I enjoy AT&T as a cellphone provider, it is a decent cost for what you get and there is decent cell service wherever you go, but you don't get as good as service as verizon would.

We currently have this company as our cellphone provider and if I could have looked into the future i would have gone with verizon. Most of the time i have to keep the wifi on so i can get a hotspot to get online. Otherwise i get very spotty reception especially in buildings. If you ever move to the NE remember this.

They have a great family plan, I really love the unlimited data that we get as a family. Service speed and reliability is pretty solid. Overall I'm happy with ATT as my provider.

I have AT&T for my work cell phone provider and another company for my personal cell phone. To be completely honest, if I am in a rural area I always seem to have cellular service for the other provider and not with AT&T. Cost is not worth the lack of cellular service in my area.

I like AT&T because my family and I have used this cell phone provider for years and always get good service. The customer service is great whenever we have an issue or question.

I used AT&T as my first cell phone service provider. The coverage was good most of the time and the price wasn’t terrible. They were always helpful whenever I had any questions.

Loved it while I had it but my bill was ALWAYS incorrect. Called in every month and every month it was fixed easily but this process got to be very tiring. Coverage was excellent. Price was meh.

We have had phones with AT&T for many years and have generally been happy with them and the service. We tried to have a mini-tablet taken off of our account after it was paid for. It took many calls, many transfers, and many HOURS to make this happen. It was an unpleasant experience.

I have this service and they are overall pretty reliable. I have unlimited data and it always gives me enough. They also gave me the best deal when I first switched.

Fine. Just like the other large cell phone providers. Customer service is bad, service is ok in our area, the billing is consistent. One family member still has ATT through work, the rest of the family has switched to another provider.

Overpriced, decent service and coverage. The main reason I didn't love AT&T was because they were so HIGH priced. We were with them for many years and had to switch because their pricing wasn't at all competitive with other carriers. Their service and coverage was great but not for the price.

We stay with AT&T because they have good reception and fair prices. I still don't think their reception is as good as Verizon's but they have made headway. It would be nice to get updates for MY AREA on the new 5G LTE.

Usually pretty good service and coverage but way to high priced. I feel like our monthly bill is so much higher than the competitors. They should offer some promos for customers who have good standing with them or who have been with them for long time.

Whenever we have problems with our phones they can always help us out. They know what they are talking about and help us save money and find plans that work for us.

I've been with AT&T since I first got a phone. I notice that out of my friends, I'm usually the one with service which is always a good thing. I think the prices have gone up though compared to other companies.

AT&T has been a great phone service! I have great service and can call and text anyone and everyone! I am very pleased with how it has been to use this company!

AT&T has been a pretty good provider, however sometimes it can be frustrating. At my school, it is almost like there are little black holes, where my phone is unable to receive or send any text messages or calls. It has been annoying, and has prevented me from always being able to communicate with my friends or family.

Recently coverage has been less available. Cost is a bit high. Would appreciate more proactive pricing offers, maybe rewarding customer loyalty and straight forward payment plans.

Not as good of service as Verizon and not as good value as t-mobile. AT&T just doesn't really seem to be good for consumers. Perhaps they have good plans for business customers. Coverage is ok but not better than the other two big players.

I generally have decent reception but I have had plenty of times where the reception wasn't as good as other carriers. The customer service has generally been good when we went in to add lines or change plans.

I have been an AT&T customer for more than 15 years. There are a few remote areas where we struggle to find service but, for the price, his company provides excellent cell service.

I had AT&T as my carrier with my company several years ago. They were a reputable company to use but I found that the coverage wasn't as great as my current carrier. Their prices are comparable so I probably won't be returning.

I was a customer since 1986. In 2018 I terminated our business relationship due to bad customer service, nickel-and-diming on charges, inability to remove or even explain charges. You do not treat long-term customers like this.

At&t use to be good service. The customer service is not professional and doesn't resolve issues. Why ? You are never talking to someone in the USA. They cant resolve issues and you just hang up because they have transfered you to someone else.

Their personnel at their stores lie about what it takes to get free or reduced upgrages and the corporate office does not correct the issue. This has happened multiple times with people on my account. So I swithched mid-month and had prepaid for a full month, and they do not prorate the prepaid amount. They suck.

Worst company I have ever dealt with. Money pit, hidden unexplained fees, price gouging. For 1 month of service and returning phone I was charged 223.00 for 1 mo. Normally with past company I paid 60. 70. A mo. I regretted leaving my old carrier. New carrier 70. Month w new phone. No hidden fees.

Had cell phone service through this company for over 10 years. Never felt like I was valued, always had to watch bill closely as company like to nickel and dime its customers. Customer service is the worst in the business.

Total scammers. They made all kinds of promises and did not follow through with any. I can't get service in neither my house or my office, both places they claimed that I would have full reception. Constant dropped calls, wifi calling is even worse. Slowest data ever, even with full bars on 4g lte. It's just a joke.

Don't get the best coverage. Connection is often lost during calls. Limited coverage in new area we are moving to. Noticeable "dead zones" for coverage.
