I have to give them a 5 because after the initial deal they made for us, they ended up representing us twice more when new issues arose, at no additional cost, ultimately taking care of a foreclosure for us turning a 40k debt to the IRS into less the $200 in unpaid taxes.

I've been using them for a couple years. My first experience was really awesome but this past year, I had a little trouble getting what I needed when I needed it done. Overall, the did do a good job and took care of my tax return. They know what they're doing, they got the job done correctly, and they solved my issue.

I needed some assistance with the IRS and it's not something that I can do myself and they help me a few years ago but now I'm working with them again because the IRS came back and said that my agreement was now void so I'm right back where I started. My experience this time isn't just as favorable as the last time. I've actually been trying to get ahold of my person for a couple days no and they haven't responded to me.

I had issues with the IRS that I've had for a while and when I first became an associate with tax defense network they were the first one to help me out to try and get my situation straightened out. I'm not impressed with the type of service from the people there. If you would have asked me this 2-3 years ago, I would have said exceptional service. I had to pay additional to process my taxes this year. I did not have a very good experience with some of the people that work there. They were a little rude and are just not the same faces when I started 3 years ago. I'm not so thrilled and I might not be with them much longer.

They were always attentive to our needs and they were always available to us so we never had an issue. If we weren't able to talk to them on the phone at the time, they always made a point to call us back either the same day or the following day. They had settled our debt and made it to where we can afford the payments which was a blessing.

When engaged, their service is excellence. sometimes, to the novice taxpayer in the crosshairs of the IRS, the communication lagged and cause worry on our part. But, in the end the service was excellent. The only other matter we are waiting on is counsel regarding our withholding status. We were supposed to have talked with a specialist to make sure we are taking the proper deductions.

was some help but was expecting more. I will continue to have to deal with tax debt. Arrangement with state is the same as I had before employing the service. My Federal debt is on hold but will have to be dealt with in the future. I was expecting a resolution not a deferral. I feel that the price that I paid is too high for a temporary solution as opposed to a permanent solution.

We did get off to a rocky start because of the information that the sales people had given to me but when all was said and done they came through for me and I appreciate it. I think the sales people should be more accurate with the how long this process would take. I was under the impression that my case would be worked on within a couple of weeks. I signed up after I found them on the internet, I thought I had another company. I'm a poor clients and I contacted them because I wanted them to help me to get my old taxes done and they did that very well. My only complaint is that they put me into archive files after 300 days but they talked to me about it. If I can choose again I'd pick another company. The good thing is that they allow me to follow up with them and used the money I paid them already.

They were very responsive to voicemails that was left and emails that were sent, however lately it's been hard to get a hold of the agent that is handling my case. I had gotten behind on my taxes so I was looking for an alternative. I didn't really do a lot of shopping, I just found them and we went on. There were a few parts, especially when it came to state taxes, that I had to go back and handle on my own. That was a bit disappointing. When I originally went to them they should've been upfront about that. Instead they told me that I would just pay an amount and I would be 100% tax free. That just wasn't true. If I need something from them I have to schedule an appointment so they will call me back. So whenever I had a major concern I wouldn't get immediate responses, I always had to wait. There were also some questions that came up but that they didn't handle. The results are not out yet, I'm still paying them and waiting to get a response back from the IRS to see if it really worked.

I dont believe the person taking care of my case had my best interest in mind other than her own. I was ignored when i needed them the most but i rarely got any response after i sent in the requested papers and information. I was told to get certain papers and i sent everything they asked for by phone and when they didnt get everything they asked for they closed my case. Of course everything that she asked for was given but she sent me the notice to cancel my case on friday at about 4:30 on her way home for the weekend and there was no way to contact them until monday. She also told me another time that the state told them that i spoke with them and canceled my power of attorney and it had to be sent back in which cost me a lot of time. They know i never talked to the state everbefore and there is no way that i did it that time. I think they just dragged their feet long enough that the power of attorney expired. This caused enough time for the state to hand over my case to a collection agency and then i was told that there was really nothing more they could do for me. So i had to make settlement arrangments with them and i didnt get any kind of break whatsoever. Now im practically homeless until i find a way to make the payments. I feel that if they spent more time and actually showed an interest in my situation things would have turned out differently. Even when i called and left messages or sent an email i got no response for about a week or so.

At the time I had a large outstanding tax debt that I wasn't aware of. I wasn't really comfortable contacting the IRS directly, so I went with them. They were very responsive and were always able to perform on the task that we needed them to. If I ever left a message they would respond as soon as possible. I would get a good perspective on everything that was going on. The only thing is that, even though I understand that all services are kind of like this, the additional amount to pay was too much. I mean, the debt I had was already insurmountable and having an additional one didn't help me much. Plus I was never advised that I could've done all of this myself directly with the IRS. I'd encourage others to look for additional ways to work around this. I'm not 100% satisfied with this.
