AT&T has been my cell phone provider since I got my first cell phone many years ago. The best part of my coverage is the unlimited data plan for our family. It is so worth the money. My daughter loves to stream movies and music all the time and I was always paying extra fees. Now it is a set price every month so thanks to their great plan I now don't worry each month!

My family and I were AT&T users for a number of years. Let's be real, the more providers there are, the higher they need to make their cost. This is why we left AT&T. We found a better deal through Verizon and we have had them for quite sometime. As you are researching, make sure to look into the perks of AT&T and also into the negative effects. This will provide you with valid data as you make your decision of which provider to us. Sadly, I have had poor communication with customer service and feel that it has a long way to go before being super efficient. Look into monthly fees, hidden fees, annual fees, and then decide if you think it will be good for you.

AT&T has been a consistently trustworthy phone provider. During my travels abroad, I wasn’t even charged any international fees. This is super helpful considering I leave the country a lot. They are always readily available on the phone if I have any questions, and for that I am grateful. Data is usually reliable, and my friends that don’t have AT&T are often jealous of me when my service is better than theirs. I am very pleased with this company as a whole, and I would recommend to anyone.

AT&T is the network I have used fro over four years now. And in those four years, I HAVE LOVED IT. AT&T is the perfect network, and it's also cool, because I also got a FREE phone from just signing up!! I honestly love this network and recommend it highly. 😊Also, I love the commercials they put out, the customer service...it's just a great network!!

I am a current AT&T customer and the service is very reliable. I think I might be paying a bit more as there seem to be better offers, I do have my phones paid off so I haven’t really changed the service yet

AT&T will always give you that fast service that everyone is looking for which is great! I liked how when I went to Mexico for vacation my phone still worked without me being over charged. The only thing I do not like is how expensive it is each month!

I was a customer for AT&T for over seven years when I left I had a paid off to your old phone and was still paying over $100 per month for service they shut down their customer service at 8 o’clock at night no one to reach in case of emergency if you missed paying your bill it was a $50 service charge put on To get your phone up and running again after seven years you think I have a little leeway since my business is my phone

AT&T is a great phone service. Unlike other services, I am able to maintain connection and cell signal in areas that typically other cell services tend to disconnect in. Sometimes, AT&T can run a little slow, but it's still better than other services, in my opinion.

Decent company with good coverage. They are cheaper than some of their competitors and have good coverage. However, there were a few times when I ran into a few places where their coverage was spotty but everyone else that I was with had coverage. Overall good company.

I've been on AT&T for many years on personal and corporate cell planes and they have always been good. Corporate is a little difficult to get help with as they want you to always go through your plan owner in the company, and in a big company that one person can be difficult to track down.

It's good but, I feel like they should alert us of our data usage more often, so I don't go over the limit. Also, I don't get service in some areas at my school, while my friends who have Verizon or Sprint can at least use the wifi, but it never works for me in some areas. But in general, my data is pretty good compared to wifi

We’ve been long-time customers of AT&T. Every time we think of leaving, we can’t find another company that can beat AT&T’s prices or cell coverage. Internet leaves a bit to be desired, but for cellular- 100% AT&T

So far the service has been very good. We had a fraud issue about a year ago. It took a while to get the right number to call, so that needs improvement, but the fraud gentlemen we worked with was great. I also don't care for the constant changes in plans.

So far it is pretty good. I know it was good but, when hurrican Dorin came in, it screwed up my phone got all messed up. I h to have a password for my messages, never needed one before, couldn't send text messages, my computer was messed up. I know you probably don't believe me. All is good now, I still have to give a password for my texts. I have had AT&T service for about 10 years and it has never acted like this before.

AT&T has the best coverage for our area. My husband is a truck driver and has found them very reliable on the road. Their customer service is always friendly. I’m not always happy with their prices, but it is worth it to receive qaulity service. I recommend them for their multiple functions qualities.

The coverage is wonderful. The plans that include my entire family are also equally wonderful. I also like how the enable us to walk into a store, trade my old phone in on a new updated version and add the bill to my monthly charge. However, back 20 years ago I had unlimited everything for $99. Now, i should be grandfathered into keeping that plan since I'm a "valued" customer. But unfortunitely I am stuck paying outrageous prices with brand new customers. In my opinion they should look at every customer separate. Charge us per time with the company...

Coverage is not good but the best of the three major companies for a rural, woods area of CT. Others offer lower rates but I sacrifice this for a connection and free microcell. Every time you go to the store, a home show or call, they try to slip in selling you direct TV which they are pushy. Annoying and cannot say no to. I'm just out of options. Been with them since 2004

I am with AT&T now and the reception isn't bad, but it's not great. I used to be with Verizon and had far less reception problems with Verizon. When I signed up though there was a buy one, get one free for an Iphone 8, which was awesome! And they are reasonably priced, which I obviously very much appreciate.

Good cell coverage where I live and work, representatives are always helpful when I have any questions, rates are reasonable plus they provide me with discounts that are not offered by the other carriers.

AT&T has a lot of services that would be of use...if only they could be found. Lots of offers, but if you are one who stores photos on their cell phone, youll run up against a data limit, even on unlimited plans. They will tell you that you need to increase your storage limit and they will be only too happy to sell you more...all the while they offer storage options (AT&T storage locker, Pro-tec Plus) that are storage services...IF you can figure out how to load photos to the apps. I'm tired of AT&Ts constant money grabbing tricks, would not give them higher than a mediocre rating.

I have been with AT&T for 13 years. I felt like they were a really good company. Right up there with Verizon. I generally have great coverage and very rarely can't get calls. I liked their "free phone" upgrade they used to do after you had your phone for so long. I always looked forward to it. Now they just tack on a charge for your phone. I switched over to a new phone during one of their promotions and I have had issues with it. I don't see what benefit there is to staying with one company now days. Just jump to the one that gives you the best deal.

We moved from SC to NC 8 years ago. Called to tell them to update the address. Aparently they only updated 2 of the lines and continued to charge us higher SC taxes on one line. Then we added my dad and stepmom. It seems they decided to put my stepmoms primary address as SC too and charged us higher taxes. We just now found this out. I dont get paper bills. I get electronic to my bank. I figured since we called to change our address and the account shows our proper adress that all things were correct. It appears not. They basically said thats our problem not theirs and they didn't care.

I have been a customer of AT&T for over 10 years. They have always been more affordable than Verizon and I haven't ever had to suffer a lack of coverage where I live. My only complaint is that they are starting to get more expensive and calls drop a lot more often since we have moved.

I like the company pretty well. It's pretty reliable, but there have been times that have been difficult to make changes to my account. It also doesn't get the best service in certain areas of the country. Cities are most reliable but rural areas are sometimes difficult.

In dealing in store with customer service they have been very helpful. The problem we have had AT&T is that we have several cell phone users on account, however, only a couple of cell phone holders can review or make changes without the primary account holders present, even if okayed or consented verbally by the primary (after verification of primary data).

My son got all of us on AT&T 11 years ago, I had been with Verizon and Cricket before. I have been with AT&T the longest because they have great service and great prices. They recently messed up a deal they made with my family. But when I called they tried their best to fix the situation which I appreciated.

As far as cell phone reception goes they are good, I haven't had too many issues with that. What I can't stand is that you can only group-text with 10 people, and if your group is bigger than that all of the incoming messages come in on different threads. So if you aren't staying on top of it, you don't know who sent what message when and in what order. And to reply, you have to pick one thread with 10 people and go with that. This means that I miss out on all of my in-law family's messages unless I want to go through and make sure I reply with the same message on different threads. Do that though, and they've got to deal with a bajillion threads instead, and it all gets messy. Start with being on the opposite side of the country from all of them and then add not being able to message with them as a group, well, it makes for a very frustrating situation.

I have always had At&t (Even when it was known as Cingular Wireless) and I have never had issues with them. I've always had good reception in areas that you would expect it and have been satisfied with my customer service they have given. They have honored all warranties/insurance that I have gotten on my phones with them.

There isn't much I like about AT&T. It has nearly become a monopoly in my area and I would change providers but it is the only one that picks up service in my area at all. If this were any other provider, there would have been even less stars. The bill is too high, the phones cost too much. There are too many services linked to AT&T. If you call the cell phone, direct TV, home phone or whatever, it can cause issues. I can never get my Wi-Fi calling to work. I have been on the phone with 9 different individuals over a 6 hour waiting period trying to get help before. Would love it if AT&T cared about the customer like it did when it was cingular.

As a major provider, AT&T is probably comparable to most. But, I have never had any interruptions in service and any problems that did occur have been resolved quickly and without hassle. One example was vacationing very close to the Canadian boarder (The 1000 Islands NY) and we were charged an International fee. One call not only got charge dismissed but we’re given instructions on how to avoid the charge on our next trip up north.

Overall customer service has been pretty swift and helpful. I travel a lot and have called last minute to get international plans and AT&T has been very helpful. I've also had credits applied for some billing issues. Mobile service isn't great in my area and my area is a very high trafficked business district in Santa Monica which is why I'm not giving a 5-star.

We recently switched to AT&T for internet and home phone but only because we got a special discount rate that continues for two years. Not happy with the taxes and fees that they add so make certain you research the TOTAL price per month. Service is fine and installation guy was quick and efficient.

I love the AT&T service. We always have good connections and quality. However, the 4 of 5 stars has to do with prices. We are a family of four and the cost of phones and lines are extreme. We are looking and comparing other providers. Honestly, we could own a Porsche for what we spend on our phone bill every month! Great service but much too costly and unaffordable.

AT&T has the best customer service ever. Out of the good companies they have the best value for the service, in my opinion. I was with them for many many years and wouldn’t mind switching back in the future if I have to. Their signal/quality is the second best 😉. I would definitely recommend them.

I have a bundled service with AT&T which saves me a ton of money, I have cell phone, direct tv, and internet and my bill hardly goes over 126.00 a month with all of these together. sometimes I have to call because they forget to put in one of my savings on the direct tv, which I have 30.00 and also 25.00 combined for 12 months. that is a good savings for them.

AT&T is our family cell phone provider. We have had them as our provider from the first time we purchased cell phones. We are on a family plan and we have checked out other companies but still believe we are getting the best bargain. We get the best reception even when we camp. But then right in our own homes we will run into reception issues from time to time. That's why I rated 4 stars instead of 5.
