We were in a weather flooding doing (Harvey Hurricane) in 2017, my bill was on auto pay and paid each month, this company cancel my phone and number because I did not up grade in time. They took my number and froze my phone.

I do not like Sprint because their signal is not so great. When you get an iphone with them, you cannot do anything with that phone if you are unhappy with their service and company. They trick you with their deals.
