Worst flying experience ever. Lost luggage, flight came in a 1:40 pm without my luggage which you lost and proceeded to lie telling us it was due to TSA. Luggage was deliver the next morning at 4:45 am with the lock intact. Woman at gate was rude when asked bout upgrading out leg room and my daughter was asked to cover up with a shirt leaving Orlando in 90 degrees heat. Embarrassing and uncalled for! I will never fly delta again

i was constantly re-seated to very uncomfortable seats at the back of the plane because the plane configuration was different than the ones on the seating chart when i booked the flight. as a diabetic, i was separated from my carryon luggage which contained medication and testing supplies because i was told, no carryon's allowed at the gate. dirty planes, stale air and no room at all. i no longer fly because of delta

I have traveled many times on Delta Airlines. I have had 2 bad experiences...one was the gate would not wait 5 minutes to shut the door for a mission team I was traveling with. Delta was behind schedule & would still not give the rest of the team 5 min to race thru the airport to board. It happened twice.
