Just bought got my first payment sent through the card, ive been trying to activate the card for an hour and a half now but it keeps saying ive "entered something incorrectly", and the automated response doesnt do anything to help. Horrible and would not recommend

they called me and said i had been approved for a loan. had to go buy a gobank card. then told to go get s google card. i decided not to go through with the loan and now im having problems getting my $230 back which is for rent which is due monday or ill get evicted! just the worst!

First off I wish I could give this card a zero. I received this card as a gift with a 30.00 limit. I went to use the card for the full amount and the transaction was denied. I went on line looked at the statement and was charged a 8.95 fee the next day. Horrible! Do not purchase.

This company is the worst when it comes to contacting them, they give you a number to contact them only if you have an account, but there is no way to contact them when you have tried to sign up thru Uber for the last 2 years and the page is blank or keeps telling me I have a card. I have attempted numerous times to contact a person to no avail!

GoBank is just awful. I had my account locked and couldn't get ahold of an actual person. I couldn't get my money, had to mail them a letter and it took over a month to get it straight. Meanwhile I couldn't honor my financial responsibilities and had to crawl home to my parents house!

My employer released my payroll information this morning at 7 AM EST as it has done consistently. GoBank has still not posted it and it is 2:00 pm . GoBank is telling me they have not received the information yet. I'm wondering if GOBank has been hacked. I'm at maximum stress level right now. This may not be the right card for me.

This is an unethical company whose idea of customer service is to close your account if you have any issues. Try not to request a new card, they will swiflty close your account and make you go through hoops to get your money. I will be taking them to court.

DO NOT PUT YOUR $ ON GOBANK!!!!!! My mom had recently gotten her tax refund of over 3000 $ and they blocked the account, and then said we cannot retrif the $ and the account cannot be reopened. They legit stole all of the $!!!! were hoping to find a solution somehow if anyone has any suggestion, but do not use this. They will steal your $!!!

They locked my account, and the only way to unlock it is to wait 24 hours. No....other.....option..... I usually see these types of reviews and wonder if they're true or what that person did wrong in order for the scenario to happen. I'll be honest. Go Bank is just a terrible bank. Used the mobile app to deposit my work check ,they inform you that the check can be held for five days until you submit I have bills that have to paid now not in five days and you can't cancel it or cash it somewhere else,customer service is the worse no help at all Beware don't use there services

my husband works out of the state, he sent me $750.00 to pay rent, I tried to get the money out of my go bank account with my card, they blocked my card and account. told me to fill out something that nobody ever sent because I couldn't reach a person on the coustmer call line. so now my rent is late , I have 3 boys at home.

Total fraud in my opinion. The customer service people are in the Phillipines and hard to understand. They are also rude and argumentative. A Utah based and no Americans in CS? I want my money back, but I doubt I will see it.

They don't tell u u have a certain amount to move from ur vault on a daily basis. If u go over that amount u have to wait 24 hours (PST) time before u can access your money!! And then give u a budget each hour to access your funds

Someone opened an account with my personal information. I got a card in the mail and when I went online, there was someone's email attached to my personal info. I contacted customer service and they were able to close the account.

The customer service is quite lousy. The company guidelines on check holds are severe like 14 days for a check I deposited thru my mobile phone to one week for pending transactions to fall off and your money back into the account. Avoid this company at all cost!

My account was hacked and drained of all funds. Instead of immediately issuing a refund like SunTrust and Bank of America have done in the past, GoBank says they will take 10+ days to investigate, with no guarantee the money will be returned. And the customer service is horrible.

Ridiculous amount of time taken to transfer electronically between accounts. 5 days and counting AFTER Paypal shows a completed transfer and my money still isnt available. Poor customer service. Worst I have ever experienced by a Bank and that says alot itself.

You can't never get into the account to get your balance and check to see if the money is there or not. It alway technically out of service. It change your your account password every time you enter it. This Bank sucks under Uber and Banking period. Both screw up for some reason.

I'm scheduled to have a direct deposit go in tomorrow, and I don't know if I'll ever see that money again after reading these other reviews. I deposited money through instant pay agreement they have with Uber- the money shows as deposited but not in the balance and now ALL MY money is in limbo- customer service blames it on an upgrade on their system and said it could be days/week before my money is able to be used. THAT IS BULLSHTT

Free ATM'S? I think not. I used a so called freeATM and Gobank charged me $2.50 for each transaction. They do not return messages or emailsand you have long wait to talk to a live person after going through an extended menu of options.

5-10 BUSINESS day check hold times; $3-5 ATM fees (not including the ATM's cost); random card declines even when you have sufficient funds (which support can't even see). Get literally any other card.
