I think the system would benefit from being unlimited in where it can work. Ie if I am away from home and I fall or have an event it would be nice to be able to just press it and be able to talk to someone.

I've only used customer service once when I first had to sign up and they were very nice. They were activating the account and then I kept getting calls and emails a couple months later asking me why I haven't sent in paperwork. I thought I did and then I went over it over the phone with them. It's kind of disappointing so I don't think they gave enough information.

I'm having some issuesd with knowing if my emergency device is working because it's not blinking, it's supposed to be on and I'm not sure it. I don't know how to activate it to make sure it's on so I'm not completely happy with it.
