on a 11 hour plane ride, they ran out of water in the bathrooms. No contingency in place and customer service did not respond to any reports that were taken on the flight or when i landed

I think it is awful you cant get a refund on you airline ticket when having bad accident and you only have 1 option of using ticket within 1 year. I had multiple surgeries. It's like throwing money out the window. bad accident. All airlines give you one year to use it. I had multiple surgiers

Delta's equipment broke down, they could not fix it and caused me to miss a connecting flight then said I could stay in a lobby all night and maybe get another flight the next day. Other passengers were taken to hotels and put up for the night.
