I did some research and a couple of calls and I just felt more comfortable with their representative. They are always available. If they don't phone you right away, they are really good about calling you back within 24 hours. Their email follow ups are also good. Everything seems to be working out well.

I went to them because I needed help with my taxes. I was happy with it. My first rep wasn't that good but the second one was pretty good about communicating with me through emails or phone calls. They would call me at least once or twice a week. It's a good service, just a little overpriced.

I did have to go and talk to the IRS myself regarding some concerns that I had even though the purpose of having Tax Defense Network was that they would act on my behalf with the IRS. I thought they were supposed to help you out a little more. Still, I feel ok about going with them.

They return phone calls promptly, and seem to have a good amount of knowledge. Very friendly staff. I mean after all they reduced my tax debt from 15,000.00 to just a little over a 1,000.00. Even with the money I paid for the service, I still saved 9,000.00.

I paid 1800.00 to find out I still have to pay the 12,000.00 plus interest for insurance that I could not afford in the first place, because I borrowed 2,000.00 over poverty level from my retirement. To cover bills until my husband and I found employment after being a self-employed over the road truck driver. Events at home required us to come off the road and be closer to family.

They have been very responsive in general and when I called with any question they would always answer right away or call me back with the answer. The service itself was ok. They explained everything from me but I don't think I got a lot of relief from it. After it was done I found out that a lot of what they did I could've done myself, especially considering what I paid them.

The original communication with my first agent was horrible. The second agent they assigned to me was mediocre, I had to go to customer care just to get what I needed each time. Still, they negotiated and communicated on my behalf with the IRS. They negotiated to relieve me of some of the penalties and interests that I had. I'm glad I did it.

I went with them since they had the lowest cost and offered me the most lenient terms. At first I thought I had a full tax relief service for penalties abatement and everything, but I found out all I had was the filing service. Sometimes several weeks will go by without any kind of interaction with them. I wasn't always kept up to date on exactly what was going on with the IRS. Right now I'm completely up to date with my filing but I don't feel like they helped me mitigate the fees and penalties.

I had taxes backed up that I needed help with. When I was able to get a hold of them they were helpful. Sometimes though it would take over a month before I got a response or reply from them. Whether it was about them receiving some paperwork or something else, it took them a while to contact me. Because of that, the process that I hoped would only take two or three months ended up taking almost a year to get resolved. I wonder if I would've had better service somewhere else, but I don't know. Poor communication was my big problem with them.

I was listening to a TV. broadcast and they came up. I needed the type of job they did and since I knew they obeyed taxes I decided to go with them. When I first went through I actually went through 3 or 4 different case managers. For the first six or eight months, every time I called they would tell me that that agent no longer worked there and that I had a new one. In the end I got a very good case manager and she took over my case and got me good results. She did an outstanding job.

The agent assigned to my case (Annette H) has been extremely professional and helpful throughout the process. Responses are always prompt so you will never wait around anxiously hoping that your case is being worked. It is, and almost immediately! Everything was handled timely and efficiently from beginning to end and I am continuing to use their services from here forward. Trust me, hire this company and request Annette! The IRS is definitely NOT what you would call prompt. Therefore, it is nice to know that you aren’t waiting on your tax professional on top of that timeline response timeline from them and that they are getting the ball moving quickly. I would recommend them and Annette to anyone needing their services, whether your case is complicated or simple. They are absolutely amazing!

I was forward to a Tax Specialist name Jawanda who went above and beyond to assure me that my issues with my taxes was a priority to them and would be taken care. I did not think within a month time I would have everything done. These people are very Professional & Experience with the IRS.
