Horrible seating high priced tickets...they have tried to save money by putting more people on an already packed plane while jacking up the price. The only thing great about Delta are the people that work for them.

Not a fan at all. They always seem to mess something up. Twice they have misplaced my luggage, and one time the flight switched gates with no announcement to the passengers sitting at the gate. Whenever there is an issue, customer service was never helpful, each person on the phone would just send me to another person who couldnt help

The last few times I have flown with this airline the planes had malfunctioned and were unable to take off, granted the service was average as we were given a hotel nearby and a van ride both times. While I’m happy about the service, I’d rather avoid the trouble and get onto a working plane.

My flight was great, but my luggage was lost. I understand that things happen, but I was so frustrated with the run around I got from Delta. I was redirected to so many different CS reps asking for the same information over and over. Its been 55 days and I am still waiting for any resolution to my luggage disappearing.

Delays on a hot tarmac in Phoenix heading for England. After quite a wait, the flight attendants finally handed out water to crying children. It was quite an ordeal. Flight home better, however ran out of dinner entrees
