Robert H the Sales person is fabulous!!! Super responsive and educates you about solar and your many options. Five stars for him!!! The project managers (I had three) were not as responsive. However, eventually they followed through. I had to go back to Rob H a few times to get a response from the PM's. The install went smoothly and after 9 months I am about to turn on my system. Part of the delay was my decision to get a new roof. That took 4 months so I think my install would have been sooner if not for that decision. I felt I got top of the line solar panels at a competitive price.

Zenernet lost a star for choosing to work with Skyline in my area. Skyline is hard to get a hold of, installed an incorrect fuse which needs to be fixed, got a part that doesn't allow my solar generation to be recorded (waiting for the correct one), and left a huge mess of all their packaging, pipes, and wires they didn't need. My solar is still not turned on (I was estimated for the end of September). It's not Zenernet. They were very accommodating and had quick response times and explained everything. I wish they would work with more reliable crews on the ground though as Skyline has proven to be subpar in my opinion.

Here is a summary of my experience: Strengths: - When there was an issue with getting the right product up front (all black panels) they contacted me and we navigated compromising to a better panel with the aesthetic we did not prefer (white lines). I felt this was good to keep the install on track. - Consultation - They were great at explaining everything up front and the benefits. - If the system can be stable long term, we should end up saving a good amount in energy costs Improvements: - After install, we immediately noticed our roof starting to creak in the morning and at night. It seems to be related to thermal expansion, and occurs right above our master bedroom so can be annoying. This is something to be aware of that you might need to live with as they were unable to resolve it for me. - Active Monitoring - This did not work for me, but my understanding is they have corrected it now so I am expecting monitoring and notifications to occur next time I have an outage. Zenernet did correct the problem. - Responsiveness - This could do with some improvement, whether with their installers or customers. I had to do more legwork in following up on certain things. They should be careful to not overpromise. If you set an expectation deliver on it, for example, if you you say you will do something by X date, ensure you can meet that, otherwise set a date you can meet, etc.

The Zenernet team was great to work with for the majority of the process. Contracting took a bit of time but it ended up being a smooth process. Installation and permitting was great as well and super quick. The only part of the process has been challenging the final certification/completion of our solar as the team has not been as responsive and I have had to follow up quite a few times to understand if my solar is fully set up. Hoping to have that finalized by EOY. Overall I would highly recommend working with them, but expect 6+ months rather than the 3 month plan. Thanks Zenernet team!

From the initial contact, Taylor B was precise on the information she shared, was very timely in her responses to our questions. We initially contacted 16 solar companies and looked over their customer history, length of time in the business...qualifying them to determine if we would further contact them. . Taylor was patient with us as we went through that process. We selected six and went forward with six companies to review their designs and proposals...and again, Taylor was exceptional in her follow up and answering our questions. We whittled these six down to two and went forward with negotiations. We selected Zenernet for several reasons - one warranty (their's is as good as any that we found), the panels they proposed had a higher degree of hail resistance (important in the Denver area), they provided a lengthly roof penetration warranty. They were not the cheapest, nor the most expensive of the six proposals. We signed the contract with a couple of month delay before initiation of the install due to personal reasons. The installation was affected by two things - one supply chain interruption had some affect in delaying our installation, two we have an unusal requests for snow guards on the array (to keep snow from sheeting off the array all at once) - this fell through the cracks and was not ordered with all the equipment and delayed the install by about 30 days, and three - personnel changes - Zenernet lost our project manager who gave Zenernet very little notice before leaving and the PM who took his place was - frankly - overwhelmed for a time. However, for all of this once the installation began it went very smoothly and the install company Zenernet selected (GoGreen Solar in the Denver area) did an exceptional job. Overall, satisfied with the process, and the outcome.

The rep came up with a plan and we discussed it, I wasn't a huge fan of the first plan so he came up with another plan. After I didn't like that one, he came up with a third plan and I really appreciated the effort he put into that.

Rob H was very prompt in contacting me (I has not yet even closed the online chat from Zenernet's website) to start the discussion. He was very attentive to the information I needed to impart regarding the desire to figure out the cost and process of replacing our current leased system (10 years old) with a new one. He asked for a day to put together some alternatives based on our current and projected needs and got back to both my wife and I precisely when expected and took an hour and a half over the phone to go over all of the specifics and features of Zenernet and its product offerings, cost options and planning for the future. He answered most of our questions and concerns about the solar world of today (and the expected near future) versus what existed 10 years ago. He also followed through on getting the requested product documentation and proposal to us the same day. His insights and help will make determining a final project path much easier. We are sure that we can rely on Rob to get us answers to the questions raised from reading the materials provided.

I've been discussing a solar system with Brian B., an Energy Consultant from Zenernet for almost a month. He has been very responsive to all my questions and has helped educate me about the ins and outs of Solar. He has been great to work with to date and I would love to do business with him and Zenernet but because of an International Fire Code (ITC) requirement, he/Zenernet cannot supply a system large enough to meet my daughter and son in laws needs. I'd give a "5-star" rating but I believe the IFC requirement does not apply in Massachusetts but Brian is tied to company policy. "Thanks a lot for all you help Brian", Lee

Maverick H was informative, prompt, and courteous throughout our search for a suitable solar system (he sized it appropriately, unlike another potential supplier who constantly oversized the system and ended up with the most expensive bid- and lost for that reason). The company we went with just had better technology and had been in business quite a bit longer.

Even though I ultimately went with another provider due to an issue with an installed thermal system needing removal I would recommend them to others with a simpler install.

He designed the system while we were on the video call, and myself being from the computer industry, was not a value add for me. This is not the first or last company I will review. For a purchasing decision and commitment such as this, the last impression will mean much more than the first. It doesn't have to be the very best system, or the least cost, but has to provide the best long term value. This seems to be the marketing trend, but I am not a fan of first impression reviews.

Robert H impressed me with his professionalism and demonstration of Zenernet's tool on realtime design of panels to be put on the roof. very impressive. The reason I chose Tesla is because SolarCity installed my first set of solar panels, so I think having them install the new set of panels would ensure they are compatible. Also the price is much lower with more capacity, which is a surprise.

So far we have had a roller coaster ride with Zenernet. From an approved project to pulling that off the table to regroup with a more realistic project that our home can afford and that our environmental conditions will support. Zenernet reps went out of their way to find a workable system for our roof and big old tree and configure it so we are satisfied with an installation. I am reserving the last star until we are installed and running.

I didn't go with them, but I have to say the explanation and the warranty package sounded GREAT. I would have used them if I'd had more confidence in the local installers--that's why I took off a star. Michael, the guy explaining it all to me, was patient and friendly without slipping into salesman mode. After weeks of listening to hard-sales, it was a great change. He also seemed to know more than the average salesperson and didn't mind my constant interruptions with questions.

At this point we have not had the panels installed. We are in the permitting process. Most o four dealings to date have been with the agent, Ryan, who was very helpful in explaining the system, the benefits, and options. We have interviewed several companies and Zeneret was the best fit. They did not pressure us to sign on, and did not bad-mouth the competition like so many of the others did. If the installation goes as well as the signing up process, we will be very happy indeed.

My experience with solar companies has ttpically been pressured sales tactics with the push for a quick sign. My rrquests for information either took for ever or never happened. However Cedric was great and always able to not only tell my about the products discussed but also willing to send me the information. He was quick to provide me with detailed quotes and follow up calls with additional information I requested. I am very happy with him and his company.

Mike M did an excellent job of listening to our issues (and concerns) with Zenernet. The reason for my lack of 5* is that he allocated 1 hour (prior to a second meeting) and covered the actual proposal in the last 3 minutes. We are still quite interested in using Zenernet and may go with them.

Hello Allen. Without having sat in on the call, we couldn't speak directly about how the time was managed. However, we will say that our consultants' #1 goal in all these initial talks with homeowners is to educate about how solar works and the value proposition it brings, answer any questions, and find out about the homeowner's needs and budget.
