My calls would drop a lot with this service. Where I lived I had no service and needed it there the most. Only when I would come into the city was when I would have full signal. Kind of useless to be driving long distances and can't make a call when you are stranded or need road assistance.

Had Sprint for a long time then they started dropping customers who asked questions about their shady billing. Years later I got on Boost Mobile which is a prepay Sprint company. Same bad service and they throttle your speeds when you pay for unlimited. It is unlimited but is very slow depending on what you need to do.

Terrible dead service areas in the states going to the north from Texas . My brother is a trucker and there are many times there are dead zones and we can’t communicate with him. Why does this happen Sprint????and the rates are so high for bad service ??? Took off 3 stars for that!!

I had the worst experience with Sprint while living in California. Next to no service and absolutely no help. I had to wait my contract out and somehow I'm still billed an extremely high bill.

I had to stand on my porch to get any reception. When I questioned the company I was told it must be the lay of the land, a mountain or something blocking the tower. I lived in a flat farm land area. Was told well maybe a new tower would be put up soon.

i loved them out first no problems until i decided not to do auto billing. My bill started out one thing and constantly changing. I liked that they give you Military pricing but they wont tell you unless you ask. Once you leave them your last bill will be unexplainable with all the charges that are on there.

I used to use Sprint and the connection wasn’t that great, sometimes there would be 3G instead of LTE whereas other providers had LTE. It is slightly cheaper so that’s good, it was overall an okay provider.

I have been with Sprint for a very long time and I do like them better than most other phone services. My main complaint about Sprint is they forget about their loyal customers when they have special offers.

Bad service. They lie in their commercials because promos or deals are not as easy as they say, or even true as they say. In order to get deals from commercial you have to pay full price on everything and then they tell you that they will give you refunds to get the deals but you don't get refunds on the spot or right away either. And they have people that they don't know what they are doing and you are stuck there for hours! Plus they offer satisfaction guaranty on their service but they cancel your lines and won't give them back if you are not happy with their service.

The only good thing about sprint is the cost. It is cheap. with that said you get what you pay for. their service sucks! I'm always dropping calls and never can stream video on the network. After my phone is paid for I will be switching for sure!

I had Sprint for awhile. While it worked great in the larger cities, the coverage in the country was not so great. I had to switch to a different cellular provider because of the dead zones.

It has been years since I had sprint. But it seems like the service was never very good. Hopefully with the T-Mobile merger the two companies can combine to make a respectable network to compete with Verizon.

Sprint has been terrible for us. We never have service wherever we go and when we tired to go get our phones fixed last time it took 3 1/2 hours and the people weren’t that nice about it. It made us switch providers we were so frustrated.

Good service, but if there's a problem, the customer service leaves much to be desired. It seems the support staff aren't entirely knowledgable or just don't want to put in the work to help.

I used Sprint as my carrier for 3 years. During junior high it worked pretty good at the school but once I got to Highschool it never worked inside the building. I would never be able to call somebody if I was inside of the school and it caused a lot of problems. Also I wouldn't be able to snapchat people which makes it hard to communicate with my friends at school.
