Customer service has always been outstanding. Seats in airplanes are comfortable with decent leg room. Tvs on all headrests were s nice feature on long flights to South America

Our flight was cancelled last minute, and the computer system booked us for a flight later that day. We went to the gate and waited and the flight arrived and then left without anything being announced. Apparently it was a fuel stop only and they don’t allow boarding to those flights. We had to approach a person to figure out what was going on. The next flight was the next day. So they gave us a hotel and food voucher, which was nice, but we had kids at home to deal with their care. It was frustrating.

I purchased a plane ticket to go from Salt Lake City to Orlando Florida and wow what and experience. It was the cheapest flight that I could find and I was pleased with my purchase. I would say it was weird after I purchased the flight, they switched the flight back to two hours later. It was fine, just super late. Over all it was a fine experience.

I honestly love jet blue it has great prices and great customer service. They also provide free snacks during the ride. the plane ride is comfortable. not too jam packed, but you can move freely.

Blessed for JetBlue because they are the go-to for a last-minute flight. I just flew them a few days ago and their flight attendants were as friendly as they always are. The planes are a little older, but I appreciate the free "fly-fi" and they have great snacks. Haven't ever had an issue either.

My experience with JetBlue has been good. The best part (for me) was that I was able to find a really good deal to Long Beach last year (a pretty good airport for a Disneyland trip). I had some questions about my ticket and the customer service person I talked to seemed knowledgeable and pleasant.

I flew JetBlue from SLC to Florida. I had to make a change before the flight,and called the customer service line. They were very pleasant and helpful. Then, on the flight, I was offered treats multiple times, and they said I could take whatever I wanted. I know it is such a small gesture, but it made my flight so much more enjoyable.

Customer service is not quite as good as other airlines. Staff tend to be more impatient. They don’t offer as many free snacks as other airlines. But they have cheaper flights with no little hidden costs. If all you need is a short flight it’s a 5 star.

It has been quite some time since I have flown on JetBlue, but there is a reason for that. When I flew on JetBlue a couple of years back I found myself seated on a small and crowded plane with stuffy air and little to no personal space. The person next to me was practically on-top of me as he slept and the plane felt claustrophobic. If you are looking to fly comfortably, this is not the airline I would recommend.

I love how affordable these tickets are!! It's amazing that you can fly round trip from their destinations for under $130 if you fly between Tues - Thursday!! I also love their seat size and recommend their blue chips!!!

I used to really like JetBlue, but they more and more are turning into a true budget airline. I used to be able to get my first bag checked for free, but now you have to pay extra for that. Employee morale doesn't seem to be the same either. They do have some great sales though, so I am willing to use them if the price is right.

If you want a simple, less expensive way to fly then choose Jet Blue. anytime I have flown with them it has been a pleasant experience. everyone from the ticketing agents to the flight staff have always been more than happy to assist if needed.

We use Jet Blue a good amount when flying. My flights have rarely been delayed more then 30 minutes. Most of the time check in and boarding goes really smooth. Flight attendants have been very helpful . I do not like the added fees for baggage. The snacks provided are ok for kids. Generally a good reliable airline.

Every time I fly with jet blue I have a great experience. The seats are a little closer together but their air fare is unbeatable. I would gladly squish in a bit more to save hundreds of dollars. I wish they had more destinations.

I enjoyed riding on Jet Blue! The plane has big seats with a generous amount of leg room. I rode in the middle seat without the feeling of being squished. The service was very courteous and prompt in bringing me my order.

JetBlue is a great airline. You can save a lot of money if you are wiling to travel on a red eye flight. I don't love red eye flights, but have had to take them a few times. I've never had a problem when I've flown on JetBlue. They're pretty reliable to be on time. Employees are polite and helpful.

I have only been able to use Jet Blue a few times. I have enjoyed the experience every time, but the lack of destinations in the western part of the USA makes them hard to choose on a regular basis. If they did expand more to the west, I would definitely choose them more often.
