Service sucks with bad connections, got so bad that even pokemon go stopped having connection keeps saying slow connection I have unlimited data on sprint just to get froze in middle of apps and online and on games

Signal strength is moderate to weak in areas that I visit. Friends who have Metro PCS somehow gets better reception than I do in those areas.

I hate them. Their service is very poor. Youre almost guaranteed to be lost and stay lost with the gps. I pay over 300 for my service and its horrible. Products are over priced.

They are monopolistic, trap you into contracts with deceptive practices, they sell insurance that is not really insurance because of extreamly high deductibles and are generally thier business practices are unethical.

Sprint sun is big time and something wrong with my bill. It's suppose to be $190 with the iPad I have for my daughter and out of no where it's about $230. I'm about to switch my carrier as well

Cons: bad service in certain nyc zip codes and not a lot of add-on deals like the computation Pros: tends to be cheaper then At&T and Verizon and they’re still pretty reliable.

Sprint has a cheaper cost to their providers, but the biggest downside is that they have very spotty coverage, which is my only issue with Sprint.

I "trusted" the commercials (Big Mistake). Advertised as only 1% less coverage area for great price discount! My phone calls were getting dropped while driving in San Antonio and dead zones in my home. I had to go outside an insane amount of time to complete business calls. Changed back to Verizon the next evening!

They make a lot of promises they don't keep. Like how they promised to pay off my existing bill and I have yet to see a check or notice telling me that they paid off my previous phone bill. Now I'm in collections because Sprint can't keep their word. Also, I lose service EVERYWHERE.

I pay 70.00 for unlimited service for this company but my phone is so slow and they would tell me it is because I’m using it during peak hours ! Or would tell me they don’t have an antenna near my home ! There is no unlimited service basically I’m paying for a substandard service
