I am not happy with my recent Xfinity purchase. I have problems with the X-1 platform disconnecting requiring timely reboots by plugging / unpluging the devices, or troubleshooting using their website.

My services are extremely too high. I have a bundle package with only one premium channel and my bill is averaging $242 monthly. Seriously considering disconnecting and using streaming services.

Deplorable, I was waiting in line for 35 minutes. It is not acceptable. In addition, someone call and access my account and no one were able to explain to me who accessed my account. This is not a free service, give your customers the best service :-(

Comcast sucks plain and simple. They offer deals for new customers while charging over twice that price for existing accounts, total BS. Why not give all customers same price. I am off to someone else. Worst customer service I have ever dealt with. I would recommend that everyone run from comcast.

Worst Customer Service. I will be canceling my services at the end of March. Even your Supervisor Oliver suggested that I do this. It doesn't matter that you lose a customer that pays on time and it's been loyal even with all the horrible experiences we continue to encounter.

Do NOT get Comcast Xfinity. They are a terribly mismanaged company and the service they provide is substandard. We had been customers for nearly 29 years. I finally had enough with it all. Extremely glad I cut them off and went with another service. Will never consider them again and neither should you.

Horrible wasn’t able to give it 0 stars. Been trying to lower my bill now from $60 per month for just internet and tv that isn’t compatible with ANY 3 of my smart tv. Finally got it lowered TODAY to $34 no credits. They don’t care about customers at all 11 months into my service one unfriendly person helped

The way your company does not work with individuals regarding keeping their bill to a certain amount is really sad. You see I had to call every year and beg to keep my service the same without my bill going up every year. My bill has now reached over $200.00 and I just can't understand why.

This is the worst service I have ever received. Every csr I've dealt with, multi people, and I've only had service for a month, they have all lied about the services I would receive. If you want an honest company THIS IS NOT IT

Terrible customer service. Lied to and treated like garbage. I was told my price was not "promotional" which was a lie and each rep I spoke with made me feel stupid. Not happy with how I was treated and have canceled my services. Do not use for service. They treat their existing customers terrible.

They Raise prices anytime they want. Lie Lie Lie it’s a waste of time calling their helpline. If I could vote for the most dishonest company in America it would be Comcast, they are so hated they are trying to change their name

They are crooks they will take money out your account with no authorization. I was treated unfair. Very unsatisfied with the service and workers. I wouldn’t refer this service to anyone, unless they want to be robbed. I am stuck in a contract where I keep being taken at vantage of.

I would go lower if I could, they charge you for service before you use it, raise your monthly service fee without notice and then never answer your calls and make it basically impossible to reach them, that is until they turn off your service, then they can route your call with ease to get your money. I am cutting the cord and so happy to do it.

Comcast customer service agents are trained to lie. After 4 phone calls, each agent gave me different information and in the end they stuck me with a $60 charge to drop off a box. No wiring, no outlets, just drop off. $60 for a professional install? Are you kidding me. They dropped off a box!

They do not work with you. They always want to cut my services off. No communication between people. My services never work right. I always make payments every two weeks. And they still won't work with me. The worst company I have had and dealt with. Advertisements are wrong and never match.

Can NOT establish an online account to review information or make changes unless you are at your address. If you have multiple accounts BEWARE they can not assist you; spend over an hour to 4 escalations to get no progress. Will LEAVE COMCAST immediately for more flexible and user friendly provider.

If i could give comcast a 0 I would, it is the worst internet I have ever had, I pay for 250 mgb/s and I get 0.69 (1 out of 382 of what I pay for). And that is not even mentioning the fact that all internet drops maybe twice a day. Do not ever EVER get internet or anything else from Comcast.

It’s unfortunate I even have to leave a star. Xfinity has been calling and harassing us for cable boxes we no longer have. They are trying to get MORE money out of us after they forced us to pay for an extra cable we didn’t have! They are a piece of crap company. We switched to WOW. The best and cheapest cable!

This has been the worst company I’ve ever been with, there Customer Service and leadership is horrible, they provide false information and over charge you with no explainable fees. From August to September I was charged 636.00 after speaking to someone less then a month ago. Not to mention the service is not that great for cable and internet.

There is no way to get to supervisor, and I bet that even though you get through the result is the same. Shame on them!!!

Worst company ever! I have never seen so many negative reviews for 1 company yet they still keep up their ways. They don't care about the customer at all. They all lie a d cheat you out of money and service. Do anything to avoid ever signing up with them. If enough people stand together we can get this company bankrupt!!

Comcast phone service is unreliable and chat service can rarely help. Always requires a technician to be sent. Comcast is not focused on non-business consumers, only business. They should sell off their consumer business to someone that will focus on people.

recording sports is a total joke. You have to add an extra 1.5 hours just to be safe. The DVR has no idea what to do when things go to overtime even when it is set to automatically extend. Xfinity is FAR WORSE than Directv or Dish for recording and not just sports, the DVR loves to cut off before the last minute of the programs
