

There is no way to put into words how disappointed we are with Sprint. I have made some terrible decisions in life, but switching to Sprint nears the top of the list. Our service could not be worse and we compare it to a prison sentence. Far too many times we have not been able to get in touch with our children which is unacceptable in today's society and Sprint will do nothing about it other than offer to let me buy out our contract for thousands of dollars. The manager said he could give us the tablet for free and just pay the service. Once realizing that the bill was so high, we saw that they had been charging for the tablet and there were a bunch of extra expenses as well. Poor Customer Service, Poor Reception, Poor Network. Failure to follow up with me after I spent over 20 minutes explaining the following issues, billing, poor reception, dropped calls and troubleshooting. After a week and half I called back to follow up and was told the phones were not switched to the 6 month plan so we can keep the phone. Way past my upgrade and I had to pay certain fees paid almost $1000 and they told me my bill was $179 monthly but some odd reason I’m paying $370 for prorated plan? Which I was never informed about and a damage fee for a phone they took back and was suppose to be a one time fee but yet I’m still paying it! Their prices were some the lowest, but so was their service. Never had so many dropped calls. You can't multitask with Sprint (i.e. use talk and use data). We had to repeatedly start over with the same troubleshooting and q&a sessions every time we called customer service. Would rather pay more for better service and multitask.

There are better companies and cheaper services than Sprint. They gave me a good deal on the phone then gave me a hard time with additional account verification, told me to go inside the Sprint store then while disrespected on the phone and I called back only to get hung up again. If I could give them a zero I would. I’ve been a customer for over 16 years and purchased an iPhone which I had activated through Sprint. When I was ready to upgrade I disconnected the phone which I had purchased and activated a new phone. Unbeknownst to me they had locked my old phone which I owned and have spent over three months trying to get them to unlock. Every time I call it’s 24 to 72 hours or 3 to 5 days. They basically have made my phone unusable even though it’s only a-year-old. Worst customer service and mobile provider ever.
