We flew round trip from Long Beach, CA to Austin, TX June 11. First of all loved Long Beach airport...JetBlue terminal was nice and clean. Everyone associated with JetBlue were friendly and helpful! The seats were comfortable and leg room had more space than other airlines. Flight attendants were friendly and even one of them were on our flight when we returned and remembered us.. I will always try to fly JetBlue. I just wish they flew out of Ontario which is 10 minutes from home.

Its sad to see Jetblue buckle to pressure with baggage fees and more seats to a plane. I have flown several different airlines, and have now....if I can't fly jet blue, I don't go until I can. Never have I seen more polite, happier, comfortable people then the ones that work for Jetblue. Always do what they can no matter what with a smile. Amazing travel, I won't fly with anyone else. Thank you so much.

I love flying JetBlue, mostly because I love flying in and out of Worcester, but the airline is great too...on time direct flights.. if anything they try to be early, which I felt rushed getting on in Orlando, almost missed it, I wish I checked the time, because I might not have given myself enough time, but I do think we left early.. i'm pretty sure, the plane landed a full 1/2 hr earlier than predicted, so give yourself enough time to get there and stuff, but other than that, they are always super friendly, and I love having TV to watch and having my bag checked for free.. I've never traveled with more than 1 checked bag, so it always is great for me...

Loved my experience. They actually still serve snacks & a beverage. When I flew with them early this year, the first bag was free. Each seat had a TV screen. Plenty of leg room. I really enjoyed the experience. We flew to San Juan P.R. out of Chicago O'Hare. Staff was kind & friendly! I wish they would expand to other sites. I would fly with them every time!

I will always remember the trip I made when we flew with JetBlue. We decided to fly standby and somehow ended up in first class. Our return trip is where things got complicated. My roommate's uncle who is a Pilot for JetBlue informed us that because of a flight cancellation the night before we were to leave, that all standby tickets would be given first to those who were immediately affected by the cancellation, in our conversation with him I learned more about the company and I was very impressed by the way they handle situations like this. I also learned that JetBlue has a policy where they will NEVER overbook a flight assuming that people will cancel later on. We eventually we able to figure out a new route home through JetBlue, and overall I would say that it was an incredible experience. Because of the way I saw them handle tough situations, I can say this company has earned my respect.

Throughout the many many years of my life, JetBlue has never let me down. Their hub in the JFK airport is especially luxurious. With the numerous amenities and places to eat, long layovers seem to go by quickly. I have been especially impressed with their customer service. When my daughter flew alone for the first time, JetBlue was amazing at assisting her experience. They helped make sure she never felt lost, alone, or scared. The instructions given on the plane were clear and simple, and they helped her feel eased of any stresses. The customer service she received was nothing short of amazing. I recommend JetBlue for anyone who is nervous about their child flying alone.

JetBlue is one of the most affordable airline options. This is unfortunately reflected in their aircraft and service quality. By service I by no means am talking about the staff, they were as kind and wonderful as can be. The aircraft interiors seem well worn, and the amenities on-board are definitely dated. These are affects of them being the least expensive airline. Bottom line - JetBlue is the airline for you if you don't mind riding in a mini-van as opposed to a suburban and also you want to save several hundred dollars.

I have flown on JetBlue several times and I have always had a good experience. You know when you purchase your ticket what you are paying for so you know what to expect. There is all the services and niceties available if you would like to pay for them but if you don't need them you are just saving money. The staff have always been nice and helpful and I recommend JetBlue for anyone looking for a no frills and cheaper flight.

JetBlue is actually really affordable. The customer service was great, and the flight attendants were pretty good. I would fly with JetBlue again, but they don't always fly where I want to go. Where I live, Delta is a better option for just getting to the cities I need to get to. Wish JetBlue would do more out of our city!

Re: Caroline the attendant on flight 634 PAP -JFK on 9/16/19. She is one of the attendant that I have the privilege to travel with. She is extremely professional and simultaneously courteous. She made my trip pleasant. For example, my tv wasn’t working, when I explain the situation to her, she was prompt, engaged and provided a solution. ( I don’t have Any self worth issue) Caroline made me feel value, and important. And I believe that’s how JetBlue wants every passenger to feel. Bravo Caroline: the way to go...

I flew with JetBlue from Utah to Bermuda last summer with my family and had a great experience. Not the cheapest way to travel, but for a cheaper price, my flight was very comfortable with most of the same amenities as the more expensive airlines, such as Delta. The airport staff and flight attendants were helpful and courteous. Everything went smoothly. Overall a great experience.

I travel jetblue whenever possible. I've never experienced an unfriendly crew member. Every seat has a TV and access to Direct TV. Each flight offers flyfi! Whats not to love!?!? Also, I love that they are a police friendly airline!

I don't fly often, but when I do, I fly Jet Blue. They have the non-stop routes to my destinations. Their website is easy and prices are reasonable. I usually opt for extra leg room, worth the upcharge. Every employee I've met has been helpful. Jet Blue is a great Airline.

Our family loves Jet Blue. We fly it between Los Angeles and New York and Los Angeles and Ft. Lauderdale. The stewardesses are friendly and helpful. So are the passengers! Many of them will voluntarily change their seat so that a parent can use a vacant seat for a child under 2 years of age. The snacks are delicious - and most are kosher!

I LOVE JetBlue! I would fly them all the time if they flew more destinations. Their seats have the most leg room, they have the best complimentary snacks, each seat has their own screen with TV channels and movies- no extra cost. I don’t feel like I’m being shoved into a cattle car. JetBlue is the best.

Great experience if you're ok with redeye flights! Flight attendants were funny and attentive - gave a "we're all in this together so let's make the best of it" type of attitude. All seats have more legroom, power to plug in your devices, individual monitors for free movies/tv/Sirius radio and we each received an eye mask and ear plugs.

JetBlue has always been my favorite airline, I just wish they went all the way to Puerto Rico. I really like the individual screens so I can watch whatever I want. Their seats are roomier, their snacks are better, and the flight attendants are always very nice. I have never had a bad experience.

I only want if the airline fly again from Jacksonville to Puerto RIco, because I have my daughters there and since they take out the fly from there to Puerto Rico, I have to fly to Tampa and then go by car to Jacksonville because I don't like the stops.

I love Jet Blue and fly them whenever I can. They offer a direct flight from Orlando to Cancun which is a route that I take several times a year. I love the Sirius radio and direct tv on board and the free snacks is an added plus. Especially we are in a day when Airlines are charging for almost everything. My only criticism is I have noticed the Jet Blue employees on the ground and on the flights dont seem to smile too much and aren't the friendliest airline professionals I have ever seen. Not sure if that is just my experience but they seem to be indifferent to clients picking their airline to do business with. Might be something to think about. Craig

They are so awesome! The day after my Mom died, I took a flight home. I had a Black Dress and Black shades and could not stop crying. They saw me and knew something was going on. They gave extra apple juice, cookies, chips. They gave me a blanket and a pillow. When I arrived, they all hugged me. That was 10/16/12. I do not use any other Airline.

LOVE JetBlue! I fly them exclusively, unless they don't go where I'm going. In my experience, no canceled flights, not much waiting in line or to board. First checked bag is free, and two carry-ons allowed. Adequate snacks and beverages, comfortable seats. The only negative is that they charge $100 to make changes, even for a good reason. Always recommend them to other people.

I love Jet Blue. The only complaint I have is the inconsideration of some passengers who abruptly recline their seats with no regard for the passenger behind them. I feel that since we are all paying the same fare, why should one persons comfort take away from the comfort of another. I strongly suggest that ALL seats be locked into the upright position thereby limiting confrontations between passengers.

Jet Blue is awesome. there is only one problem and it probably isn't just with Jet Blue, carry on luggage, it takes forever for the people to put their carry on in the over head compartment, espically the elderly people. I was on a flight yesterday and the line for people to get to their seats was through the whole plane because one heavy set elderly woman could not get her luggage up in the compartment. I think the hostess should hold on to the luggage for them and then the hostess put it in the compartment

We had a flight going to Aruba out of Boston with a stop in New York. Our itinerary was changed which would have made a one hour layover a three hour layover. I immediately called Jet Blue and told them that it would get us into Aruba too late. They changed me to a non-stop with no additional fees. That is I what I call exceptional customer service. There is a reason we always fly Jet Blue whenever possible.

JetBlue is the best airline for US travels. The plane is clean and smell good. The staff is friendly and attentive and the free snacks and beverages are a nice bonus. We been on many other airlines in the past but from now on it JetBlue. I would have give them a 10 but our last trip back from Boston was delayed 2 hours, so not so great experience on this flight.
