I have been an ATT customer for a really long time - even before pagers were the rage. I feel you have to fight all the time to get the best deal. Some reps are amazing, others put in the minimal effort. I am also not impressed that they talked my son into getting one of the most expensive phones. He is an adult, but has severe social anxiety.

they make better quality iphones than cheap competitors. They have 2 dollar a day plans if you're as poor as me. I didnt like the 1.68 tax they charged on 6 dollars. sure it was skimmed.

The internet is reliable most of the time, the cell phone area coverage is very good in Louisiana, the cost is a little steep though. Actually the cell phone warranty coverage is what’s keeping me as an AT&T customer, they cover it even if you loose your phone or have water damage

We’ve been using AT&T for I think ten years or more! Never one problem! Always great service! Also super easy to pay my bill online (except, if that confirmation number was a little shorter, that’d be great!😉).

Such a fast reliable company to have a phone with! Love my iPhone from there! They even send jokes when it’s time to remind you about your bill. 10/10 would recommend you go to this company!

I have been with AT&T for about 4 years now. Their rates are very good for a family plan of phones. They also include freebies like free HBO. So far they have been a very good company to work with.

Great service, I have bundled my phone and internet service. I get a consistent and high quality service from AT&T before the break-up and after their reacquiring of Bellsouth. A fine company and fine history

Monique Morgan ,

I was with AT&T for about 10 years until I moved to a new area, they did not have my services at during that time. When moved they asked for the equipment back that I threw in the garbage because of the previous items they put in my house they told me to threw away and was no use to them. By them telling me before I thought I should do the same with the new equipment they put in my home for about 5 years. Now they call themselves saying they want their equipment back and now they have me listed on the credit bureau for not paying the cost of the equipment thrown away. I have never missed a payment with them when I had services for 10 years. I could not believe they did this to me.

As far as consistency in coverage goes, I've had no problems. Coverage is superb nearly everywhere I go, and when friends have no service from their providers I typically always have service. What I don't like is the multitude of hidden fees and extra charges, when I got my plan I was of the opinion my plan would be around 80 dollars at the most. My monthly bill Averages around 125 dollars a month. Which is extremely painful to my wallet, and when I called and asked, they couldn't do anything about it. So, I wish they could be more transparent about that.

I've been with AT&T since back in the 1900 hundreds. Cell phone, internet, direct TV and now U-verse. Ive had a few hiccups along the way but they have always come through for me on the customer service level. Loyal customer for over 25 years

My bill is never what it's supposed to be. I think ATT is reliable. I think they are probably one of the strongest carriers, but I don't think they have their customer's best interest in mind. All in all, I am satisfied with ATT but I wish they were better to their customers.

Dislike... Nothing for the long time customer 10 yrs plus on upgrade on new phones . They can even do something for seniors. Loyalty to a company should mean something. Just like a employee with time put in.

AT&T is ok. When I first signed up, the service was great. That only lasted about 9 months. During the year and a half that I was with them, the AT&T provided modem was replaced 3 times. Eventually, they had to slow down my speed to keep my connection consistent, but they continued to charge me for the higher speed. I ended leaving for another company.

AT&T is one the largest cell phone providers in the country so my company went with them. I get coverage in most areas that I've been to, CA, FL, SC, GA, OK, TX, MI, etc,, and their coverage map is good. Make no mistake, they do have blind spots and poor coverage in some areas a well. I haven't found the perfect cell phone company yet. Bottom line is, AT&T is a bit pricey but the service is decent. One thing I wish they did was include free service when traveling to canada/mexico like TMobile.

I've been with AT&T for a long time. My landline doesn't work sometimes. I've NEVER had a problem before. I updated my internet some years ago. I think when they buried the wire they hit something. I had to call a Technician three times in a year to come out to check it. I called to reduce my bill, but they couldn't reduce it as much as I would like. I'm not satisfied with that, but my experience has been good overall .

I recently switched from Verizon to AT&T. I chose to do so because the data package was very transparent and easily tailorable to my situation, making it more attractive to me and my family network

I use AT&T wireless for my business iPhone. The iPhone seems to work better on AT&T's network than it does on Verizon, but there are more dropped calls and dead zones with AT&T's coverage than there is with Verizon. Perhaps because Verizon allows everyone on to the point that it clogs up their towers and your phone just sits there not responding. Both of these carriers are expensive compared to other options that use their network.

What I like best about ATT is the quickness to get answers I need and the coverage I have. If I had to pick a negative it would be the price of plans, I don’t believe they are as competitive as other carriers

While it has the best service in the NYC area, it is extremely overpriced. The bill fluctuates month to month and there’s no stable number. Buying a phone through them is a mess because the phones are locked until you pay them off

We have had them for 17 years being military we needed something that covered the entire country and had the most coverage. Most my family has AT&T it use to be AT&T customer to customer was free minutes so we stayed with them. Now they dont have the programs they use to. Prices keep going up and family plans are not the same bang for your buck. It is cheaper to get the pay as you go phone.

Overall, having AT&T family plan has proven to be The best an economical decision for my phone plan. However, internet and cell service can be quite inconsistent. In areas where other phone companies work well AT&T may not work at all, and vice versa.

I've been a customer for years. The family plan has worked out great for us. Coverage has been a problem in the mountains at a cabin. It seems we are constantly working with AT&T to figure out a solution that works for a while, then we call when we have issues again and try something else. Sometimes they have been more helpful then other times.

AT&T has amazing coverage for the U.S and when travelling abroad. They have affordable and useful plans when travelling out of the country, and provide good service when in use. The price of the bill can be high, but the service and customer service is great.

I’ve used AT&T for 4 years now, and it’s been great. I have cell coverage in the mountains, which is really nice when camping. They always have great deals for upgrading your phone. My only complaint is how long it takes to talk to customer service to arrange warranties for a phone. Very time consuming.

AT&T is great considering the widespread of their networks, due to their popularity compared to other providers. The prices are quite high, and there can be issues when it comes to phone upgrades and pricing. Still, it would seem ineffective to let go of their service given the quality service my devices have using their network.

I'm currently with AT&T and the service has been great. The connection is excellent, the customer service is adequate, and billing is very easy. I've had my AT&T account hacked a couple times by someone who ordered himself some new phones, but AT&T took care of me and removed the orders from my account.

AT&T is a good company overall, while I did not feel that the national overall cell service coverage was as strong as other carriers I have used. I am impressed with At&t's coverage in the wilderness and outback and found it better than anyone else in that arena, but in the everyday coverage in. Urban and rural America - I believe they could improve in the strength of their coverage

WE HAVE BEEN WITH AT&T FOR MANY YEARS AND EVEN THOUGH WE COMPLAIN ABOUT SOME OF THEIR SERVICE PEOPLE THEY REALLY DO TRY AND HELP YOU IWTH YOUR PROBLEMS. THEY ARE OVER PRICED AND YET I GUESS WE STAY WITH THEM BECAUE WE ARE ABLE TO HAVE PART OF OUR SONS FAMILY ON OUR PROGRAM AND DO NOT WANT TO MAKE EVERYONE CHANGE.. IT USED TO BE THE SERVICE IN SOME AREAS WITH THEM AND OUR CELL PHONES WAS POOR BUT THAT HAS GOTTEN BETTER. MANY OF THE TECHNICIANS IN THEIR STORES LIKE THE MALLS ARE WILLING TO HELP AS MUCH AS THEY CAN. HARD TO GET ON THE PHONE WITH A MAJOR PROBLEM AND GET THE HELP YOU NEED.

Went in to switch from my local home town provider and got kind of a surprise. The customer service was great. The plans were ok. The news that they told me not good. Was informed that my local company has all other companies blocked and that they could not provide me service. Super bummed but wasn't really on them.
