The assigned saint of a Service Partner Accountant helped me get a "life-saving" installment agreement with the IRS that will help me make a fresh start.
Because of the government shutdowns in late 2018 and early 2019, and the tax season, the IRS fell way behind in accurate, up-to-date correspondences.
Well -- AS PROMISED --the Tax Defense Network's Partner Program Managers and Administrators have been there to intercede on my behalf after I received frightening and threatening, auto-generated IRS notices erroneously appeared in my mail box.
Looking back at the unexpected banana-peel luck I’ve had the past year, I’m SO glad I called and signed up with MoneySolver.org when I did on 12/31/2018.

My situation, I believe was a very unusual one, and Ms Annette H worked with me for "two years" until the time was right to negotiate with the IRS. I believe that most companies would have simply taken their fee and made a slam dunk settlement.
Due to personal crisis in my life, this period of time was very difficult for me personally as well as professionally. Annette was able to juggle professionalism and personal concern to the point that throughout the entire process, I was very confident that she truly would resolve my issues to my satisfaction. I recently received a notice from the IRS notifying me of a debt owed them.
Being a past customer of Money Solver I had no hesitation in contacting them immediately. I don't usually write positive reviews but for Tax Defense Network, I have no negative experiences, and NO I am not an employee or relative of one. My problem came an inability to pay taxes for a number of years. I was forced to retire for physical reasons requiring several surgeries and losing my job in the meantime. I am beyond the preferred hiring age and was unable to continue in my field physically. My wife had lost her job shortly after and our income was pretty much from Social Security. We had purchased rental 4 rental properties using our retirement and savings thinking they would provide as we bought them under the FLETC (Federal Law Enforcement Training Centers) program and had the fully furnished. and ready to occupy. The government paid $2,100.00/mo rent for each and guaranteed for any damages. Sadly that program ended about a year later but we still had mortgages. The units were unoccupied for almost a year, we ended up having to file bankruptcy to avoid foreclosure and sold all the furnishings in yard sales for about 10 cents on the dollar just to live. Letter after letter from the IRS and even called the number on the letter but was not happy with the person at the other end. I'm not sure how I learned about Tax Defense Network (TDN), but I'm sure glad I called. It turned out to be the best decision I ever made besides my wife and children. I was moved from person to person and specialty too specialty but EVERYTHING that I was promised came to pass. I was quite nervous as I kept getting IRS letters. I was assured by TDN that was normal and that they were in negotiations with the IRS and not to worry. It took awhile because of the mess I had gotten myself into but the result was very satisfactory and TDN sent me a letter explaining what the terms of the disposition were and any correspondence from the IRS on this matter should be referred to TDN. The fees for what TDN accomplished were quite reasonable and I have to say, I'm a happy camper.

Had a problem with taxes, had an unexpected illness which left me out of work for months, so changed tax bracket to bring home all money to fix and catch up all me bills. Didn't file for some years, when I decided I needed to try and get them all done. The amount I owed before penalties and late fees and penalties for not paying penalties made my tax quadruple to a large amount of money. I saw an pop up on my phone for tax defense, so I called and started the ball roll to help me with this problem. They worked for me until my situation was complete. I like to thank them for everything they have helped me with.

Look no further! Save yourself a lot of stress and money! Due to unfortunate circumstances, I found myself in serious tax trouble. I had heard about another company from mass advertising (Optimataxrelief) so in a panic I called. They charged me 500 dollars just to get started and get my free master tax file. A month later I received a call letting me know that they had gathered the information necessary to move forward with my case. Then they hit me with the whole “it’s gonna cost you 9600 more to move forward.” No expectation of what the possible outcome will look like other than we will file and see what happens. 500 down the drain for something I could have got for free? On top of that, they gave me literally 72 hours to sign or else they would drop me.
I then started researching other companies. I liked the reviews for Tax Defense Network. That’s what I needed! TAX DEFENSE! Someone on my side, to fight for ME. So I called. Boy am I glad I did! I met Jerry J who is amazing! He really took the time to understand my situation and my budget concerns. We formulated a plan and found a price I was comfortable paying as well as a payment plan that works for me. He took the time to really explain the tax laws and make sure I understood them. I am a sales person for the last 20 years so needless to say I can tell when I’m being sold. It wasn’t like that with Jerry J. He really cares and that is worth his weight in gold. He also worked out some stuff with my student loans when he found out I was having issues with them too! All for about half the price! I am so relieved and grateful that I found Tax Defense Network and Jerry J! Those other guys are feeding on the misfortune of good people in bad situations. Don’t waste your money. Ask for Jerry J!

I had the IRS making threats to take my home, empty my bank account, and if they could take my children (that bad) but with the money solver they calmed my anxiety by walking through the steps of the IRS and worked with me. The initial cost for their program made me a little uneasy and thinking it could be a scam BUT they are true to the test. I owed over 25k and the cost of the service and the fact they were there every time I got one of those IRS letters plus they helped me with payments for that service.
Patients is key for those who don't know the practices of the government and I applaud Tyrone for his patients with me and tenacity to get the debt reduced significantly.
I went from $25k to $9K plus the $4500 service fee, a 50% savings and piece of mind. Thank you Tax Defense Network

Tax Defense Network is probably the most professional, efficient and knowledgeable agency you could ever trust with your IRS issues. I had utilized another popular Tax Resolution Company who is well known and advertises that they are a BBB accredited, but in fact, hides their incompetence and inability to do as they promised. Please do your homework with this well advertised company and read all their negative reviews. Tax Defense Network not only does an outstanding job with tax debt, but maintains contact during the process via e-mail and phone calls, and if you leave a message, you receive a immediate response. Robert C, is by far, one of the best Tax Analysts you will have ever had the pleasure to work with and treated me with respect, empathy and in a non-judgmental way. Not only did he and the staff at Tax Defense Network resolved my IRS issue with a payment plan that is affordable, but gave me additional information to help if I had any issues with tax preparation and or future concerns that may arise. I cannot speak highly enough of Tax Defense Network and would recommend their services to anyone who is struggling with IRS debt and needs some peace of mind in resolving their debt.

I contacted Tax Defense Network because of back taxes owed from a previous marriage. I got the opportunity to work with Linda S., one of their partner tax attorneys. She held me accountable to get her everything she needed to help me. During the time I worked with her I found her to be no judgemental on my situation and very understanding. I am on one coast and she is on the other and she was always available for me despite the fact it was 9:00pm her time. Owing back taxes is daunting and an uncomfortable situation to be in and really what someone should know is would I recommend Linda S. and the Tax Defense Network to someone else - YES.

I have several years of undone taxes and I called different companies that claim they can save you from the IRS. After careful research, I called The Tax Defense Network and now I feel a lot better about my chances. I was assigned to Linda S. who I feel is an incredible person. I called Tax Defense about my 2018 Income Taxes and spoke with Jim H. who was so helpful and had several conversations with him and answered everything I wanted to know. I had my son review the site and also he said to go ahead and use them for my Federal Taxes. After Jim was done with his part I was turned over to a Tax Analyst Irena B. who answered all my questions and told me everything I wanted to know and I am very happy with her as she will follow my cause until all my taxes are paid to the IRS plus she did all the footwork needed with the IRS. Hello! I reached out to Tax Defense Network after being notified by the IRS that I owed a large amount of money for 4 years of returns with penalities. I've been notified that penalties will not be charged for a specific tax year but there is no change in the amount of my installment payment agreement. I do have my IRS letter stating such, so I assume that this is true. My problems with the IRS only started after I retired from my profession. Prior to that all taxes were filed through the years and no penalties earned. Initially I felt like "a criminal" because I had trouble understanding and navigating through all of the IRS correspondence which I felt was so negative and accusing. I've never had any problems accepting responsibility for my financial issues, but the fact that I didn't quite understand what was going on with these back taxes and penalties made things much worse for me.
I was initially contacted by the Tax Defense Network on the day that I called them. The initial contact was with John, a senior tax consultant He was extremely helpful in getting me to calm down and feel like my whole financial situation was not as earth shattering as I thought. At some other time, I was assisted and advised by Whitney who was reassuring and helped me to understand what I was dealing with and assisted in filing taxes. My final contact person was Deanna (Dena) B, Tax Analyst who again walked me through all the steps needed to get the feds off my back!!! Dena was extremely professional, understanding and non- judgmental while assisting me. I was able to fully understand my IRS issues completely with her assistance and I now realize the errors that I made . With Dena's assistance I now have a solid plan going forward for how I will meet my tax debt responsibilities with the IRS. Ms. B was instrumental in assisting me to gain full understanding of my IRS issues and helping me to regain some peace of mind and positive hope as I begin my journey to obtaining a clean IRS slate. I was a little concerned about the fees that I took on with TDN, but now realize that the help that I received from Tax Defense Network for me is priceless. Dena B is the kind of person you hope and pray to deal with. She made the whole experience positive and worthwhile for me. To be assisted by someone that could anticipate what I felt I needed was really wonderful. She provided the support and hand holding that I needed at times and went above and beyond when I needed that extra reassurance. She is a valuable member of your agency that helps to uphold your reputation in this field. For me, this experience with your company and employees has restored my faith in the fact that there are really people out there who care. I understand that this is the business world and that the agency benefits from my business, but I can honestly say that I reaped a lot of benefits.

I called Tax Defense Network AFTER contacting another company that took money from me just look at my case, but wouldn’t disclose the cost of there complete services until I paid for the “evaluation” phase, they then hit me with a cost that was absolutely Ridiculous , I began to research the top rated companies and found Tax defense Network was a top rated company with the BBB.
When I called Tax Defense Network, they were very informational and gave me a complete explanation of what there services included, the process and the complete cost upfront! A cost less than 1/3. They also worked with me on paying this! (Which was a huge help)
My case is a mess and needed immediate attention so they escalated my case and assigned Cody H. to help me. Cody has been awesome, he contacted me very quickly and so far has made the process Very understandable and easy! There has yet to be a time that I haven’t been able to reach him or I get a return call almost immediately.
They have made a bad situation better and after along time of dealing with this I can see light at the end of the tunnel.

He is an excellent Communicator and seems to genuinely enjoy his work, as well as care about the Client and their needs. Approximately a year ago I approached Tax Defense Network (TDN) as I had several years of unfilled returns and was in a very bad way with the IRS. Constant calls, letters and a bank levy. I can honestly say that after I retained TDN I began to breath a little easier and feel better as I knew that professionals were representing me and the process of getting my life back in order was underway. I had a tax question that I couldn't get clarity on after researching it myself. I was skeptical about calling this company as I tend to be pretty cynical these days about anything labeled "free" online (or elsewhere) but decided to just see, as I had nothing to lose by giving a call. I figured I would get a customer service rep who would then tell me how to pay for any real legal advice. But that didn't happen!!! I spoke to two people, both VERY professional and nice and I got my questions answered and the clarification that I had needed on the seemingly conflicting internet info. I am SO beyond happy right now and I guess my faith has been renewed that there are actually good and honest businesses out there wiling to give a free consultation... I honestly thought I might be sitting in a lawyer's office and paying $200 - $400 for this 10 min of advice/clarification. My situation was more on the simple side, BUT I would recommend anyone call this company. My rep John was honest in telling me I am good to go after explaining everything and patiently answering my questions. I am super thankful for this company!

I've been working with TDN for the better part of 1 year to resolve my IRS tax issues. I have a large balance covering 6 years of tax returns. I engaged TDN to negotiate an installment agreement that I could afford and comply with. I will be totally honest, in the beginning I wasn't so satisfied with the service. But mostly because of he lack of communication between my case worker and I. I cancelled my services because I was so frustrated with the whole process. But I realized I could not file my back taxes on my own. I realized that could not speak on my own behalf with the IRS because they can be very intimidating. I called Tax Defense (now MoneySolver) back and started my services again. Tomika is my new case worker, and she understands all my needs and communicates very well with me. Suzan was my Tax Preparer and she was AMAZING!! Let me start by saying I have owed taxes since 2007! This was mass and IRS. Went to couple others like optima who did nothing but take my money. NOTHING!! But just when I thought all was lost and there was no hope I found this company ( Well they found me ) they were honestly so much better then I could of hoped for. You need not look any farther then this company. My case worker was DeeDee and was awesome, But the whole team was and that's a fact. They handled everything that came up with fast response. There was many things mind you. There customer service was A+++++++. This company is your answer.

I contacted Tax Defense Network about 6 months ago in reference to letters I started receiving from the IRS. I want to thank the Tax Defense Network for being able to reduce the amount of taxes I owed. I found myself in a quandary due to bad information I received when I had to go on full time disability. I owed a very large amount in back taxes related to my business and personal income. I had lost all hope of getting this resolved. I just waited for the IRS to knock on my door and arrest me. I could not take the constant fear that kept me awake at night. The IRS then began to levy all of my income. I could not pay employees or the rent for the home I lived in with my 3 children.
I decided to pick up the phone and call Tax Defense Network. My case was assigned to
Mr. Aaron B, he would be the man that saved my life.
Mr. B walked me through the steps of what TDN would do for me and what I needed to do on my end. He stressed the importance that I must stay current on my taxes and I did.
He worked diligently on my case with Daniel J. Petri, Esq. over the next 2 years.
When I would become frustrated at how long the IRS took to review my case, Aaron always calmed me down and kept me positive.
I got a call last week with incredible news. Aaron advised me that the IRS had made a final decision on my case that freed me from the large amount of back taxes. I had entered this thinking how happy I would be if the back taxes were reduced 50%. I never dreamed that TDN and Aaron would negotiate with the IRS to remove 100% of my back taxes.
I know can move forward with my business and life without fear of the IRS.

My interaction is in 2 parts for tax years 2013 & 2014 so I have had quite a bit of communication. IRS is a HUGE bureaucratic nightmare and you need to know when you are in over your head. Then which company out there is not just a rip off. After very careful back round research I decided to contact this company. It certainly wasn't the cheapest nor the most

I was looking for the best value for my money - in other words the best outcome I could get. --- The cheapest deal will never get you where you want to be --- I followed instructions as I was told and either mailed or faxed information and waited. The big surprise was how SLOW the IRS moves, but TDN kept me informed all along the way and resisted I'm sure telling me what a pain in the ass I am. But I am a quick study and as we cleared 1 calendar year and the 2nd tax year dragged on I got much better and never called or emailed, 2014 has settled in end of Dec 2016 and my outcomes are EXCELLENT couldn't ask for better in my circumstances. my last agent Dave T was great

I was forced to use their service twice, and the level of professionalism displayed by their associates and agents was OUTSTANDING! Scarlett was my assigned agent, and she contacted me several times to let me know the progress of my most recent case. She was always outstanding to deal with! I always felt reassured after talking to their staff. They were able to negotiate two different payment agreements with the IRS on my behalf, both in a timely manner. If I had attempted to do this on my own, there are no guarantees this would have been accomplished, given the sometimes complexity in dealing with the IRS.
While this service is not cheap, they will do payment plans that consist of about $500.00 per month, over a 5-month window. If you can afford this, its money well spent! Never any surprises or hidden fees!
I will not hesitate to use them in the future, if it ever becomes necessary. They are the best out there!!

I recently received a notice from the IRS that I owed money from 2014. I called the IRS asking for an explanation, they of course didn't want to explain only wanted me to pay up. I told them I would call them back. I contacted Tax Defense Network (extremely upset as I had never had this happen before) and spoke with a gentleman by the name of Jacob. He was EXTREMELY helpful and explained to me what the issue was on my 2014 tax return. They were a God send.Mark Giles and his associates worked with me on my tax resolution.Any problems or should I say things I didn't understand Mark or one of his team would talk with me about it.If by chance they didn't have an answer they would check into it and get back with as quickly as possible.
Their financial team helped with payment schedules and if my income got low they worked with me through those times.

When we colonize deep space the first thing there going to do is set up mailboxes to make sure that the tax notices make there destination. If I lived on Mars, the IRS would have found me. I'm convinced of that. They found me once, shame on me. Tax Defense Network explained that if the tax debt was paid in monthly payments all this noise would stop. And I said BING! We have a winner! Because there's not a snowballs chance I can pay this in once massive block of cash. Payments I can do, and I'm doing it. Great service, good people. Happy with my solution and so is my scalp, since I've stopped pulling out my hair.

It took over 6 years to get my case resolved & even now I honestly don't know if my tax issue is resolved. Minimal to none communications from the people who were helping me except that 1 monthly email telling me they're still waiting to hear back from the IRS. I received back forms that they requested from me opened but nothing done to them, I requested a copy of the letter from the IRS that my caseworker said he received saying my case is deemed uncollectible, to this day, nothing. It is very disheartening. I'm with limited resources now, working making minimum wage yet I entrusted my IRS issue to your company and I'm basically just left hanging right now. So what do you people suggest I do?

The communication is horrible. They do not explain to you the process a since more than likely this is the first time going thru this but they assume you know I suppose. Messages don't get returned and I ended up feeling like I had been taken by a scam. Once I finally got ahold of a supervisor he was very good about explaining the entire process to me and what to expect. I just wish that had happened in the beginning.

Although the attorney that assisted me was kind, I believe that they ultimately knew that there was nothing that could truly be done to help me and didn't simply explain that to me. Instead, I feel as though I was lead to believe that I was at least going to get some sort of deal with the IRS. In the end, im still in the same predicament, only now, I have an additional bill that I have to pay plus the IRS bill. Simply a waste of my money. I could have made a deal with the IRS by myself and saved myself $5000 that I am now paying this company.
