I booked with jet blue two months ago so I can get good rates.. now I find out there there's a sale and 2 weeks before my flight the rates are lower. $40 round trip for each ticket (2) lower from Newburg to Orlando.. jet blue would not make the adjustment because it wasn't over $75. This is not far, if the price goes down there should be a adjustment. Seems like you get punished for booking early.. I am a good customer and been flying with jet blue for years.

I have been flying Jet Blue since America West went out..... Jet Blue is the best airline...from check-in to the flight attendants, and of course the cabin crews..... They are always so attentive and treat the passengers so well.....GREAT AIRLINE!!!!

Every time I have traveled to FL has been a great experience. I have not had any delays during my trips and at present am building up my points with Jet Blue because I fly so many times a year. It's always on time. Recommend this airline to fly if you want to fly smooth.

We (my husband and myself ) prefer jet blue over other airlines, love the legroom and attendants. We don't understand why the flight prices are so expensive, Southwest is cheaper to fly, American Airlines prices are lower,too. We hope jet blues prices drop so we can continue to fly with you.

It's an awesome airline. It's to bad they don't fly to Atlanta Ga. I fly 2 Chicago Il every year & love jetBlue. It's cheaper. The Crew is fantastic. I haven't had problems at all. There are plenty of room for tall & long legs women. It's wonderful & great. I recommend It 100%. I have no problems or REGRETS. Keep up the good work.

I have flown Jet Blue several times and have never had a bad flight, The planes have plenty of leg room, and I am a tall woman, so I appreciate the leg room. The flight attendants are wonderful and very attentive to their passengers needs. I wish Jet Blue had routes to other places I would fly to.

Overall a great experience as usual. JFK's T5 is so nice and the new roof deck is perfect! The down side to my recent trip was going thru San Juan on the way down. That airport is old, dirty, unsafe and the people/staff are very rude. Thankfully I can avoid San Juan usually on my way to Anguilla but if JetBlue changed so I had to go thru San Juan I would look for other airlines to use regretfully.

Only negative is that sometimes there are flight delays without any explanation. Wish they would add 1 or 2 more flights per day between Orlando, FL & Hartford, CT. Definitely a 10!

I fly Jet Blue every year to see my children. I love Jet Blue, pricing, tv and comfort. This year when I made my reservation the price was $216.50 and I was very pleased but when I booked it the price changed to $249.00 which I did not understand, but booked it anyway because I love the airline. Then, on top of paying an extra $32.00 for my seat, I also have to pay $25.00 for my bag. I am on social Security and this is very stressful. Thanks Doreen

One other note that I want to make aware that with having MS some days I may experience trouble walking, I was able to board with ease. (I don't walk with a cane or walker, but for others who may have more trouble, it may be helpful to know). I was able to get up and stretch a bit so as not to become stiff with leg cramps. We love JetBlue. We've been flying JetBlue since day one. Great service. When there is a problem they make up for it. My only complaint now is you have to pay for your 1st bag. Really don't like that they are following the rest of the airlines :( That really made them different.

I have been traveling with JetBlue for a long time and overall I am very happy with the service and timeliness of the flight. I really liked the fact that they were offering the first bag for free. Naturally this changed as of July 1, 2015. I understand that JetBlue need to make the additional income and catch up with Delta, American etc. However it would be great if they also match Delta and AA which allow passenger that have their credit card to have the first bag for free. This is a suggestion that hopefully will be read by JetBlue representatives and make the necessary change.

I use a wheelchair and they always have an attendant waiting to take me to our gate and down the gangway to the plane and someone is always waiting when we reach our destination. Staff and flight crew are very pleasant and helpful. Whole flight experience has always been top-notch!

Every place the wife and I fly to, we choose "JetBlue" for so many reasons. The folks are always pleasant and helpful. Haven't had a real bumpy trip yet. Price is always lower than anyone's. Cabins are clean. etc.etc.etc..I use a wheel chair. When was the last time you saw a pilot pushing a customer to baggage claim?

Professional, cheery gate agents in almost every case....we never feel like just a number. I have flown them about every month for the last 18 months and the two times we had delay problems, before I even landed, they had sent an apology email with a $ credit towards a future flight! Jet Blue has been a great airline to fly. However, with the new fare structure and the baggage fees I think they may have priced them right out of our corporate travel guidelines. Too much of a difference between JetBlue's 486.00 round trip and the 300.00 or less round trip from some others. Shame, because I like everything about the JetBlue experience.

I have only ever flew Jetblue and usually have nothing but the best flights. The last trip I took was rather on the bumpy side and my plane was delayed for over an hour with no explanation as to why. Other than that, the flight crew is always pleasurable and seats are comfortable and clean. For the price of my flight, I would definitely fly with them again.

I was scheduled this morning to fly from Westchester, NY to Tampa, Florida. I received an email late last night staing that the flight was being rerouted from Newburgh to Tampa, which made it more difficult to find a ride to the airport. My husband had to go in the complete opposite direction of his job to take me to this other airport. Then the crew was late. Why did they not check to see that the schedule was changed? They held up the whole flight. The staff on the airline were polite and helpful once they got there, but it was frustrating to be so inconvenienced and have the crew make things even more difficult by being late. Getting a $100 credit is not, in my opinion, enough to make up for the inconvenience we all had today. Will I fly Jetblue in the future? I am not sure after today.

Jet Blue employees are what makes the airline a pleasure. They appreciate your business and it shows. All airlines will have moments of delays, lost baggage ect, but the large airlines treat you like just another pain during their workday while Jet Blue treat you like an important part of their day.

Customer service is ALWAYS on point. I've never had a bad experience with anyone on the phone, web, at the gate or onboard. All EXCELLENT at what they do. Flights are ALWAYS on time or early (w the exception of severe storms.) Pricing has VERY slowly increased over the years, and they are slowly taking away advantages, such as extra legroom which now comes at a cost. That is disappointing. I only fly jet blue if I have a choice, but I wish they went back to the way they were 5-10 years ago. Got more for your money space wise. Only thing keeping them from at 10 rating.

It was a great experience at JetBlue. Their gate agents are very helpful and nice, and the flight attendants are responsive and considerate. Most of their flights I've been on have left on time. They have a lot of space in all of their seats, but oftentimes you can get an "Even More Space" seat that leaves you even enough room to stretch all the way out. As someone who is 6'1" and broad shouldered, JetBlue seats make it a dream to fly with them. Additionally, their choice of snacks is much more comprhensive than many other airlines.

One the BEST flight airlines ever. The first time that I flew out of the country was through Jet blue and they made sure that I felt comfortable throughout the whole trip. If my flight was delayed by a couple hours they worked with me to make sure that I got to my destination at a reasonable timely matter. JetBlue puts alot of room in its plane. This is perfect if you have a long flight and do not want to feel like you have no room. I like the deals they have every so often to upgrade to extra space. I usually always try to book a flight with JetBlue. They are also starting to expand their services to different parts of the world. This makes me want to shop with Jetblue all the time. I went to Aruba in 2019 Summer with Jetblue and was really happy with their services.

I took Jet Blue in May to a medical mission trip in May to Costa Rica. It had been ten year since I last was on a airplane. The price compared to other flights was very affordable. The flight itself was comfortable and fast. The flight attendance were all so kind and helpful to our every need. Although it was a short flight, we were able to get some light refreshments as well, which was a plus. I would highly recommend Jetblue for any quick trip to any destination.

you can get some amazing prices on last minute flights became a jet blue member just last year. its so nice that they work with you on getting you to a business meeting out of town and if they can't get you on there plain they know someone who can . love this airline. planes are clean even the bathrooms are kept clean. extra leg room at no extra cost on last minute flights. very friendly crew.

I love JetBlue Airlines because of the direct flight from Salt Lake City to Orlando. I travel with my grand kids from Salt Lake City to Orlando on their red eye and they always sleep and then wake up when we are there ready to go play either on the beach or at Disney World. The staff that works that flight is always friendly and kind. I hope they continue to have direct flights out of Salt Lake City!

There are many things that we love about this airline. It has a hard schedule at times such as red eye flights to the East Coast but the price is well worth the schedule. The staff is very helpful and they will often gate check your carry on luggage for free. Also they are one of the few airlines that still offers a bereavement fare which we took advantage of when we lost my step-father last year. They also upgraded us to the more comfort seats without cost during that journey.

JetBlue is my favorite airline! They’re reasonably priced, customer service is great, and checking in is really easy. But the best part is the flight! Movies, music, tv, and wifi with a free snack! Legroom is okay but don’t expect to sleep comfortably. If I need to fly somewhere, I always check JetBlue first. Only drawback is that city options are limited.

Jet Blue is a great airline. I use them when I can (sometimes, it can be a bit pricey, but reasonable). Every plane has the TV in the headrests. Also, they will make things right if there are delays. Last I flew, the flight was delayed by about 4 hours and they gave out meal vouchers. It may not sound like a lot, but having that in the airport was nice while we waited. The seating can be chosen, which does take the stress off of boarding the plane.

My husband and I flew JetBlue for our Honeymoon and it was great! The attendants were super friendly, the planes were clean and actually quite spacious for how small our plane was. I loved the TVs in the back of the chairs in front of you! I watched to movie during our flight while my husband watched the map of the plan moving! haha. It's was a nice flight and I am sure we will fly with them again.
